Do they ever plan to automate the deposits? Afaik its manual right now and thats why it takes 6-24h to deposit btc
6h is definitly too long for crypto world. I also know they always prefer a high amount of confirmations...but that will just scare users away if during deposit times the crypto moves a lot.

can't believe that someone was dumb enough to interpret this announcement as a bad thing... are these guys able to read??? Intense team is purposing to build a solid, useable, product that can trully be massified... they have built a awasomely talented team in little more than a month, they have migrated from a simple niche p2p product to a worldwide ambition product with a worldclass team.... come on, dump a bit more.... some of us will be with our pockets open waiting!!!  Could you fit anymore buzzwords in that comment? lol It's not bad news (though it was kinda wack to find out that on the day we expect beta news we instead find out they blew up the old project/team and are starting back at square one), but it kicks the can down the road another 6 months or so (Q2 2018). Why do we seem to not get blocks on time as the difficulty rises?
Whats causing this? it seems like a pretty bad issue? My pool is at 250-300% for a block
Been up to 500% before and I have even seen it at 700%
I have seen blocks not being found for over 45 minutes in the past. Right now it is the same?
Anyone able to give insight into why this happens?

I experienced that in other ICOs. Some icos lock their tokens till after ICO end. I guess its same here and you have to wait till ico ends:) |

Was interested to invest into this great project but was quickly turned off by the registration process. Beside installing a 3. party app from the google store, you still have to provide birthdate, pic of your passport + passport number AND selfie with passport....like really?
If i would entrust you that much, you could abuse those files for identity theft or you might store the files bad aka it get stolen and abused...

then you certainly don't understand trading cryptocurrency. price is pegged against bitcoin NOT fiat. how did you get hold of your toa? through ICO or through swapping pesobit to toa? either way, just to inform/educate you, the dev team collected amounts in terms of bitcoin and accordingly issued the number of tokens due to investors. what was the price when you initially received your coins if you were an ICO participant? now, at what price did you buy your PSB - if you swapped to TOA? if you weren't an ICO participant, at what price did you buy TOA in the exchanges that offer toa? if you're happy with toa just keeping the fiat price fixed at what - less than 0.01 usd? then that means there will be no profit to be gained from buying or selling toa since it will always have the same fiat currency value! you're losing in terms of bitcoin. you bought toa in terms of bitcoin and don't realize that you're losing?! if you're fine with that, well that's you. don't give others the illusion that they're gaining when in fact, they're losing a lot! I calculate with fiat because i trade on exchanges and it resembles better what the asset is worth to people. If i compare to what could have been if i kept btc then its speculation and not investing. If you make a bad decision on speculation then its not job of the toa foundation to match your expectation in my personal opinion. If btc falls and toa rises in btc value to keep fiat price would you say the toa foundation did exceptional work? In the end people value assets still to fiat. Might be other case in ico or swaps of course. Then your view might match better but since i bought them on exchange... awesome at what price did you get them? congratulations, you're doing great  same fiat price as it is now. keeping for longterm and maybe use it for the service toa offers. if toa builds their service in coffeeshop like apple shop, i.e. with branding feeling, it could trend. there arent many capsule hotels yet so who knows. for speculations and making money, there are far better coins than toa. toa is more like a hobby hehe |

Didnt want to comment at first because i didnt want to look like a fudder as i stated my worries few weeks before already....
I was a proud owner of tangerine token before but now it seems like a bad investment.
For all we know, the devs could be offshore enjoying their money on the beach while trying to keep us at bay with a post every 2 month.
How can the devs not see the project from our perspective and update on ANY communication channel (silence on facebook, twitter, medium and here) they have?
Really huge disappointment, great project, bad team executing it
