Hi, looks like I may need some help here. Tried to send some DP to Cryptopia, but failed. I have a lot of experience with qt wallets and rarely had problems with them until now. Is there anything I should do with DP qt wallet, which is not usually done with others? Thanks.
I am assisting you on discord. Yes, everything sorted now. I took you just a minute to come up with advice. Thank you very much.

Was sending 1 ETH, first time 49 Gas price, 21000 Gas limit, failed. I thought "fuck that, I'm out", but then, after reading here tried again. 22 Gas price and 200000 Gas limit and it went through. First ICO since June last year, hopefully better than the last one (SONM, still underwater on that). @notsofast and the rest of the guys as the advisors, this thing is gonna moon!

What's the meaning of no Premine? Is it more advantageous than the pre-mine tokens?
No premine means that there was no coins mined before official start. Level play field for everybody who mines or buys the coins. The fairest start in my opinion.

Hello, Where I can find Guide on POS, staking? It is not clear for how I can start staking? I believe that my question regarding staking not first and detailed guide is exist Thank you
This is a guide for most of the staking coins, works for NETKO, too. 1. Download qt wallet from official source, install it on a device which runs 24/7, run the wallet to sync. (this will take a while) 2. Encrypt your wallet, use strong, unique password. Write down the password and keep it somewhere safe. 3. Back up your wallet.dat file on another device or USB stick. (do this every time you change your password) 4. Unlock your wallet for staking (this will make sure your password is working) 5. Get some coins from the exchange and send them to your wallet address. 6. Go to Settings->Options->Window and tick the box at "Minimize to the tray instead of the taskbar". 7. Go to Settings->Main and tick the box at "Start on system login" Some of the steps may be done in different order. After every restart you need to unlock wallet for staking again. Alternatively you can download and install bootstrap (if one exist), or you can code one. Coins need to mature before they start staking. Depending on amount of coins, you will get your stakes less or more frequently. I have about 7000 Netko and get a stake every 2-3 days now.

I got over 10K coins, but unable to setup a MN yet, so decided to run it as simple POS. What's the difference between MN rewards and POS rewards?
If you're interested please feel free to ping me, because i'm also searching for some members for a MN and so far i'm still staking this awesome coin! You didn't understand, I got enough coins for my own masternode and I can set it up in a couple of weeks. I just wanted to know the rewards difference between POS and MN.

Hi all, For the last year I have been learning how to day-trade. Finally started to make good profits, which I convert into British Pounds. Currently use ADV Cash, but as their fees are way to high, looking for less expensive solutions. These should include a way to withdraw Pounds to a UK bank account, as I want it to be as legitimate and transparent as possible for tax purposes. I would be really grateful, if anybody can give me a good advice, preferably from one's own experience. LTC tip for the best answer!

This has gotten too far and needs to be stopped. In the last couple of months we saw countless "forks" (mostly not the real ones, those idiots don't know how to fork a coin) and "airdrops" from suspicious projects, using respectable cryptocoins and token names to advertise their scams. We have now some 20 different "bitcoins" (maybe more idk). The truth is, if you call your coin "Tacos classic", nobody would care about it. Probably seven people would sign up for airdrop and that's it. Game over. No easy money. Why I think it's about money? Well, it always is. I am here for money. But I will not try to scam my fellow community members. I will try to outplay them trading coins on exchanges, fair and square. If they outplay me, well done, they deserve their money. But you, "Tacos Classic", all you deserve is disdain. Your scheme is simple. Find a good name for the project, advertise it here, make people sign up for the airdrop, but keep most of the coins for yourselves. Make some development(or claim you did), so people, who didn't get the airdrop think they missed out. Get your coin listed on exchanges and dump it. Then move on, create new accounts here, and make a statement that "Tacos Classic" is flawed in it's core and you decided to start something different. Advertise a new coin, say "Tacos Cash" or whatever. And so on, over and over again. More experienced community members would never fall for that, but we can see a massive influx of newbies. The need to be warned. If they want an airdrop, ok. But if they missed out, they should stay away from that shit. No easy money - scammers starve to death. That's what they deserve for making the industry looking bad.
Feel free to use that post anywhere you like. Copy/paste anywhere you see scammers advertising their forks and airdrops. People need to know.

