1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs dead? on: May 28, 2019, 07:08:48 AM
Interesting article about the death of ICOs and the emergence of IEO... https://cryptotradernews.com/investing-trading/are-icos-really-dead/

What do you guys think? I don't think ICOs are fully dead. They just need to be regulated in more efficient ways. Most ICOs from 2017-2018 never delivered on their promises because they were being ran by a bunch of assholes who didn't deliver squad... We need more regulation. Only then will ICOs get better imo.

I am absolutely not surprised, "death"EOS. The developers have many times started a project and abandoned. All to be expected. We need regulation, but reasonable without the hedgehog gloves
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Can I earn 1 bitcoin in 1 year through bounties ?? on: December 13, 2018, 04:30:39 PM
I am in the crypto world since a long time but I never earned 1 BTC whole ever..I never took bounties too seriously but now I am jobless and want to start with bounty...how much can be earned with bounties specially with my rank..
you're late. We should have started 2 years ago. Now with the beginning of autumn payments less than 1$....
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Need to Be Careful with ICOs on: October 21, 2018, 01:00:43 PM
you're right. A lot of scams. There will be no such projects as ETH or NEO with dozens of X. Personally, I do not participate in ICO anymore. Don't see the point Undecided
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does panicking made you feel ease? Or depressed? on: October 10, 2018, 08:45:27 AM
When there are instances that when the coin you hold has turned to dumped hard, are you biting that move to panic sell all your coins? Do you feel ease that you sell all your coin when the dump starts? Or feel depressed when you dump your coins and turns out it almost x2 the usual price.

sold END at a price in ETH equal to the price of ICO and I do not regret it. Who bought the coin at the bottom, they made a few x profit. For me, the question of going to the project at the ICO stage is closed, I do not see any sense. Especially now a proof of love and similar stuff.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Good Side of Cryptocurrency. on: October 10, 2018, 08:42:27 AM
Last year, I paid almost every month on my monthly bills going over the counter. And it felt very hassle due to hours of waiting until you got entertained! But right now, thanks to cryptocurrency, they have integrated a new way of paying bills thru online by using cryptocurrency. And that way, I felt ease and comfortable. With just few clicks I already paid the bills without going to the counter..

What is your good experience in using cryptocurrency, feel free to share.

very interesting! What country or website accepts cryptocurrency? In the CIS there is no such as far as I know
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano will destroy Ethereum! on: August 21, 2018, 06:36:00 PM
This is a good article that explains why Cardano will surpass Ethereum!

https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/op-ed-evaluating-promise-cardano-has-ethereum-met-its-match/

Perhaps the author rights and, indeed, Cardano may exceed ETH. But why hasn't it happened so far? Cardano coin appeared not today and not yesterday. Only by 2020 it is planned to involve users who own Cardano in the project management process. This year we plan to launch a beta version of the platform. Users will be prompted to evaluate the Gapps application. Next year, it is planned to scale the network, the purpose of which will be the creation of an Autonomous system that operates without outside interference.
The project plans to issue its own plastic card, which will be tied to the wallet. Any user can easily pay wherever cards are accepted and the amount will be instantly converted from his account in the Ada cryptocurrency.

Plans for a wonderful, but very long by the standards of cryptoworld. In 2-3 years the "bubble" may burst.

At a price of 9 cents capitalization of almost $ 2.5 billion. At ETH 28 billion at a price of $300
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Crying about Crypto! on: August 20, 2018, 10:05:04 PM
What is the famous saying....."If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen."

There are so many people crying about the recent dip of BTC that I'm frankly getting annoyed. You should know the risk involved in investing in crypto. If not, don't even waste your money. Go buy a CD that won't make more than the rate of inflation. Remember investing is literally legalized gambling. Treat it as such or don't even jump in the pool.

great topic! Very suitable for the current market. Whining in chat rooms and then on the forum will not change anything. You can not change the situation, change your attitude towards it
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many altcoins will remain? on: August 20, 2018, 09:58:26 PM
Many coins and tokens are coming out every days and more than 10 are been add daily. How many of this coins and tokens are going to remain in five to ten years to come? I think many of them will become worthless in three years to come as most of them have been abandoned by the developers.

