1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / How this Oikos coin legit to everyone? on: August 13, 2020, 11:49:00 PM
I'm not blaming the Oikos project. Actually I don't know what was wrong but still I don't receive my Oikos coins. But I did everything right during submission. I submitted the right wallet address as a website link Tron wallet suggested to me. Even admin didn't warn me, if I submitted the wrong wallet. No distribution Bitwings then now Oikos cons!!
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / How do new projects know about this situation some years ago? on: August 04, 2020, 05:14:52 PM
We are in the DeFi projects session, right? I'm very curious to know how new projects realize that this is the time for DeFi projects. One legit project can build a coin in a few days. So many projects have focused on the DeFi system. My question is, are these projects legit or is it just a plan to grab the investors' money on this DeFi hype?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Problem in trust or correction time? on: January 25, 2020, 07:01:05 PM
One problem can't solve from first, if new investor can't trust new fresh coin why they don't invest in old coin. We several good coin already exists in cryptocurrency even with very low price. Even I don't think there could be a trust problem. All solution is now is the correction time!!

5  Economy / Digital goods / [WTS] Sr Member account on: February 22, 2016, 06:00:25 PM
Hello.

Sadly enough I'll have much less time to be on Bitcointalk in the coming months. So I decided to get rid of my Sr Member account as it won't be very useful if I can't come back on the forum!

Neutral trust, escrow if you want one. Not enrolled in a high paying sig campaign. 260+ posts and activity.

PM me an offer if you're interested!
6  Economy / Scam Accusations / Need help 3.5 btc scam on: February 05, 2016, 11:52:53 PM
Hello,

I'll be quick. I've lent 3.5 btc to a rather new user "bitcoinmarketstore". The account is already flagged as red so no need to go check it.
The repayment day is still not passed but the user defaulted all its other loans and never got back online since 27/01 whereas he was always online before.
Doesn't answer pm or mail. I don't think there is much more to wait of it.

If I've lent such an amount to a newbie, it's of course because I had guarantees (or thought I had). I've got a written contract with numerous official proofs of ID and ownership of the jewellery store concerned. I didn't believe falsification was possible mainly because of the variety of documents I received in a very short time (a few minutes) and as I was the one asking for precise random documents... I didn't see how it could be possible for this user to lie.

Maybe the user thinks I won't go and sue him, that's possible.

Anyway I would just want to make sure the data I have are not totally invented. I know admins don't give personnal information such as location, but in this case I'd just want to know if the contract I have contains the good geographical area. If yes I can go fill a complaint as I've got the specified contract and a copy of the ID. If no, then I won't even bother as it means I've got completely get fucked by a very fast and good falsification.

I would like to know if someone could confirm the global area if I send him/her the address. I can of course prove all I stated above before.

Oh, and don't trade with this user of course Grin

8  Economy / Gambling / Need LTC gambling site on: December 18, 2015, 09:42:03 AM
Hello!

I'm looking for a gambling site allowing LTC that is provably fair.

Most of the sites I know are btc only. Any dice and poker site accepting ltc?
9  Economy / Speculation / [pump and dump alert] Any true reason of this high price? on: December 16, 2015, 03:24:57 PM
I'll try to be short and clear.

I bought 4 btc just before blackfriday as blackfriday has always been linked to a rise of btc price. I thought I'd sell just after but thanks to a little PD problem I had to wait some time.
And I'm more than thankful as I withdrawed my fund the price was up to 400 without any sign of going down.
I sold everything at 450 while things reached a decision point. Price might fall and I don't want to loose such a high profit.

My question here is: Is there any reason for this rise? Or is everything just a classic pump and dump scheme?
Bitcoin was not suddenly used by the majority, was not recognized by any country, no big company decided to accept bitcoin... In fact nothing changed between the beginning of November and today. So I don't see any reason to hold and have faith in this recognition for bitcoin. I see numerous threads popping saying "we'll see 1000$ before January". I like bitcoins and I'd be glad it happens, but I just don't see a reason why it would be so.