Why do we have to reboot at all? We don't have and I hope we won't. If you re-boot, you lose a lot of history and a Cryptopia listing which is extremely valuable. If anything, modify the current staking reward mechanism and reserve dev fund rewards over time equivalent to the lost pre-mine.
This sounds like the most logical course of action to take. Any recommendations on what changes should be made to rewards (considering circulating supply+current price) and/or procure funds for feature integration? While the price is low and dropping, I think you'll find people more accepting and generous. Something along the lines of: 1) Increase the max supply cap by 20m to account for the lost pre-mine. 2) Fork to reserve a solid chunk of rewards for dev funding (think 25%) that tapers off over time and not to exceed 20m at the currently proposed end of staking rewards. A compromise that allows immediate development and stabilizes the lost development fund with less reward % but same $$$ as price recovers in the future. 3) A governance system in the road map. Not sure about 1, fully agree with 2 and 3. Together we could make this unique project better! My suggestion is to get rid of the IOT device. It is too costly of an idea, and very difficult to implement.
I fully agree with this It is better and easier to make RAIN second Bitcoin There are hundreds of coins claiming to be "second Bitcoin" and there is only one RAIN.

I have been supporting this project for the last four months and own about 0.19% of the supply which makes me one of the top 100 hodlers. Thus I feel I have the right to add my opinion.
1: Whitepaper needs to be ready by the end of December, at latest January 2017. I have read it and it looks good already. Just some more work needed. 2: No restart/reboot. There is nothing wrong with the coin, wallet is working, explorer is working. Restart could create some short-term attention, but in the long run might kill the project completely. 3: The IoT devices have to be made. If it costs money, the dev could update the wallet so a fraction of stakes goes towards that costs (I am not a programmer/developer, so have no idea if it can be done). This would reduce the rewards and slow down the inflation. 4: It could be a good idea to reduce the rewards for good (by half). Setting staking rewards to 0 for a year would make people drop Rain and move onto some other coins (which could kill the project). Masternodes aren't needed, but from marketing point of view could be useful. 5: This project doesn't need anon transactions. 6: No need for personal attacks. The dev is still here and what some people posted here is just disrespectful.
If someone wants to add to that, or express disagreement with above, please do (in a constructive way, if possible).

I invested in this coin 7 months ago but still nothing ?
We have nothing released for the moment ? I can't see the coin in an exchange and not a lot of people know it. Is this project still in progress ?
I still think it can be a good coin but when it takes too much time it is not necessary good, people will forget about this coin...
Yes, we wait too long, I also invested 0,55 btc, which I remember the price of 1 btc = $ 1120, but I have not got any, if the current price is $ 16000, then ideally 1 EON = 290k satoshi (if we just hold btc) I don't think it will be that high straight away. Recent BTC bullrun caused all the altcoins to drop in value, EON will not be an exception. But after some time, if alts start to pump like they did in spring, it may be 290K or even more.

I totally agree with you. But we need to do something for this project too, not just waiting for the dev to do the things by himself. Even we spread the word about RAIN from mouth to mouth, it is something. I hold my coins and wait. Yes that is true and that is why RAIN pumped last time as many people were talking about the coin. I remember back then Twitter was exploding with all the RAIN tweets and how people are staking crazy amounts of RAIN but now its dead on there with a few people still tweeting every so often, myself being one of them. I do however think the dev should be more active and keep the community updated on where the project is at because it has a big impact on the price and the people as we all want to know if the dev is still around working on the project or not. That's right, you can't shill the coin forever without any news from the dev. Even a little bit of communication would be highly appreciated right now.

Why would Binance or any other reputable exchange want to list TKN? There are lots of project looking very much alive, with good trading volumes and teams posting the updates on daily basis.
