[SPEKULATIF]

Orang yang sudah lama berkecimpung dalam dunia crypto dan telah meninggalkan pekerjaan lainnya saya rasa pasti pernah merasakan ditanya orang seperti ini
"Kamu kerja apa sih? Kok diam terus di rumah tetapi uang tetap aja punya?"
dari pertanyaan tersebut, mereka curiga terhadap orang-orang yang berfokus menghasilkan uang dari cryptocurrency dan bahkan setelah dijelaskan pun mereka menilai bahwa cryptocurrency itu haram.

Mari kita bahas ini lebih lanjut lagi

pada dasarnya kita mendapatkan uang dari crypto karena melakukan perdagangan (jual-beli). Kenapa mereka bisa langsung menilai bahwa crypto itu haram? Alasan mereka adalah karena crypto "spekulatif" dan "tidak mempunyai fisik".

SPEKULATIF
Mari kita lihat syarat-syarat jual beli menurut agama islam:
1. Pedagang,
2. Pembeli,
3. Barang yang didagangkan,
4. Terjadi kesepakatan antara 2 pihak diatas dengan tidak merugikan salah satu pihak.

Dari keempat syarat diatas kita tidak melihat hal yang menyimpang dari aturan agama dalam perdagangan crypto karena semua syarat tersebut menurutku pribadi sudah terpenuhi. Timbul alasan lain dari mereka yaitu harga crypto tidak jelas dan tidak menentu (spekulatif) sehingga harga crypto ditentukan seenaknya.

“Emas ditukar dengan emas, perak dengan perak, gandum dengan gandum, kurma dengan kurma, garam dengan garam, sama beratnya dan langsung diserahterimakan. Apabila berlainan jenis, maka juallah sesuka kalian namun harus langsung diserahterimakan/secara kontan” (HR. Muslim: 2970)

Dalam hadits diatas, ketika terjadi pertukaran atau perdagangan kita tidak dilarang untuk memasang harga setinggi-tingginya dengan catatan kedua belah pihak sepakat dengan harga tersebut.

“… janganlah kalian saling memakan harta sesamamu dengan jalan yang batil, kecuali dengan jalan perniagaan yang timbul dari kerelaan di antara kalian…” (QS. An-Nisaa’: 29)


TIDAK MEMPUNYAI FISIK
Kita semua akui bahwa crypto khususnya bitcoin memang tidak mempunyai fisik. Tetapi, bitcoin mempunyai kepastian jumlah yaitu total bitcoin adalah 21 juta tidak akan bertambah dan tidak akan berkurang. Hal tersebut sudah tercantum dalam whitepaper bitcoin oleh satoshi. Dari kepastian yang diberikan bitcoin maka alasan terkait bahwa bitcoin tidak mempunyai fisik bisa kita kesampingkan.

Mari kita bandingkan, anggap saja bitcoin sebagai suatu barang dan bitcoin merupakan barang limited edition. Kita semua tahu bahwa sesuatu yang bertuliskan limited edition mempunyai batas tertentu dan tidak akan bertambah dan berkurang. Saya pribadi justru ngeri ketika banyak orang yang memperdagangkan barang-barang palsu (banyaklah di berbagai online shop yang ada saat ini). Contohnya adalah barang tidak sesuai dengan gambar dan deskripsi dari barang yang dijual

Perdagangan nyata barang saja bisa menjadi haram ketika terjadi kasus seperti itu. Dalam agama islam pun hal tersebut jelas-jelas tidak diperbolehkan.

“Barang siapa yang berlaku curang terhadap kami, maka ia bukan dari golongan kami. Perbuatan makar dan tipu daya tempatnya di neraka” (HR. Ibnu Hibban 567, Thabrani dalam Mu’jamul Kabiir 10234, Abu Nu’aim dalam Al Hilyah IV/189; dihasankan Syaikh Salim Al Hilaly)

Dengan penjelasan kecil diatas, apakah mereka masih tetap akan berpikir negatif terhadap para pengguna crypto? Bagaimana menurut kalian guys?

Penjelasan diatas hanya berdasarkan ilmu yang saya dapatkan selama belajar, jika ada yang salah mohon dimaafkan dan dikoreksi.

Of the 10 people I asked, 6 people answered never know about bitcoin and the rest replied that they know about bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

From the second question I gave to 4 people who answered that they know the average bitcoin replied that they know the bitcoin of the ads that appear in some social media services like BBM, Line, and Instagram. They told me that they were initially curious about the ads appearing so they tried to find out information about the ads.

The majority of people in this forum want bitcoin to be a world currency if viewed from the results of the survey above it turns out most people still do not know what is bitcoin or cryptocurrency.

How can bitcoin materialize into the world's currency if people do not know what bitcoin is? What do you think about to help the wishes of all bitcoin users come true in the future?

Since I started bitcoin many people are insulting my work on the grounds that crypto has no future even profit from it. I feel what it feels like for the first time to be banned from doing a job by my parents because of my bitcoin activity every day, they do not believe that a discussion can make money. I do not give up so easily with circumstances that do not support me doing activities with bitcoin and I believe that what I do with bitcoin can make happiness in the future. The more I am blamed the more optimistically to prove to them that what I do with bitcoin can produce something. The peak is at the end of 2017 where bitcoin reaches its highest price, from the pumping I get the benefit of holding some bitcoin. The people who once scolded me turned into wanting to follow the activities I did because they saw I could buy something they could not buy. The purchase I made from the bitcoin activity along with me has been proven by me to all the people who have insulted me. I do not intend to take revenge against them even I have good intentions to invite them to achieve mutual success.

I believe prayer and effort are two things we need to cultivate to achieve success.
