Seguro que la mayoría ya habéis leído sobre lo que ha sucedido con esta empresa. Me llaman la atención 2 cosas.
1. Que tenga que ser una consultora privada la que haya descubierto el pufo de esta empresa.
2. Que ni el MAB (mercado en el que cotiza) ni un triste inspector de hacienda se hayan dado cuenta de lo que sucedía.
Ahora la pregunta es, como bitcoin o su tecnología (o la de otra altcoin) pueden ayudar a evitar este tipo de problemas.
Además, ¿se debería obligar a las empresas a dar mayor información sobre su contabilidad? ¿Hay alguna forma alternativa de mantener la privacidad de una empresa y que al mismo tiempo sus inversores estén seguros?
