About a third of this comes from electricity generation, and another third from transportation, and a third from all other sources.
25  Economy / Economics / Re: Grexit on: July 02, 2015, 06:21:41 AM
The whole Eurozone crisis has shown how a monetary union without a political union is worthless.
Just because of one state, it is not fair to blame the monetary union, it has few advantages such as reduction of transactions cost and the avoidance of unnecessary adjustment burdens in the real economy.

Although the exact process is uncertain, falling into a protracted arrears procedure could have major consequences for continued financial assistance from Greece's other creditors - the European Central Bank and European Commission.

30  Economy / Economics / Re: DailyMail : Greeks rushing to buy Bitcoins as the country considers taking drast on: July 02, 2015, 05:28:23 AM
The President of the Institute for Economic and Industrial Studies Yannis Stournaras said: "We are a poor country with rich people. And these rich do not pay taxes because there is no political will to do so. The clienteles system continues to act here. Interests of politics and business are closely related, so politicians do not want to change things."

32  Economy / Economics / Re: Crisis, then opportunity. on: July 02, 2015, 05:16:23 AM
Wanna make a quick million?  Here's how:

Greece is going to be VERY Euro hungry for the next 3 months.  Fly to Athens with a big bag of cash.  All Greek people having relatives in foreign lands (with bank accounts) can send you bitcoin.  You pay their relatives in Euros.  This remittance operation would be insanely busy in about 5 days.  You'd need a courier and body guard each day flying in with new cash.

Instant millionaire.
Are you sure that this is what happening there since 5 days ?, come on man, Greece crisis getting highlighted concurrently as a failed state and it's become habitual and entertainment for so many people now a days, every country has ups and downs, Back many years, even the United stated of America fell in the poverty line, and remember once upon a time Britain too fell in the poverty line which force some parents to sell their children by displaying the sign boards (read wiki about this). Still Greek people are rich not all but mostly average and definitely the Government is poor. FYKI where are those people in Greece who lavishly enjoy their life with tax free environment years back ?
33  Economy / Economics / Re: Did Bitcoin Ruin Your Life, Or Help Your Life? on: July 02, 2015, 05:03:50 AM
Don't get greedy! Thats what I did. Never put in more money that your comfortable losing. If you are happy to invest $1,000 knowing it could be gone, then set that limit until you are comfortable risking a little more. All in all, has bitcoin ruined your life, or has it made your life better?
You have a solution for your loss in your answers itself. However,

“A teachable spirit and a humbleness to admit your ignorance or your mistake will save you a lot of pain. However, if you're a person who knows it all, then you've got a lot of heavy-hearted experiences coming your way.” ― Ron Carpenter Jr.,

“Many times what we perceive as an error or failure is actually a gift. And eventually we find that lessons learned from that discouraging experience prove to be of great worth.” ― Richelle E. Goodrich.,

Has bitcoin ruined your life ? (The answer is No)

Has it made your life better ? (The answer is that I am still in the process of learning)

35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Mark of the Beast? on: July 01, 2015, 06:17:56 PM
This kind of bullshit should be in the off-topic section.
His concerns do have a reason, there is no such bullshit in this post. He worried that one day in a future when they government adopt bitcoin as a legit currency, how they would treat the bitcoin architecture, however the main purpose of bitcoin invention is to curb the self-governing system.

37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin was accepted everywhere would you use it? on: July 01, 2015, 02:56:00 PM
Why wouldn't you? I don't think Satoshi was too worried about it being too accepted Wink

IMO decentralization of currency and pretty much anything, puts the power of the worlds system in the hands of the people. In a perfect future, this would be a vital part of life. In a perfect future...
I understand what is your point, however regards to the perfect future, there is nothing perfect in this world, perfection comes within us, it is based on our planning and intellectual thoughts, if we apply our sincere thoughts in any sectors, we could find the preferred future what we expect our life to be, hope you wouldn't take it as criticize rather than it is just my own thoughts regards to this.
