This is not a complete review but I'm going to put this up ahead of time to allow other users who are interested in Skypieas services a chance to ask questions before I go back to lurker mode.

I have been utilizing Skypiea services to cashout bitcoin and some fiat for securing a loan through the holding of precious medals. Skypiea has offered to loan me the remaining balance needed to acquire business property at a competitive rate. I've taken advantage of all that Skypiea has to offer and will be completing my transactions fully in the next few days (15th is the deadline).

The whole process has been fairly straight forward from the beginning, we spent 3 days in face to face discussion to hammer out details and paperwork.
This process takes a lot of trust on the client end (mine) and has been very trying on nerves.
Once the process is fully complete I will review in the following format 

Services and products offered
Communication
Customer service
Whether or not I would recommend a friend or business partner
Overall satisfaction

By cash I mean, wire transfer, check, etc. Not physical cash, don't need that kind of headache

Just one of many complaints.
For the last 4 months I've been trying to withdraw my coins. They've been dicking me around constantly with 'we are negotiating with foreign banks to accommodate withdraws'. Then they said they could do it manually for 5% fee so I agreed, they said it would take 1-2 weeks. Which I didn't expect to happen and it hasn't. So after 4 months I'm calling it quits. I've offered to pick up a check in person or go directly to their company to discuss it further but of course, not going to happen. Why? Because they don't exist or plan on paying anyone, ever.
So anyone dealing with MTGox, I would suggest getting out ASAP before they close up shop and take everyone's money/coins.

I sold 120 coins at $80, I intended to buy 300 at 65 but instead I sold 300 at 65.
Tough blow, now I'm coinless.

Yea I know, it's the devil but I like to use gox because it is so volatile.
I was just watching it and 5 coins vanished, I have no idea where they went as my cash count is the same and I never made any sells for 5 coins

Everyone has their long term forecast ideas, let's see who can come closest to the next high and low for 24hrs.
I say this time tomorrow (1pm EST) high will be 154 low 92. Using mtgox as reference

What are the most volatile hours? We'll go with UTC since mtgox is the largest trading platform and also the most volatile

With the volatility I don't think we'll see a solid 200 for another 6 months. But I'm still hoping for 300 by the 15th

I'm tired of all this negativity so I'm going to go against the grain and say we'll see Bitcoin prices at $300 by the 15th.
