1  Local / Pamilihan / Crypto to Peso Cashouts on: June 21, 2024, 10:48:53 AM
Last cashout ko Binance p2p pa. Sympre prefer natin mas mataas na rates at the same time reliable.

Sa ngayon meron pa ako pondo sa Binance then Bybit rin so pwde ako doon.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Israil Madrimov vs Terrence Crawford on: April 24, 2024, 02:34:05 AM

After all the failed talks about Crawford and Spence rematch. There's also Crawford against Canelo and his petition on becoming the WBO mandatory at 154 which is now held by Fondura who also owes a rematch to former champ, Tim Tszyu. Terrence Crawford is finally making his return at 154 against undefeated WBA champion Israil Madrimov. If Crawford wins, he will become a 4 division world champion. The WBO also made a special order by considering this fight for their interim belt. I don't know if an interim belt is necessary but it might enforce the winner of Fundora-Tszyu rematch to face the winner of Crawford-Madrimov.

This is a well-stacked card. Plenty of known names although some of them are past their primes. There's also talk about Tim Tszyu fighting against Vergil Ortiz in the undercard.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Boxing: Regis Prograis vs Devin Haney (9th of December) on: July 30, 2023, 12:22:51 PM

This news is already circulating and reliable sources are telling that the undisputed lightweight champion Devin Haney already agreed to move up in weight to challenge super-lightweight champion Regis Prograis this coming October 28 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is another big fight coming up and the young Devin Haney finally gets his wish to move up since there were issues already in the past that he is killing himself to make the lightweight weight. He will be tested against the 2-time champion and heavy-handed Regis Prograis.

There is a lot of drama in Haney's situation though as most fans and even the stats are saying Vassily Lomachenko beats him and deserves an immediate rematch. There's also the WBC's mandatory for him to face 2 division champion, Shakur Stevenson. And lastly, Top Rank's offer for Haney to face the biggest name at the junior welterweight, the lineal and WBO champion Teofimo Lopez. More updates soon if Haney will be stripped of his belts at 135 as he wanted to keep them while testing the waters at super lightweight.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Boxing: Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou on: July 11, 2023, 08:07:52 PM

This a surprising move by both fighters as they now agree on a big showdown in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia this coming October 28. But there were rumors already in the past few days that there was already a deal made and they are yet finalizing on the details. But this could be the best option for Fury after ducking Oleksandr Usyk for the undisputed belts. Usyk already has a schedule against his WBA mandatory Daniel Dubois and the WBC is yet to make a decision on their mandatory which makes Fury free from any responsibilities. Meanwhile, Francis Ngannou is more than a year inactive and as per his agreement with PFL, he is supposed to make a tune-up boxing match before challenging the big names in boxing. Money speaks though and this Saudi opportunity is too hard to say no for Francis. And Fury might be busy negotiating again once Usyk is done with Dubois, Wilder is busy coming to an agreement with Andy Ruiz for the WBC eliminator and AJ already has a schedule against Whyte.

There are no number of rounds yet announced. I'd be surprised if this is scheduled for 12 rounds. This is not an exhibition match either so it won't be surprising if the WBC will make a special approval to make this fight a voluntary defense. Anyways, I wonder if the poll is worth asking compared to which round Fury will stop this inactive Ngannou who's making his boxing debut.

Still, this is a massive fight. Fury is still considered by many as the real lineal heavyweight champion since he never lost after receiving that recognition from his victory over Wladimir Klitschko many years ago. And Francis Ngannou is branded as the hardest puncher in the world.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Boxing: Anthony Joshua vs Robert Helenius (replacement) on: July 06, 2023, 05:11:11 PM
Robert Helenius is officially now the new opponent of Anthony Joshua this weekend. The 39-year-old Helenius just won a fight a few days ago in his native Finland. That was his return bout after losing a first-round knockout against Deontay Wilder.

A rematch is coming between former unified champion Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte this coming August 12 at the O2 Arena in the UK. Both fighters are rebuilding but the winner might get an eliminator or even a title shot. Whyte was KO'd by Tyson Fury last year for the WBC belt while AJ has a back-to-back defeat at the hands of unified champion Oleksandr Usyk.

