For me the best way to relieve my stress is by doing things that i can get myself busy so that i cannot think of the problems that i have. I also watch my favorite movies and favorite animes in my room , because if you think about your problems that you have in life , you will surely feel stress and eventually doing something that can hurt yourself. It is better to do something that can make you busy and can make you relax. |
