1 satoshi seems a more appropriate value for BCC.

Run by a border crosser. Probably an illegal dreamer.  Cheesy
622  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 27, 2018, 06:47:27 AM
I think it's going up for real this time. Or in less than a week at most. Also lightning network should start a buying frenzy...

Lightning network is useless for mass adoption without turning bitcoin into an exact replica of the banking system that already exists, but that's probably their goal.  In the end, bugmen and cucks will get BTFO and silver and gold will win no matter how many jew shills try to push their cashless society slave system.

Can't veto a solution without offering a better one.

This asshole selling thousands BTC at bitfinex with multiple 200 BTC walls is the culprit of today's drop. And why he is selling so much in such a noobish way, I can't imagine.  Probably too lazy to place multiple 20 BTC sell offers instead of several 200 BTC. Well, if he is happy to lose milions because of his stupidity, so be it.

I guess i'm noob too. I have no idea why you would not just put a limit order in at whatever price and sell all if thats what you want.  =/

Seems like this would be good news.

627  Economy / Economics / Re: question about transaction fees... on: January 19, 2018, 03:35:14 PM
Well seeing as how I had to pay 60$ to move my 250$ investment. I sold my bitcoin. I think anyone rational would do that. These fees are killing the market. If something isn't done soon. It may significantly impede adoption. I remember 2 years ago when transaction fees were less than half a penny. Seeing these ridiculous charges makes one think something is broken.
628  Economy / Exchanges / Re: A working cryto debit card? on: January 19, 2018, 07:41:23 AM
I used to use an ANX debit card. Their card is currently not available, apparently will be this year. Maybe next month or so. Pretty good overall. Dunno if they discriminate based on nationality. Most appear to discriminate. I just recieved a SHIFT card. Uses a Coinbase wallet. Haven't tried it yet. Only available to US citizens or residents.
629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin fees in layman's terms how much? on: January 19, 2018, 07:35:18 AM
Can someone tell me how much bitcoin is per transaction? I know using electrum wallets u can set different fees for rate of confirmations. But what is the fee for sending from wallets that don't have this function? Like sending from an exhange wallet (not including exhange fees)? Can someone just give me a number in BTC? I look it up on google and I see this: https://bitcoinfees.info

And that makes a whole lot of zero sense to me.  Roll Eyes
630  Economy / Exchanges / Coinbase: Instant buy, pending buys, and Shift card on: January 18, 2018, 12:36:35 PM
I put some money into Coinbase. I heard a lot of horror stories about Coinbase years ago. But coming back to crypto economy recently I heard Max Keiser recocmend Coinbase. So i'm giving it a try...

I noticed however when you want to buy a coin the platform appears to require many days to complete the transaction. I also heard there was an "instant buy" feature. But I cannot find that feature on my interface. https://news.bitcoin.com/coinbase-users-can-now-use-bank-accounts-to-instantly-purchase-cryptocurrency/

I also ordered a Shift Card. To yes... spend my crypto when needed. But apparently it's not arrived. yet.

Anyone have any experience with these issues? Pending transactions, Instant buy, or the Shift card? Your thoughts on Coinbase?

Thanks...

**UPDATE** Shift card did arrive.
631  Economy / Currency exchange / UnionPay Chinese Bank Account on: January 14, 2018, 03:25:35 AM
Trying to buy at Exchange prices here. I don't want to buy through a 3rd party dealer. In fact I would prefer to sell on Local Bitcoin or Local Ethereum. I want to buy at exchange prices. I have a unionpay bank card.

Anywhere in the exhange world accept this type of payment?

 Huh

P.S. My friend and I tried OK coin. But after all the verification, there seems to be nowhere to go on the site to buy. It jusy shows the bank account linked and... thats it.
632  Economy / Trading Discussion / Apps for trading on: January 12, 2018, 07:32:49 AM
Looking for a mobile app or desktop software that can give analysis and trading info on cryptocurrencies. Trading indicators would be great. I don't want any trading bots, just analysis. Things like fib retracements etc.
633  Economy / Exchanges / Re: China on: January 04, 2018, 06:20:33 AM
No. China is more the issue, IRS makes it hard to get an exchange account, but China limits bank transfers to 500 / day... and u gotta sit at the bank for an hour and sign 50 different peices of paper written in Chinese.

I just want freedom.

Are Chinese exchanges still operating? Can buy sell withdraw deposit etc?
634  Economy / Exchanges / China on: January 02, 2018, 09:43:55 AM
I'm working in China. I'm a US Citizen. I need to buy crypto.

I'm unable to open an exchange account overseas thanks to the IRS. But my friends can.  Wink

What is the best exchange to use in China?
635  Economy / Economics / question about transaction fees... on: December 27, 2017, 03:49:08 PM
I have like 200 $ in bitcoin on ANX. I wanted to transfer that to Binance exhange and I saw that if I wanted to I could only send like 140. Is the transaction fee really 60$ to send coin on bitcoin now? Or this is something ANX is doing? I can't see how that will pass as acceptable. Might as well use bank transfers, cheaper!
636  Economy / Economics / Feeling the burn on: June 03, 2017, 02:43:45 AM
I had about 6.7 BTC back in 2014 or so at a price of about 1600$ I was down about 250$ and then I kept seeing litecoin go up 20% a day and jumped into that... then it spiked at 7.5$ or so... and then it dumped down to about 4$ I lost 700$ or so... and then kept playing around and finally got out with about 200$ left. About 6-8 months later BTC went to 300... and it's been rising ever since.... now i'm feeling the burn.

I should have never bought LTC...

I learned a lot about economics and had a lot of fun trading, even though I lost.

I was considering maybe jumping in again with 1000$. I'd probably go back to bitfinex.
Try some longs or shorts.

Thing is I probably would have bought ealier but you can't buy if you have no money.
Now I got some but i'm in China, and exhanges here still seem reticent on withdraws.

I dunno what do ya'll think? Buy in at 2400$?
637  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Trying to get my money out of China on: May 12, 2017, 11:45:40 AM
Yea of course face to face trades are best... i'm not finding anyone in China that does that though...
638  Economy / Currency exchange / Trying to get my money out of China on: May 12, 2017, 05:32:13 AM
Got a job here, get paid in RMB, need to send to US account. Capital controls of 500$ / day render it unfeasible. I got one of those UnionPay debit cards for the account if that helps...

Any help of ideas or services appreciated...