AJ will remain a favorite in this fight but we better not count out Whyte. AJ is a completely changed fighter which is something Whyte can capitalize on. If AJ continues to try to box, not letting his hands go and Whyte is well-conditioned conditioned for a full fight then it will be a very exciting one. AJ might also get his confidence back knowing he already TKO'd Whyte when both of them are still unbeaten.

6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Boxing: Josh Taylor vs Teofimo Lopez on: March 21, 2023, 09:04:32 AM

Another big fight coming up! There's been a lot of talks already about the lineal and former undisputed champion Josh Taylor fighting Teofimo Lopez. Today it is confirmed that both fighters will duke it out this coming June 10. It's weird since Josh Taylor was supposed to rematch Jack Caterrall in what was supposed to be his last fight in the division before moving up to 147. Now Caterall is anxious and mad knowing Taylor will stay in the division and will face Teofimo Lopez. Teofimo Lopez had a bad performance against Sandor Martin in his last fight. Unluckily for Sandor Martin, he was robbed of another upset victory.

Professional win-loss-KO/TKO records
Josh Taylor: 19-0-13 KOs
Teofimo Lopez: 18-1-13 KOs

My take is prime Josh Taylor would've easily schooled Teofimo Lopez and might take him out in the late rounds. But considering the 1-year inactivity of Josh Taylor and he admitted before that making weight is so difficult already as he aged. Earlier, the only reason Taylor stayed for 1 last fight against Caterrall is in order to settle their controversial first fight. Now I am not counting out Lopez as we do not how what version of Taylor will show this June 10. But I still believe Taylor will be the slight favorite here.

7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Boxing: Nonito Donaire vs Jason Moloney on: January 24, 2023, 12:51:24 PM

Earlier today, both the camps of former champion Nonito Donaire and Jason Moloney were informed by the WBC to start negotiations for the vacant WBC bantamweight belt. They will have until February 17 to reach a deal, otherwise, it will go to a purse bid. Moloney's camp already showed willingness and wanted to bring this fight to Australia. Meanwhile, Donaire's earlier target is to drop in weight and face El Gallo Estrada for his ambition to become a 5 division world champion. We will see if old Donaire entertains this fight as he was already a 2-time champion in this division and he's got a few more fights left in his career.

All the belts became vacant after undisputed champion Naoya Inoue decided to move up in weight to continue his conquest of glory. Meanwhile, the WBA, IBF, and WBO are yet to make their own official announcements. Jason Moloney still has a lot of options and he can wait for more announcements from the other sanctioning bodies. I believe he may be able to outpunch past-prime Donaire but I don't think he can take the Flash's powerful hooks. It took another great to be able to survive Donaire's powerful hooks in this division although Inoue was also hurt for the first time in his career. Moloney can opt for his other options. He is also ranked #1 by the WBO which will be easier to outbid the #2 Vincent Astrolabio from the Philippines if he really wants to fight a title in his home of Australia. Moloney is also ranked #3 by the IBF which is also doable if ever #1 Vincent Astrolabio prefers to fight for the vacate WBO belt. Moloney can face #2 Emmanuel Rodriguez of Puerto Rico whom he lost already in a very very close fight which could've gone either way.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Boxing: Artur Beterbiev vs Anthony Yarde on: November 20, 2022, 05:21:42 AM

This is now official. Lineal and unified IBF/WBC/WBO light heavyweight champion Artur Beterbiev will travel to OVO Arena Wembly in London, England on January 28 to defend his belts against local hero Anthony Yarde. This fight is supposed to happen earlier but was canceled due to Beterbiev suffering an injury. Earlier this weekend, Anthony Yarde won his tune-up with an easy 3rd round KO.

Professional win-loss-KO records
Artur Beterbiev:  18-0-18 KOs
Anthony Yarde:   23-2-22 KOs

Earlier quotes from the 2 protagonists in courtesy of Fightnews.com.

While Artur Beterbiev owns 3 of the major sanctioning belts, the IBF, WBC, and WBO, the other remaining WBA belt was held by another undefeated Russian, Dmitry Bivol. Both fighters are confident to become the undisputed champion. They already mentioned that they want to unify their belts but it seems like TV networks are making it difficult for this mega fight from becoming a reality. Artur Beterbiev fights at ESPN and is promoted by Top Rank while Dmitry Bivol is with DAZN and promoted by Matchroom. But we fight fans are still hoping that this division will have its first undisputed champion in this 4 belt era.

