I have problems with 6 gtx 1070 and a celeron 1840 cpu. 2 cards are simply not starting, and never hash. The problem happens with all the algos in the alexis mod, and has been reported by a great number of users. just increase swap-file (up to 20Gb) or memory (up to 16Gb) i got gtx 1080*6 rig + Win7x64 + 12Gb Ram + 18Gb swap-file - alexis-miner starts witn no problem |

With the alexis miner you get problems with more than 4 cards in the rig and 5% rejects on the pool.

You were paying for improved hashrate on groestl and myr-gr. Both are improved over SP or Epsylons ccminer for instance. You expected myr-gr and groestl to have the same hashrate. Oops. Guess after you bitched at him he modified it so it would be easier to understand.
Oh my god  myr-gr of sp_ is not improved, go and check and compare to alexis-ccminer (opensource) should I post the screenshots with the results? once more time: I didn`t expect that myr-gr is equal to gr - I`m not idiot. But when I said to sp_ that his "private" item isn`t so fast as not-private one he simply removed "myr-gr" from start-post and answered I will release #2 soon with more speed on the myr-gr if so - I paid for myr-gr mod and there is no any mod in-fact, there is ordinary myr-gr algo in his miner Am I right? |

as I said before many times alexis work is much better in all algo's. no need to buy private shit. Exception can be in newer algo's that alexis miner doesn't have
I agree with you, but the sp_ should take the responsibility for what he does/says and not to hide his mistake by editing the start-post. |

Both are improved, one gets less speed then the other due to the way the algos work. Myr-gr and groestl have never gotten the same speed. Hence if you just plugged those numbers into whattomine and expected to make $10 a day because that's what it said you are indeed a fool.
New miners in general seem to be of that class.
thx, Captain, but the Q is about other thing opensource alexis miner does myr-gr much better so my Q to sp_ is the same: what I`m paying for? and as I can see sp_ simply changed Myr-gr and groestl sp-mod to groestl sp-mod that`s the point - Myr-gr has been deleted from the start-message and I want to know WHYthe all I see now - sp_ is trying to hide that there was any myr-gr sp-mod miner after I asked him where is the boost new miner are whimpy idiots that just thinks they can create money machine from scratch.....
