2701  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin prices rise high on: October 19, 2017, 11:47:12 AM
At this time, on October 19, 2017, bitcoin value reached $ 5600.02. this could be the highest value in the history of bitcoin since it first emerged as the currency of digital. hopefully it can rise again higher in the next years.
2702  Economy / Economics / Re: When is the right time to buy bitcoin ? on: October 19, 2017, 11:17:06 AM
I think, all the time it's right to buy bitcoin. if we wait for the price to fall, it will only take a long time. we all know that the bitcoin value is fluctuating, so its value will be fast to rise, and fast to descend. so if I think, buy the right bitcoin is when we have a lot of capital.
2703  Economy / Economics / Re: Most people dont even know what this is yet. on: October 18, 2017, 08:14:47 AM
I think it is really good that most of the people don't know what is bitcoin. This means that we are among the 1% (not sure about the percentage) of people that have known bitcoin sooner. That time when all of people know what is bitcoin and need that for their life, the price will be much higher than today. So we will be rich.

that sounds pretty good, but if more and more are using bitcoin, would not that make the bitcoin value go up? because bitcoin markets will also increase as well if many know and use bitcoin.
2704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid ICO scam on: October 17, 2017, 01:26:18 AM
I mean, is there an exact list of rules that could guarantee that someone who follows them will surely not become a victim of another ICO scam. Of course there are obvious rules like event participation, reputation of team members among ather prifessionals, approve by well-known advisors. But potential scammers also know all these criteria and know what to fake exactly.

Is there a 'blockchain way' to create an algorithm, scheme or set of conditions allowing to recognise and ban scammers? Not government laws way which also good for the market in my opinion.

Would be appreciate a link to an old thread, perhaps I just didn't find it.

UPD Best Advices:
  • learn about previous ICO projects, select viable ones and participate similar ICOs

what if we follow one ico, and it turns out until 1 month time still unpaid? is there any guarantee that his dev does not scam us? or does it take a long time for his coin distribution? or add a list of coins on the exchanger it does take a long time? has anyone ever experienced this?
2705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ICO would you suggest for October? on: October 17, 2017, 01:17:26 AM
what about spectiv ico? does anyone here follow him? reportedly, spectiv ico will resume on the 20th of October, but i dont know the next news about spectiv ico.
2706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ICOs you suggest to November on: October 17, 2017, 01:11:35 AM
Hundred of ICOs, thus you will hear hundred of suggestions. Everyone has his/her own favorites. For say, I love Jibrel Network (the project may become the highest raiser of 2017). But that doesn't mean you should follow blindly the preference of others. Most of the suggestions here will be either biased (by investors or bounties joiner) or careless ones.
Better invest on your own study and understandings. In this way you could learn out how to become learned investor.
For insight of new projects follow sites like ICOBench and many others giving honest review of ICO projects.
yes, it may be better to choose your own ICO project. but all this time, I still follow the advice of the masters here. I am still a beginner, so not yet quite understood, which ICO project will be successful
2707  Economy / Economics / Re: Make money from money on: October 14, 2017, 09:05:03 AM
This is the era of globalization and capitalization, when you don't have the ability to build your business, then you can control your business with money you have, you only buy stocks and then was able to control the business that you have purchased. Variety of ways we can do to make money with money, and I think all the things that want to make money there must need money.
but the ability to build our own business is also very important. true if we can control the business with your money, even if it doesn't have the ability to build a business. but do you not think if the business is controlled by 100% money is very risky? doing business, buying shares, also need the right strategy and not necessarily 100% driven by money. when business strategy and money are already owned, then you can make money with money effectively.
2708  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: October 13, 2017, 10:32:22 AM
because I often play online football gambling, then the analysis is very important. before the game, I have to see the predictions of the squad that will play. I usually also look at some of the previous games to decide which team I would choose to bet on. but, luck is foremost to win in gambling.
2709  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What the games you play as you earn? on: October 13, 2017, 10:27:03 AM
Question1: Best gambling games you ever in countered please do share it here I really want to try games that are fun and the same you earn Bitcoins?

Question2: can I play games by the use of altcoin or just bitcoins?

I was trying Smartroullette.io. That was not a bitcoin-based application. It was an Etherium-based game. But the token used is RLT, the token of Smartroullette.io. But I earlier quit because there was no luck for me there. And my tokens were all gone.
thanks for the info. but is there a football online gambling site that uses etherum-based / bitcoin-based? because so far i am only gamble football online only, and I always use the money, have never gambled using the coins I have.
2710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: October 11, 2017, 10:31:21 AM
for Muslims, gambling is a sin. but in some situations, sometimes we no longer think about it. because everything we do, is the thing that must be accounted for. for Muslims, you should not gamble.
2711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: October 11, 2017, 10:26:19 AM
yes, it will never be easy to give up from gambling. especially if we've lost a lot of money in gambling. like there is a sense of not willing to abandon gambling without getting our money back. is not it like that?
2712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: October 10, 2017, 08:55:07 AM
in gambling, I've set how much I have to bet and when to stop. I will not spend all the money I have to gamble, even though there's money in the wallet, but it's getting a lot of defeat, then I will stop.

2713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you tell if you are suffering from gambling addiction? on: October 10, 2017, 08:48:24 AM
the first to happen to someone who is addicted to gambling is: the person has no passion for work, he always hopes for glory at gambling and doesn't want to work anymore. I also feel that way.
the second: after the many defeats in the gamble and forced to owe, then the gambling addicted person, must get out of gambling with a lot of owe, while he has stopped working. at that time, there was not even the spirit to work and pay the bills. I also felt that way.
it will be very suffered
2714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: October 09, 2017, 01:52:31 PM
Based on what it has been seen among the wide array of altcoins such as development, innovation, and security issues, what altcoins might survive in the future?