My personal take on this fight. Despite Beterbiev being 37 years old, he should be able to land some of his bombs on Yarde and score a stoppage. I think Beterbiev will be a 3-1 to 4-1 favorite here. Despite fighting in front of Yarde's popular British crowd, these former Soviet fighters are mentally tough. Rival promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom was quick to say that Yarde is a good guy but Beterbiev is a different beast and this fight will turn into a mismatch.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: November 10, 2022, 06:15:11 AM

The WBC Convention is ongoing and one of its latest actions is issuing a mandatory for its welterweight champion Errol Spence against ex-unified champion Keith Thurman. Keith Thurman is the third-biggest name in the division right now. But as popular as Thurman is, he is not the same fighter anymore, in nearly 6 years, he only fought 3 times and he struggled in those fights. Thurman doesn't even deserve a top 5 ranking but the WBC is one of the best when it comes to business exploitations. This seems like a sweet save by the WBC so Spence can avoid undefeated young prospects Eimantas Stanionis and Boots Ennis. Both will be high-risk with low rewards for Spence but they are supposed to be the mandatories for his WBA and IBF belts. And who knows, Spence will be ready against WBO champion Terrence Crawford who's turning 36 next year.

Errol Spence: current WBA/WBC/IBF champion
Pro record: 28-0-22 KOs

Keith Thurman: ex-WBA/WBC champion
Pro record: 30-1-22 KOs

This is not yet official but if Spence won't take this big easy fight, he will be stripped of his WBC belt and he might face either WBA or IBF mandatories the young and undefeated Stanionis or Boots. Spence can also move up to 154 and say goodbye to a possible undisputed fight against Crawford.

My personal take. This fight will happen since this is a big fight and should be very easy for Spence. Spence should be able to stop this past-prime version of Thurman or at least win an easy unanimous decision if he wants to stay safe.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Boxing: Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez on: August 22, 2022, 02:14:58 PM

So after failing to secure a fight with light-heavyweight IBF, WBC, WBO, and lineal champion Artur Beterbiev, the WBA champion Dmitry Bivol will have a mandatory defense of his belt against the undefeated and former super-middleweight champion Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez. The fight will be on November 5 in the United Arab Emirates. At least the fight is happening on a neutral ground. Expect Bivol to become the betting odds favorite but most likely not that wide over the gutsy Ramirez. Both are undefeated and well experienced against top-caliber fighters but someone's 0 gotta go. It is known that Canelo Alvarez who is fighting GGG next still has a rematch clause on Bivol which might be activated next year.

Boxing record:
Dmitry Bivol 20-0-11 KOs
Zurdo Ramirez 44-0-30 KOs
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Boxing: Haney vs Kambosos II (Undisputed) on: July 22, 2022, 06:08:20 AM

So Top Rank's Bob Arum failed to persuade George Kambosos to face another opponent before demanding a rematch with undisputed champion Devin Haney. George Kambosos officially exercised his rematch clause against undisputed champ Devin Haney. The planned date is on October 15 at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne. It is the same venue as the very popular Australian Open (tennis).

I think the first fight was very boring and Haney clearly outscored Kambosos. I think it will happen again. But maybe the difference is that Kambosos will let his hands go right after the opening bell. Despite the boring first fight, we better expect another sold-out crowd as this is once in a lifetime experience in Australia. People will still go for sure. It is probably the PPV buys that will take a hit. Unless they both can promote this fight well. Haney is a boring trash-talker though but a mad Kambosos isn't.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Double Unification Fights: Shields vs Marshall / Mayer vs Baumgardner on: July 06, 2022, 10:23:02 AM

Earlier this year, boxing fans witnessed arguably the biggest fight in women's boxing history, the Taylor-Serrano fight. Thanks to Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing and DAZN. But we are not done yet. Bob Arum's Top Rank and ESPN are set to break women's boxing records. This time, it's a double-header unification event in London, England this September 10.

The Ring, WBA, WBC and IBF undefeated middleweight champion Claressa Shields will unify with the last remaining belt holder in WBO champion, the undefeated Savannah Marshall. Claressa Shields is already a decorated fighter before turning pro. She is a two time gold medalist in the Olympics. While Shields wanted to unify all the belts to make herself an undisputed champion, she also wants to take revenge on Marshall who beat her when they were in the amateurs.

