So how can I now get my old XMV balance based on the Monero adress to TradeOgre, what do I have to do?

What we knew/know as Sumokoin is now branded as Ryo under the lead of fireice_uk. The new Sumokoin is a hardfork back to Cryptonight Classic, thats why the hashrate went up by factor 10. This team consists of Quang Vu from the old Sumokoin team who also was Sumoshi and two others, as he admitted. So he was rather economical with the truth all the time, from the beginning. A liar will not be believed even when he might speak the truth, that's why I believe the version of fireice, even if I think that the way he took over the coin was not that friendly. Who knows what happened in the background.
Bad thing is: that SUMO seemed really promosing, but I have to admit that lots of stuff looked to be faked or not 100% true. Good thing is: all SUMO holders now have the same amount of RYO - it has to be seen what this will be worth...

Is there a guide on how to claim both SUMO and RYO after SUMO has forked?
I also don't know whether I know have x SUMO and x RYO like it is with a typical hardfork or how it is?

Hashrate up by factor 10, I'm out.

gos.cx - Miners: 0 ahashpool.com - Miners unknown, but cannot be many
Zergpool seems to be such a pool where hashpower comes and goes, when I checked it varied between 12 and 650 MH/s Currently I use antminepool, but hashrate is quite low.

Wow, i wasn't checking this thread for some time.
It is full of drama it seems. Hidden premine, devs are leaving and some rebranding.
Maybe, but it does not align with what the Twitter account says: https://twitter.com/sumokoin?lang=de

I can't see where you get the info from that there will be 2 coins... it was called a rebrand, not a fork.
Another proof that premine is just shit and causing nothing than trouble.

Well, I don't really see the point here. The article just describes that it is not as easy as one might have thought to keep ASISs out in the long term with just small changes to the PoW. But does that really mean to you that it's not even worth trying it? Is it then really better to do nothing and just let everything happen, to have 80% or 90% of your coin being mined by ASICs, meaning centralisation and 51% made easy as taking candy from a baby? For me, this is not the right approach, especially as for the moment, CN-Heavy would solve the problem, you just need to flip the switch. Yes, we all do not know what's coming in the future, yes it might be (more) difficult in the future to keep ASISs out, yes, it will require some work from devs to keep their PoW up-to-date, but for me, this would definitely be worth the work. Which algo will be used after hard fork?
If CryptoNight Heavy is already implemented, why was it postponed?
CH Heavy would be fine and you would probably have to fork less often than XMR because they only do slight changes while CN Heavy should put much more effort into ASIC development...

So I got it right that Karbo will not fork in any way to kick ASICS out, right? This makes mining this coin useless unfortunately. With 16 cards I would earn just 1.5 coins a day which are currently worth roughly 1 USD. Power cost would be more that 6 USD, makes no sense. Diff went up x10, before the profit per day was about 3 to 4 USD a day, which was not great, but ok.
Your decision if you want to put your coin in the hands of the community or a company that provides 75% of the hash rate with all the knows drawbacks.

If it would be private, why can I see my balance in the block explorer?

Sent PM but no reply. Any other way to contact support / pool owner?

4 hours left...
BTW: How big is the deviation you observe between calculators and real earnings? If I remember correctly, WTM showed me about 150-200 XVG/day with Lyra2v2, but my earnings where maybe 100 a day. Pool luck at suprnova is also not good currently. Where does this gap come from?!?

Where is this info from that VIVO and Innova are dead projects? Source would be welcome...

Finally got access to my coins in the wallet, had the wallet to rescan all transactions via console. Took a while, but now the balance is correct. Just in case youre missing coins in your wallet also.
May i ask how you did that? What do i have to type into the console? Is this an official site of verge: https://verge-blockchain.com/I followed these instructions: https://verge-blockchain.com/trouble

Electrum didnt work for me at all. What I did in the end is deleting everything regarding XVG from the Roaming folder. I had no wallet file only paperwallet (private / public key). So I set everything back and started with a fresh wallet. Then I downloaded the chain from the official website git and unzipped it as described. Then I started wallet and waited for a few remaining blocks to sync. Then I imported my public key via console, restarted, waited until the blocks were resynced and then I let the wallet read all tx via console again. Lots of work, not straight formward, but worked in the end.