In my opinion, I think that the only ones prone to survive would be good old altcoins such as Litecoin and Dogecoin, but I may be wrong.

Nevertheless, I would like to know your opinion about this as well as any altcoin that might be worth holding onto for the long term.  Grin
I also agree with you. but I think SGG might also survive. but all possibilities can still happen, so we'll see which altcoin that can survive longer, at least let we'll see until 2018 next year.
2715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] STUFFGOGO - P2P Mobile Marketplace | Token Sale Ended | Thank you!!! on: October 09, 2017, 01:40:52 PM
À lot of news, come on Telegram guys !

Vlad T:
Hi Everyone! Thank you again for your trust and patience, good things are coming.

1) Bittrex is still pending, it will happen, but no ETA from them yet. First would be HitBtc. Their trading volume is almost same as Bittrex currently

2) Daily updates are coming. It's been a lot of work lately and we are finishing this weekend with our token balance sheet and all outstanding payouts would be made. I will post token distribution spreadsheet here on the begining of next week.

3) 2 full time app developers working on app, it is coming along nicely and we will publish another demo before app hit the stores

Not set yet. Working to make first appearance attractive. Also pending final token distribution sheet that would be finalized this weekend.

4) Update on John McAfee will happen this week as well!

This is our top priority now. Integration is already working, UI and workflows in development. No search yet, probably will integrate duosear.ch temporarily untill distributed indexing would be ready, so products can be discoverable in app without knowing exact OB store address

One more official announcement - Sir Giddy (@Sir_GiddyCrypto) was kind enough to offer his help in community management and communications. Please join us in welcoming new community lead here!

Slack is going to be turned off. Do we need something else asite of Telegram?

One more important thing here - we had not one, but many cases of funds that was stolen from MEW. Time permitting will publish article on Medium regarding that. Safest way to store your ETH and tokens is to use official ethereum software, which with a little tuning can run on almost any hardware.  And your keys are always yours and not shared with anyone else. Steps to do:

- download latest geth here  for your platform: https://geth.ethereum.org/downloads/
- run in command line "geth —syncmode light"
- download and run latest official Mist from here: https://github.com/ethereum/mist/releases/tag/v0.9.1

We are wrapping up accounting and will share final figures Mon-Tue

This is being finalized right now, latest distributions are being made and there is going to be a campfire executed on unsold tokens on Monday

hi sir, do really need to download https://geth.ethereum.org/downloads/? and how best way i can download it? fast response please.
and then, if i not download it, do will be fine?
thanks
2716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best upcoming ICO on: October 09, 2017, 01:24:05 PM
in my opinion, swarm is also a best ico. Swarm Fund has been built to ensure fair and equitable gain in the finance market. The platform has been built as a response to the tendency of financial markets to experience hype cycles that tend to create additional wealth for the already wealthy whiles those who need really need profits on their investments to better their fortunes are denied the opportunity. Swarm Fund will be employing a governance first model which will bring $ 1 trillion in real assets into the blockchain space. It will subsequently create a platform for regulatory engagement and a fully compliant legal framework for scalable and profitable assets.
2717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin is better? on: October 09, 2017, 01:15:48 PM
I think SGG is very potential, although currently there is no exchanger, but I am very sure this coin will be popular. if I'm not mistaken, thats value is : 5000 SGG = 1 ETH. I think it's a very promising value, for trading or for holding.
2718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the future of gambling on: October 08, 2017, 11:31:47 AM
in the future, more gambling apps will be developed.

in the mobile internet era, and thanks to encryto currencies such as bitcoin, the world is turning to a whole casino without cashflow limits.

and this process will accelerate the extinction of fiat currencies.

but the game must be creative, it can't be any games in traditional casinos, it must be a game can be interactive real time with thousands and millions of people.

if one mobile gambling game can spread all over the world, installed on millions of mobile phones, on that day, it will be possible to control the currency rate of one country.

that's evolution.

i discovered an app might has the potential, i need some ideas to promote it.

please write to info@luckyminority.com if you have some brilliant ideas.
I agree with you, in the future all the technology will grow more sophisticated, including application for gambling. it will make it easier for players to access gambling sites that are not scam. but in rules of games, I hope nothing has changed, and traditional gambling such as gambling cards on the table, will not be eliminated as the gambling app develops from the internet.
2719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling loses and wins on: October 08, 2017, 11:22:21 AM
what happens in gambling is, lose more, and win less. I had won about $ 50, but my defeat was over $ 100. why should you think, that gambling can make us rich? Clearly, if gambling only spends our money, we win today, but lose more tomorrow. so, gambling with a little money, and just have fun.
2720  Economy / Economics / Re: The Real Reason to Hold Gold And Bitcoin on: October 07, 2017, 03:36:17 PM
the obvious reason is that gold whose value tends to always increase and is less likely to fall, so it would be very beneficial if we keep gold for the future. while bitcoin, its fluctuating value, actually makes some people interested to save it, because hoping one day its value will rise from the purchase, but the possibility of falling also can. the drastically decreased value of bitcoin, and the drastically increasing value of bitcoin as well, make everyone interested to saving it, including me. that's my reason, why should I hold gold and bitcoin