In the other main event of the evening, undefeated The Ring, IBF and WBO super-featherweight champion Mikaela Mayer will try to add another piece of her collections, the WBC belt held by another undefeated champion Alycia Baumgarder. The other remaining champion is WBA holder Hyun Mi Choi of South Korea. The winner between Mayer and Baumgardner might move up in weight and fight the biggest name in women's boxing, the undisputed lightweight champion of Ireland, Katie Taylor.

The difference between this event and Katie Taylor's are the trash talking. We won't be lucking them as both 4 protagonists were already trash talking each other since they became world champions together.

13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Kazuto Ioka vs Donnie Nietes II on: July 02, 2022, 08:55:05 AM

This is a rematch between two 4-division champions, WBO champion Kazuto Ioka defending against its former holder and nemesis, Donnie Nietes. The first match happened more 3 years ago in Macau for then vacant WBO super flyweight strap. Though Donnie Nietes won clearly, the scorecards made it a split decision. Donnie Nietes then became inactive and many thought he was actually retired because he was already 37 years old that time. The WBO decided to declare the belt vacant. Kazuto Ioka managed to win the belt and is holding it strong with 4 successful defenses.

The difference in this rematch is that 33-year old Ioka is now the defending champion. Nietes is now 40 years of age. And Ioka will defend his belt in his home turf in Japan.

Kazuto Ioka win-loss record: 28-2-15 KOs
Donnie Nietes win-loss record: 43-1-23 KOs

15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano on: April 12, 2022, 04:19:21 PM

This coming April 30, fight fans will witness a mouth-watering and the biggest fight in women's boxing. Two future hall of famers will collide in a multi-million dollar fight in the mecca of boxing, the Madison Square Garden. 7 division champion Amanda Serrano, a knockout artist from Puerto Rico will challenge the undisputed, 2 division world champion, and an Olympic gold medalist, the undefeated Katie Taylor of Ireland.

I am just so excited on this fight. This is something very big for women's boxing. Hopefully this big fight will also lead to Claressa Shields vs Savannah Marshall unification fight this year.

Game link: ♛♛♛NBA Prediction Tournament [0.027BTC Prize Pool]♛♛♛

Hindi ko alam kung saan ako magsimula. Angry Sad Undecided Siguro from the beginning.

At perfect ngayon dahil halos back to normal na NBA with 82 regular games at pa-start na playoffs. Last year nasa P75k yung prizepool.

Willing ako mag-donate ulit noong original prizepool ko pero yung Philippine peso value at the time na napost ang tournament thread which was November 1, 2019. Around 9,400 pesos then convert na lang natin into btc later on.

Another thing is yung mga sponsors.

Thanks.

                4. Accounts must be active since last October 2019
                5. Earned at least 2 merits

Duration of the game:
First Stage or 60-day Elimination Period - All qualified participants are to predict the winners of the games posted to earn/lose points.
The Final Stage - Only top 10 of the participants with the highest points will proceed to this stage. The first to reach 12 points wins the game. Once a participant reaches 12 points the tournament officially ends (all the remaining live picks for that day are still to be counted).

***In case of a 12 points tie. The *top 10 ranked finalists will continue with their prediction picks until there is an established single points leader.
***In case of a tie in the runner ups, the First Stage ranking acts as the tie-breaker.
***If the First Stage ranking is not enough to decide (unlikely) on runner ups tie then we will set another games for them to predict until settled.

Mechanics of the Game:
1. I will be posting games daily and qualified participants can predict the winner of each game.
2. Cut-off time will be 23:59 GMT +8 or approximately 5 hours to 11 hours before every game starts. In order to be fair to participants having a hard time with the cut-off time. New cut-off time will be before the NBA official game time schedule, https://stats.nba.com/schedule/.
3. It is not necessary to predict all posted games. This way contestants missing some of the games due to priorities in life are not in a disadvantage to those active with their daily picks.
4. Every correct game prediction will be given 1 point and a wrong prediction is -1 point. A bad prediction has consequences just like in the real betting world. Quality over quantity wins the game.
5. You can change picks before cut-off time by quoting your old prediction and posting the updated one. Do not edit and delete.
6. When the games are starting already deleting and editing of predictions are considered cheating and you will be automatically banned in this game.
7. Participants reaching their accumulated total scores to -5 will be automatically eliminated in this tournament.

