Just about a week after North Carolina passed HB2, fallout from businesses and residents alike have gotten the state to revise the bill.  While the 'bathroom bill' portion of it is still in effect, gender identity and sexual orientation have been added to the state's equal employment policy.

25  Other / Politics & Society / John McAfee Thinks the FBI Already can Crack the iPhone on: March 02, 2016, 02:39:39 PM
So check out this video...  One of the brains behind one of the biggest security companies in the world, and somebody running for president can't seem to understand the basics of security.

I don't know how this man can know what a disassembler is, yet at the same time not understand one-way passwords.  It's so stupid that I have to put a tinfoil hat on and think he's trying to make the FBI look bad.  Not to mention that the hacker community would be praising him for cracking the security of a popular device, not somehow trying to ban him.

28  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] Zebra LP 2844 Thermal Printer on: February 10, 2016, 02:04:03 AM
Selling a fully functional thermal printer with all you need to get started.  This thing will let you ship for pennies on the dollar compared to inkjet, a real necessity for any online business.

I'm asking $100 shipped USPS.  Included will be a power supply, USB cord, and roll of labels with a couple hundred left.  A driver disk is not included, but a download link will be sent.

As always, escrow is accepted.

31  Economy / Goods / [WTS] Audio Technica Waterproof Sports Earbuds $16 Shipped on: December 08, 2015, 03:37:41 AM
I have 1 pair of these up for sale, still new in packaging.  Asking $16 shipped

These are going to be better than practically anything you'll find in stores under $50.  You won't regret taking the step up from big brand headphones, especially when you can get a deal like this~

Amazon link with specs

These are the blue ones.
32  Other / Off-topic / What are your Black Friday plans? on: November 23, 2015, 08:38:06 AM
So it's that time of year again, where we mob over other people just one day after giving thanks for what we have, all in the name of a cheap TV.

Will you be going out in the storm this year?  Do you have anything in mind?

Personally I'm hoping to get a cheap Gear VR.  The Gyft promo going on at Best Buy looks pretty nice, and can all be done without risking my life.

37  Economy / Currency exchange / Selling .08 BTC for Paypal on: October 02, 2015, 07:11:30 PM
Title says it all, looking for some Paypal.  Must have a good bit of rep on here, preferably someone I've traded with before.  Don't bother trying to scam me.

Thank you Smiley

Edit: did it on LBC, closing thread.
38  Economy / Lending / .08 Loan Request on: October 02, 2015, 06:08:36 AM

If you have a solid rep I'll pay back a bit extra for loaning in Paypal (BTC repayment), as it will save me a step.
39  Economy / Digital goods / SEARS/KMART SAVINGS METHOD FOR ELECTRONICS, CLOTHING, AND MORE! on: August 11, 2015, 07:15:27 AM
I've written up a guide that will allow you to save a large amount at Sears and Kmart.  I have personally tested this multiple times without issue, and it involves no greyhat/blackhat methods.  This works both online and in stores, although prices may be slightly higher in store.

The discounts attainable vary greatly depending on current promos they have as well as lifestyle (points for activities).

You can expect a minimum of 20% off list prices for many larger electronics, and well over 50% off in some cases for relatively small purchases like clothing.  Many of the discounts come in the form of Shop Your Way points, which can be used for $ off your next Sears/kmart purchase (including other vendors selling on there), or lots of items on SYW's website

There's ~$25 in one-time bonuses that come with the method used, so it will pay for itself the first time.  Free 2-day shipping for 90 days is also included.

The guide costs $5.  If you have some reputation I'll send first.

This does not work on the international Sears/Kmart website.  It is possible to pay with Bitcoin through Gyft, but you will miss out on some of the one-time bonuses and ~4% savings