Any valid argument on this sudden rise? More than the usual "It's what btc worth, it's the future of tomorrow!!!"
Cause yeah I agree Btc worth much more than fiat money but it's no reason for the rise, the reason would be that people suddenly realize this. And I don't see why they would realize it now.
10  Economy / Services / Looking for a logo designer on: December 09, 2015, 03:06:18 PM
Hey all,

I created a blog at http://galacticoin.com

Not only cryptocurrencies related, mainly about hightech games and space. I found the name rather cool and decided to create something out of it. I would like a logo for the brand galacticoin.

If you think you're good enough as a creator, please pm me with your prices.

Best regards,

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Mining btc or alt? on: December 08, 2015, 10:17:18 AM
Hello all,

I plan to start learning about mining and gifting myself with small equipment for Christmas, you guys made me wanna try this!  Grin

I don't really care for profit (well it would be cool to reach ROI, but I mostly do it for the fun and to learn), and I plan to buy something like an antminer s3.

I have two main questions:
-Is it possible to switch from btc to an altcoin? From what I saw it's not the same scrypt most of the time, but is it possible to switch while loosing perf or is it not possible at all? And if it is not would you advice to start with btc or alt or whatever it doesn't really matter and that's a newbish question?
-Do you need anything more than the actual miner and a laptop? Do you need to have some more equipment?

Thanks in advance!

12  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTB][EU]S3/S4/S5 on: December 04, 2015, 03:59:50 PM
Hello,

I wish to give myself a Christmas present this year! As I earned some money with btc trading I wanted to reinvest it in bitcoin mining, as my way to contribute and learn some things.
Numerous selling offers can be found on Amazon but I saw a few posts that said it was better to buy on the forum. So I'm here to know if some of you guys have some miners for sale.

For information, I want to start with something rather cheap, so no offer above 200$ will be considered.
I'm from France, so it may not worth it if you're from US ^^

13  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Advice on setting up a personnal farm on: December 03, 2015, 01:56:47 PM
Hello all,

I'm not really new to bitcoin but I'm not a technical expert.
I already had the project of setting up my own little farm, but from what i saw it's pretty hard to reach ROI in "normal" conditions.

But an opportunity arrised from a small building that i can use, close to a river. The building is near a waterfall and i thought about using it to create free power.
I'm an engineer and think i can handle the electricity production part. But i need advices on the farm part ^^

To be short:
-I've got a secured place with enough space for more or less anything
-I've got a free electricity but with a limited power output, i don't know exactly how much but i don't think i'll produce more than 10kW.

What's the best mining devices i should use? Do you have any advice on setting up a little personnal farm?

Thanks in advance,

Regards.
14  Economy / Gambling / Primedice lost account on: November 26, 2015, 10:57:04 PM
Hey guys,

I have a major problem. I automaticaly cashed out my btc of cex.io (it was an automatic payout i set a year ago but didn't change it between). So i have a deposit address leading me to an old primedice account but i just can't remember the password and didn't set up a mail...

I assume there is no magic trick to take me out of this deep sh** I'm in  Tongue
But if anyone has anykind of idea, I'm buying it, it was quite a huge amount!
15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Where do you trade? on: November 25, 2015, 01:47:33 PM
Hey guys,

currently i'm handling a bit more than 1000$ of btc on cex.io and i would like to know if you'd recommend me other marketplace where i could trade? I don't like to put my assets in one place.

I don't do risky trade, i don't care if there is a correct amount of fee because i don't look for numerous scalpel trades, i want a place safe secured where i know i'll be able to withdraw my benefits without problem ^^
16  Economy / Speculation / Prepare for the wave on: November 25, 2015, 11:19:55 AM
Ok i know there are already lots of thread about how btc is going to go 400 or 1000$ in next weeks, but most of the time it's just people coming saying "it will" or "it won't".

Well i'm not an economist so i won't say i know, but i wish this thread will be used for people with facts and arguments, not just opinions.

I firmly believe in a near btc price rise, because of the coming halving and the black friday trend (more than 1000$ last year) and i saw something strange on cex.io:

As you see the market depht is closing, a week before there was much more sell order than buy orders, now it's 830btc buy order vs 710 btc sell order.

It means more people want to buy than to sell, logically the prise will go up.