Additions to clarify and simplify the game

NO NEW PARTICIPANTS AFTER DAY 30 MATCHES

With regards to the 60-day elimination round. Let us not accept any new participants after day 30 matches. It diminishes the spirit of the game. The possibility that most of the participants will continue to have low scores but were able to survive elimination, it is a good accomplishment already and they deserved the rights to fight for the top 10. We cannot allow new participants to just hopped in, take advantage and try their luck in the late stage of the elimination period.

This additional rule also means that those below the top 10 ranks need to step up. It is either they face the risk of elimination in order to reach the top 10 or stay below top 10 which doesn't make any sense. Remember, top 10 participants if feeling safe can stop predicting and hold on with their points. But for those trying to top the ranking in the First Stage, they do have an advantage during the Final Stage.

***In case of a tie in the runner ups, the First Stage ranking acts as the tie-breaker.

ONLY TOP 10 RANKED PARTICIPANTS LEFT IN THE GAME ENDS THE FIRST STAGE BEFORE 60 DAYS

Because the championship round or the final stage matters most. So if only the top 10 players remained in the game, they can stop predicting and just hold on with their points. So we would rather end the First Stage early and proceed to the final and championship round.

In case of inactive participants as the only remaining survivors outside the top 10, they will be informed thru pm with a deadline if they want to continue.

Notes:

18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Sports Betting Contest on: October 19, 2019, 07:05:50 AM
NBA won the poll.

Here is the NBA Prediction thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5197850.0

I am planning to stage a betting contest. Now I am undecided which sports. I like soccer since it is very popular and its many exciting games. NBA would be perfect too as new season is about to start. And there's also the other popular sports like tennis, mma, e-sport, etc.

I also noticed that editing a post few minutes after it was posted and have minor changes cannot be tracked? Can someone help me with this, please.

I am planning not to allow edits. They can just quote their previous post and then predict again.

Add-ons:
My initial plan is purely predicting the winner so I will be looking into matches that are competitive. A correct prediction is 1 pts while a wrong prediction gets you -1 pts. This simple mechanic allows those that missed the prediction (e.g. traveling, working hours, bad internet, etc.) the chance to stay competitive. This is necessary especially when the tournament is coming to an end.

My initial prize pool would be BTC0.02 only. Economy is bad but I wanted this game for a long time. This is just for fun anyway. But there is a chance that I will be putting up more. I read a comment for possible donations. Yes, I think we will be accepting donations from willing sponsors. There will be an escrow for the prize pool (op and sponsors).

For now break-down of the prize would be like:
1st - BTC0.01
2nd - BTC0.005
3rd and 4th - 0.0025BTC each

Anymore suggestions, especially for mechanics? I would be glad.

I still don't know the duration of this game. I wish I had the funds to make the prize pool big enough to prolong the duration of this contest. I just realized that the best games in NBA (playoffs) and soccer (leagues ending and UEFA) will start in the 2nd quarter of next year.

19  Local / Pamilihan / Exchange Alert: CoinExchange Ending its Services on: October 17, 2019, 08:18:49 AM

This is to inform everyone here na magsasara na nga pala ang CoinExchange.io.

This is their official statement dated last October 1, 2019.

Code:
Coinexchange.io is Closing Down

It is with great regret that we must inform the community that the board of directors of CoinExchange.io has decided to close down the exchange.

This is purely a business decision and there has not been a security breach or any other type of incident. Unfortunately it is no longer economically viable for us to continue offering market services. The costs of providing the required level of security and support now outweigh our earnings.

Trading and deposits will be suspended on the 15th of October 2019. Please cease any deposit and trade activity as soon as possible.

The website and withdrawals will remain operational until the 1st of December 2019. We ask that you please remove all funds by this date.

It has been a fantastic journey and we have enjoyed playing a part in the crypto currency space. We thank everyone that has traded or listed a currency with us.

So sadly it is goodbye for now however we may return in the future if market conditions change.

Last October 15 pa yung last trading day.
