Trading paused while we investigate network issues still curious what happen? I don't think we will ever know what happened to wsp and other coins prehack. Wsp was definitely not the only one affected by the paused market and wallet issues. The team is getting ready to start beta testing 0.4 and they are also working on the messaging app as well as a mobile wallet. Thanks Wispr is worth investing in and deserves more love and attention than it has gotten so far. Lets get this coin to the masses and ride that incoming bullwave to new heights. I just posted info for an ongoing lottery we will be running. Cost will be 1wsp for each entry, you can enter as many times as you want. Winner gets the entire pot collected from ticket purchases. Hopefully Bittrex review the project, see its big potential and reconsider the delisting. Dope has been listed there for almost 5 ears if I'm not mistaken!
Yeah. I used to love bittrex but they seem to have gone the corporate route and have lost what crypto is all about. I seem them listing so many new coins that scream scam to me. |

Due to the recent vulnerabilities discovered with the ZeroCoin protocol, we have decided to postpone our rebrand and tech upgrade to the PIVX codebase indefinitely.
Our team is actively looking for alternative options as we aim to provide our users with the latest and safest blockchain technology.
In the meantime, we are preparing for the imminent beta release of the Grow Advertising platform are scheduled to go live with our first partner on June 5th.
While this sucks its the best decision regarding security of the chain. Does dash suffer from the fake MN exploit? Dope or whatever it becomes doesn't need a secondary layer of privacy such as zcoin or whatever is next for pivx. It's also time to start brainstorming new names and brand ideas for dope to transform into. This is already in the pipeline. Rebrand is imminent and it will allow us to cater to several more industries which is huge. I operate a business that caters to the Forex markets and already have plans and budget allocation to expand our advertising efforts onto the Grow platform once it goes live. Very Excited for the future of this project and I'm personally invested and adding to my holdings accordingly. I think you missed you the part where the rebrand of dope was shuttered as well. Seems trex has an issue with the name grow. Don't let this username fool you, I am kept in the loop with dope via another username that was sadly lost on here probably due to the db breach awhile back. |

The devs for this project seem to have better things to do than work on making this coin a success. The wallet has stopped working for a lot of people and its damn near impossible to get working for those of that have experience troubleshooting. With this in mind, I am a founding member of a group looking to take over WCF as a community. We are in the process of fixing the wallet and should have a 3.0 version out fairly soon. after i dump my keys and import it again i have only coins from 2018-04-20 , and i was staking till 2018-07-01
where is my coins i staked for 3 months ?
try this go to your old wallet (doesn't have to be in sync) and type this on the CLI: listaddressgroupings[Enter] then maybe you will have some new addys co check  -- always backup your data before you f*** with it  Its also possible they were staking on a fork. It sucks and is part of life with current blockchain tech, all you can do is try and check in on your staked address/s every so often and be ready to resync the chain if it looks funky. You don't have to access your stake server, simply add a bookmark to an explorer/your address and check on it every so often. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dope has an api you can use to pull address/pricing/etc into a sheet if your so inclined. |

Hi, I have been staking like crazy since january and just found out that that is a bad thing  Apparently I was the last one on this particular chain, when it stopped I have upgraded my client to 4.1 and re-synced. The client says I'm up to date, but my balance is zero. If I use my address on dopecoin explorer I see a balance there, that looks about right with 4 stakes coming in in january. How can I (force)update my balance? Thanks in advance, ScubaFuz You backed up your wallet.dat, yes? You made sure you have a copy of wallet.dat in the data directory 4.1 is using, yes? If so, then make another backup copy and put it aside, just in case. Launch the client, go to the console window under Help -> Debug repairwallet close the client and relaunch it. What version were you using before upgrading to 4.1? I have several backups. The oldest surviving one is from February, apparently after the chain got wild. That one gives an error and starts a rescan but ends with an zero balance and no transactions. My other backup from early June does a rescan without error and shows my transactions, including the minted dope, which are the last transactions. The balance is still zero though. Bit odd that the last 4 transaction are dope comming in and the balance is zero. I don't remember what version I was using before, but it may have been 4.0.0.5 from the dopecoin.com site. The option repairwallet doesn't seem to exist. I typed help and got a long list of commands, but not that one. Can I start with a blank wallet and recreate it with my private key? Or maybe create a new wallet and transfer the balance there? I assume I can get to my dope using the private key, even without the wallet? Thanks for the help. ScubaFuz Importing your privkey into a fresh wallet is the easiest/fastest method to get back on track. If you have your privkey saved somewhere already, delete the wallet.dat and relaunch the wallet. When you import your old key you will good to go. |

@anotherlateminer on the new wallet update, will work the 'old' wallet.dat or is it with importing priv keys for each address how in Blackcoins Lore wallet?
It should work, but I'd suggest to create new wallet.dat with Core wallet (it will be HD by default) and send all your coins to it. It definitely works. I did however let it create a new wallet and then imported my stake addresses privkey. I would also suggest that with the new dopecore that folks use the dumpwallet command and save a copy of their master privkey. You can't import this master key into a wallet as of yet but you would be able to use the available tools found round the web to recreate your addresses and privkeys if the need ever arose. |

So, the reason why Cryptopia isn't trading this anymore is because the coin was hacked on their site, and Tradesatoshi is running the wallet and trading successfully? Isn't that a breach of contract for Cryptopia?
From what I understand cryptopia has a security issue with the way they credit deposits. Someone was able to use the low deposit confirmations to double spend and withdraw funds that weren't actually deposited. I may just say screw it and pay for us to be listed at cryptohub. If anyone wants to chip in, let me know. |