agree. Will remain in the best case-third all coins or even less. That's good, there'll be less trash. The main thing is not to keep these garbage coins and not to invest in the same projects
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Should you invest in Neo ? on: August 20, 2018, 09:34:54 PM
Neo uses a distributed task of Byzantine generals (or dBFT). This is an improved form of mechanism of consensus Proof-of-stake (PoS). Ethereum, in turn, uses a more intensive and energy-intensive mechanism of Proof-of-work (PoW). Recently, Ethereum has made progress in adopting a proof-of-stake algorithm that will increase its speed and efficiency, but will still lag behind NEO.
Neo mechanism developed antique cryptography called Neo. Quantum computers have the right to manipulate the blockchain. However, if there is such a problem, it will not affect Neo.

The core of the NEO feature set revolves around tools that allow developers to efficiently deploy and scale smart contract applications on the NEO blockchain.

NEP5 Communications Standard - the NEP5 gives developers a standardized workflow and template to build decentralized applications. All tokens using the NEP5 standard are automatically able to transact with any other token using the NEP5 standard which allows for applications such as decentralized exchanges and other more advanced cross token communication.[16]
X.509 Digital Identities allow developers to tie tokens to real world identities which aids in complying with KYC/AML and other regulatory requirements[10]
NeoX – A cross chain protocol that will allow NEO tokens to communicate with tokens on other blockchains.
NeoFS – A decentralized file sharing service based on the InterPlanetary File System.
NeoQ – A lattice-based cryptographic mechanism which creates problems that cannot be solved by quantum computers and ensuring being quantum-proof

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALTCOIN you believe in 100% on: August 20, 2018, 09:31:15 PM
what is the one ALTCOIN you believe in that you will never sell? and why

ETH  is the most popular platform on the planet for creating and launching smart contracts. Smart contracts work with code that helps support complex tasks such as exchanging property, money, or other similar assets. It also functions in the development of decentralized Autonomous organizations (DAO)
NEO  has its own unique algorithm dBFT. Unique energy savings lead to fast transactions. NEO allows users to run a decentralized application and does not work with any particular programming language, but can be created in Java, Go and C++. One of the reasons for its success is its support from the Chinese government

NEO will not be able to make a hard fork, while Ethereum has already been divided into two coins: Ethereum and Ethereum Classic. NEO functionally superior to Ethereum.
NEO is much faster when compared with Ethereum. It can hold 10,000 transactions per second, when Ethereum is only 15. This major flaw for Ethereum has led to a long-term scalability plan that can solve the problem.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price falls below 300usd, lowest price in 9 months on: August 18, 2018, 05:28:43 PM
not in 9 months, a year. As soon as the Casper and Sharding protocols are implemented, Ethereum will become more stable. And of course there will be an increase in the cost. Again, if you compare with the prices of Ethereum on the ICO and the current, then everything is not so bad and sad. The fact that people bought Ethereum in the winter for $ 1500 is unfortunately from ignorance and misunderstanding of the current situation in the market. Don't create any more panic.)
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust ERC20 tokens? on: August 18, 2018, 05:22:58 PM
Last year in early december I bought eBitcoin token which turned out to be a scam. Luckily for me I sold them before the ePRX snapshot but alot others have made losses. I really believed this token would be a succes but I've realized that alot of these ERC20 tokens have the same things in common. The devs (or better said scammers) create alot of hype and pretend their token to be the real deal while they never intended to create a working product. I've thought about investing in tokens like Credits and Elixir but I'm afraid they are all the same kind of scam.

Do you trust them?

the problem of fraud is related not only to the ERC 20 tokens, but for example on the NEO platform there can also be such projects. Just almost all tokens are issued on the basis of the Ethereum blockchain. Therefore, a feeling of universal modesty of these tokens is created.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What the Hell is going on with Crypto market? on: August 18, 2018, 05:19:24 PM
What the Hell is going on with Crypto market?
Bitcoin drops from $19,000 to $6000
ETH dumps from $1400 to $250 today
NEO: $150 to $15
BTG: $400 to $13

God Save Us! Please.

