I once a smoker , i smoke one pack in a day , but when i realises that smoking is slowly weakening my body i started to stop it. At first it was difficult for me to stop smoking because in many years that i smoke it been addicting. What i do is i slowly stopping it , because when you stop smoking you must have to do it slowly.
