Another major hardware producer may venture into the GPU market very soon. Motherboard manufacturer Asrock is reportedly going to offer new products for cryptocurrency mining in April. Currently, the company enjoys strong demand from crypto miners for its motherboards. Mining equipment shipments boosted its sales in 2017.

New Reports suggest that Nvidia is going to launch a mining GPU sooner than previously expected. The graphics unit comes with features that cryptocurrency miners will find attractive. According to leaked specifications, the Inno3D card is based on the gaming GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.

I have read a news that says, Cryptocurrency market could hit $1 trillion this year with bitcoin surging to $50,000, experts say. And so, I think because of this news report (and other similar news) the value of Bitcoin rises a bit. It has rallied after a dip to its lowest level below $6000 sometime in November last year.

Excuse me? The current price is what it is with the CURRENT level of adoption. If there was massive adoption then the value would be WAY higher! This is not a stock where we can split the shares as more people get interested. This is not a fiat currency where we can print as much as we like. This is not a company, and we are not speculating on future earnings or dividends or anything else--it is simply a commodity in limited supply and people have to pay whatever a seller is willing to offer. The price fluctuates, but it is simply supply and demand, and is certainly not based on any economist's analysis!