Before you panic, do not be lazy and find the price of these coins on the ICO. You may be surprised that there is still a plus investor. What you bought at a more expensive price - the risk of investment. No one gave you a guarantee of profits. Look at the history of the cryptocurrency market from 2013 to 2017. There are a lot of interesting things. The market has been falling for much longer than six months. Be able to wait if you believe in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies in particular.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT DOES HODL MEANS ANYWAY?? on: August 18, 2018, 05:15:23 PM
A lot of newcomers to altcoin think that HODL is another way of saying “hold.” Actually not, the truth is a little more entertaining.
It actually means “Hang On for Dear Life,” an old British expression that means if you give up or let go you will die. This usually refers to extreme situations such as sudden price fluctuations or collapses.

For your information 😊😊

You may be right. But still it is a cryptocurrency word HOGL has a precise origin. I think all know this)
Your interpretation of this word very well characterizes the current situation on the market Grin
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOW TO MAKE MONEY IN CRYPTO on: August 18, 2018, 05:12:42 PM
Apart from airdrops and bounties, and trading or mining. What other ways can one make money in crypto space?  I really like to know maybe one can explore it.

Investment in ICO projects. Trading on the exchange. But these methods are more risky than airdrop and bounty. In the case of investing in ICO, you spend not only your time studying the project, but also risk your finances. There is no guarantee that when entering the exchange invested funds will pay off. Also trading on the exchange. You can lose everything
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just sold everything and bought Cardano! on: August 17, 2018, 04:08:18 PM
Now I do not care if the market goes down more because I know Cardano is the future!
Some people say it will become no 1
It is an amazing project so do yourself a favor and research it
Cardano could reach a market cap of 100 Billion in the next 2 years!
There is more to this project than meets the eye. You see it or you don’t: up to you!

Cardano is the next big thing and could possibly be as big as Google,Amazon,Microsoft, etc!

You have a great positive attitude. Perhaps you are completely right and that is what will happen in the future. But still, do not keep all the eggs in one basket. In this case, in one coin. The market can always give an unpleasant surprise
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to all bounty hunters. on: August 17, 2018, 04:06:03 PM
Bounty hunters help to expose ICOs to crypto related audience to attract investors for the project. No matter how promising the project may be, if the ICO fails, the project won't see the light of the day. Bounty hunters are very important in ICOs. But there is one thing am not happy about bounty hunters. They usually dump their coins at any price the moment it is listed on an exchage which usually drops the price of the coin even below the ICO price putting the investors at a disadvantage. I want to advise the hunters to hold their bounty tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coin. We shouldn't forget we are all stakeholders

Do you really believe that 2% of the tokens that hunter owns are able to derail the exchange rate? Advisers, marketers, team, etc. having a minimum of 30% are not able to collapse, the investor with their minimum 50% at the slightest profit, and hunters are the main villains in the market Yes?
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are you still believe in ico's?? on: August 15, 2018, 04:55:19 PM
Look at the coin projects released before the fall of 2017. They are even in this market is still in profit. I believe very little that current projects can do this. Goal current projects X. Ideological as like Vitalik Buterin not watch.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Is going to hit 200 USD? on: August 15, 2018, 04:51:43 PM
ETH  is already below 270$. For the first time in history ether dipped below its price one year ago. But this is not a reason to consider ETH garbage. If the market trend changes, it will grow.

About the bull market. EVERYONE was talking and waiting for the change of movement in the market. That's why there's no shift. When the last holders lose hope then  will be a change of trend. Now panic among those who sits in altcoins. Bitcoin keeps more confident. There are no new players and no new money in the market. This is the main problem.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I cash out and take the loss? on: August 11, 2018, 08:22:10 PM
At the beginning of the year I got into cryptocurrency think I would make a lot of money if I did a ton of research and learned everything about crypto. So I bought $4k worth of bpt and prl. I would say my stack is worth about $1000 now with a 75% loss. Everybody on this forum talked so highly of those coins thinking it would sky rocket one day but they are just getting so low that I know I will never get my money back & I don't want to lose it all. I guess I'm here to say don't trust anybody on this forum that thinks they know what a good coin is and most differently DONT trust any future "10x coin" on here. Truth is this is mostly a game of luck. I'm out, cashing out so I don't lose everything!

your right. Do not listen to the forum participants, chats in a telegram. Think with your head, conduct your analysis and invest only the amount that you do not mind losing, and not all your savings. To enter the crypt at the beginning of the year was a hasty decision. I'm sorry. It is not necessary to panic. There is a great tip: invest and forget for a year miniium. Do not check your balance every day
