1  Economy / Collectibles / [WTB] MTG Cards: Jushi Apprentice on: August 21, 2015, 03:31:06 PM
I would like to buy... all of your Jushi Apprentices! http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=78686 At the time of this post, they are running for $0.89 USD each ($4.99 for foil) on Star City Games, but I am somewhat flexible on the price. Additionally, as many of you know, different languages tend to be worth a bit more or less, and I have suggested prices below. I can pay in either BTC or LTC, whichever you prefer. I like to use user escrow, but if you trust me (lol) I can pay once I receive the cards.

Requirements:
  • Preferably near mint condition, no less than slightly played. Foils must be near mint!
  • I will accept all printed languages for standard cards, with a strong preference toward English, Japanese, and German.
    • That being said, please do not send me a ton of copies printed in languages I'm less interested in.
  • I will only accept English, Japanese, and German foils.
  • I'll round German and Japanese up to $1.00 ($6.00 for foil), stick with standard prices for English, and pay no more than $0.75 for the rest.
  • I will only accept cards shipped in accordance with these standards (or better): https://pucatrade.com/shipping
  • Speaking of shipping, I live in the US. If you're shipping from outside the US I'll need tracking.

I should add that when I say "all," I really mean something closer to "enough to thoroughly fill the front page of my trade binder." Each sleeve can hold five cards easily, and I currently have five, so I'm looking to get around 40 copies. No more than 9 foils though, I would not want to stack them behind other cards!
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Dogecoin/Potcoin trade? on: February 16, 2014, 11:15:31 AM
I'm interested in Potcoin, and have accumulated a fair bit of DOGE that I don't care too much about, but I have little idea what a fair exchange rate would be and I'm hoping to get a better idea of what it is. I do have an estimate of about 12 DOGE to a Potcoin but I'd like to get confirmation/correction on that.

If the numbers are promising (or someone really convinces me that Potcoin will be fairly successful) I'm willing to shed up to 21000 DOGE. Feel free to post offers, I'll PM you if I'm interested, even if you're not going for the whole 21kDOGE.

4  Economy / Trading Discussion / user has been offline for a week, still owes me 12.5... BTC on: June 30, 2012, 01:13:52 AM
Hey, I'm waiting for payment for an amazon voucher, and while I doubt it's a scam, the guy still owes me 12.5 btc. Can an admin send him an email for me, just to remind him? I'd really appreciate it.
5  Economy / Goods / amazon voucher, 92.46 for 13+satoshi btc on: June 21, 2012, 02:41:12 AM
hellooooo, right now i've got a $92.46USD amazon voucher from using coinstar to process my bucket of coinage. and it's for sale. so, at the current mtgox low, $6.45001 per btc, it'll be going for 14.33486149633877 btc. since i really would like this sold, i'll round that down to 13+satoshi btc. because satoshi's make me happy. you can decide how much it actaully is  Shocked SaltySpitoon, Mushroomized, and CANDY can all vouch for me- this is my first sale, but i'm honest. you buy, maybe pay a quick percentage depending on your user rating/status/etc.

here is the receipt, with redemption code, machine id, and transaction # blacked out to ease my paranoia. if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to bring them up here or PM me.

EDIT! i meant 13 btc. sorreh!

10  Other / Beginners & Help / bitcoin economics for "newbies" on: April 29, 2012, 05:46:18 PM
So, after browsing the forums for... however long I've been browsing them now, I've found a huge wealth of bit-economics advice and strategy guides, etc.   Grin

The problem is, much of this advice is contradictory, defies logic, and resists interpretation by the layman.  Huh

So, all you geniuses who happen to be on the newbie board, what would you advise those new to the world of bitcoins to do? Invest in mining? Trade precious metals? Play Dragon's Tale until your fingers bleed? And please, try to use simple terms and concepts whenever possible, for my own sake if not for many others.  Kiss
