Wouldn't it be nice if we could trade for a fair price, and that coin continues on dev also?

In the meantime you can read some news about the topia hack: https://elementus.io/blog/cryptopia-hack-transparency/Any idea when Joe comes back from his long vacation. After our cash out of december 2017, I guess he must earn some money now again. Also we need some new money for the vacation this year. Magic, we want to hear something from you again, only the three of us are left. All others seem to have gone. not all of us... I'm still awaiting "white smoke" from the funnels in Rome. When and who will be the new XMG Pope?

So no one answered unequivocally, about the coins for the crimson wallet ... is there anyone responsible for these questions?
Hey, the dev team haven't been around for quite some time Personally, I don't download anything posted on btc talk - a few people uploaded trojan horse wallets in the past Why then this topic remains open? Why not block it? Personally, I do not do dirty tricks for others and do not download viruses. You can run the wallet in a virtual machine and see for yourself ... Maybe just because people do hope that it'll continue as it did in the past? Loads of users still running XMG hoping on better days.
|
|
|
One silver lining in all this... Drop off of miners and a fluctuating Net Hashrate means it's producing some large payouts cycles! Looking at last few days, rewards increasing again... In that way it's mission accomplished. Big hashers now leaving as there isn't any profit for them. That was the way XMG was developed. But seriously, do hope this project is getting back on tracks and return to where it was few months ago. I'm going down with this ship if it goes...

last month I've used abt 105 MB running my wallet and staking.
Thx Edward0181 (and Minerja) 105 MB/month seems doable. Tell me; does the amount of data used increase with the coin staked? Uhm, no. Data depends of amount of data synced in wallet. The more coins created with PoW or staked with PoS, the more transactions made. The wallet tracks transactions. In general, there are 1000 blocks / transactions a day. Biggest data is by getting wallet sync 1th start... the rest doesn't consume a lot at all.
|
|
|
Internet Data costs me $5/GB. Once everyone has recovered from the cognitive dissonance caused that statement, perhaps it will occur to someone that the amount of data required to stake Magi, or other coin, is an important consideration for some.. So; how much data does staking use?? last month I've used abt 105 MB running my wallet and staking.

since this coin is going down the toilet like a terd stuck and having to flush multiple times
whats the next best (topping) CPU Coin to mine for then?
Wauw, that is just harsh... What would make this coin sink faster then other coins at this moment? Looking at some markets I see all coins pretty red... as it was few months ago. My guts still tell me that markets will rise again

I have send 19.38175411 XMG from minerclaim to cryptopia yesterday... How many confirmations takes the Transaction?
It has 995 confirmations for now... and its not in my balance in cryptopia
did you see warning @ Cryptopia? WARNING! Please do not mine to your Cryptopia addresses, We do not support transactions from pools like P2Pool etc. Don't send direct from pool to Cryptopia... it'll not accept.

Can anyone explain why the Pool hashrate and Net hashrate at Minerclaim is always jumping back and forth? As or right now the Pool is higher than the Net. Just trying to understand and learn.
Pools hashrate is the total hashrate in that pool Nethashrate is an average over the past few blocks, it's always an average... Thank you. Just weird, I hardly ever remember seeing the Pool higher than the Net in the past. Seems to happen much more now. It's quite normal, specially on Minerclaim. just look at https://poolinfo.systms.org/ you'll see netthash and several pool hashrates.

As I just posted: Will do fine 1) Make backup of your wallet.dat 2) Delete peers.dat 3) Delete folder blocks 4) Delete folder database 5) Adjust the magi.conf to: - Remove ALL “addnode” - Remove ALL “connect” + change (or add): listen=0 + add: connect=104.128.225.215 6) Download official chain: https://m-core.org/bin/block-chain/m-block-chain-1813042.zip 7) Extract the zip-file and put the two folder “database” and “blocks” into your .magi folder 8 ) Start the magid (wallet) (If you are getting no connect or disconnect, you are then temporary banned on the masternode. Then you have stop your magid (wallet) to wait for x hours or change your public IP. Then start magid (wallet) again) 9) When you are in sync with the 104.128.225.215 (you can look at the poolinfo (poolinfo.systms.org) to see if you are in sync with the master) then you run: checkwallet and repairwallet

I don't want to repeat what all the others already said, but: If they want to talk in russian, let them talk. Use google translator or somewhat. Don't expect that everyone can speak english in a proper way. Calm a bit down and let us find a way to fiy all the bugs we have with magi coins right now. To come short... if you're missing coins most likely they're lost because of all chain issues. You could try checkwallet and repairwallet commands in your wallet program, hope for you they are still there. or start the program m-wallet.exe with option --rescan it'll rescan your complete blockchain for missing coins. Hope it'll help Still waiting for wallet to sync. seems stuck. 1) Make backup of your wallet.dat 2) Delete peers.dat 3) Delete folder blocks 4) Delete folder database 5) Adjust the magi.conf to: - Remove ALL “addnode” - Remove ALL “connect” + change (or add): listen=0 + add: connect=104.128.225.215 6) Download official chain: https://m-core.org/bin/block-chain/m-block-chain-1813042.zip 7) Extract the zip-file and put the two folder “database” and “blocks” into your .magi folder 8 ) Start the magid (wallet) (If you are getting no connect or disconnect, you are then temporary banned on the masternode. Looking at Joe's latest post, I see no mention of a hard fork. Are we assuming that is going to happen? I have the new wallet up, and waiting on sync. Mining on Minerclain, which I assume is up to date. Seeing a pool hash rate of 137,995.22 KH/s, a net hash rate of 7,383.65 KH/s. Nothing confirmed of unconfirmed. Sorry, if I am not as knowledge as most here.
The situation is like this: Pool have updated to new version wallet. Fork will happen at block 1825101 Pools are in sync as I can see, but blocks are not found with version 6 wallets (latest wallet update) up untill fork has taken place. Dev is informed about this version issue. So we need a bit of patience to see what will be next. Expect all to be ok after hard fork taken place

Really so nice to use English... It makes it easy for other people to read...
Thanks

Not seeing any blocks accepted on version 6 yet. Only version 5 blocks.
Can any pool confirm they have blocks mined?
