I have reported this to the Western Australian Police. I'm not going to post any details yet as I'm waiting for things to develop. I'll keep you guys informed of any important developments though.
If anyone has reported a crime to their locals authorities (including within Australia) could you PM me the reference numbers and I'll pass them on to the police.

FYI I have reported this alleged crime to the Western Australian Police. I'm not going to post any details here until I find out more from them, I'm sure you can understand why. I will keep you all updated as things progress.

Yes same for me. I have not been refunded the money. Sent an email to support. Hoping this isn't another scam.

I'm also in Australia and was going to report this as a crime (with TF being the accused, not the 'other' hacker) to my state police, however after the post above I will wait a couple of days. If nothing happens I'm going to report my own stolen funds as a crime and see what I can do to put some heat on TF and see if any BTC 'magically' appears.
I'll keep the forum posted anyway.

Ok count me in.

Assuming we recover, say, 60% of funds (after paying debt collector/legal fees/whatever) then do we all get 60% of our deposit back regardless of its value (i.e. those with 1 BTC get 0.6 and those with 100 get 60)? Who will be responsible for distributing the assets? If it's some 'random' person off these forums then we're all just asking to get scammed again. If it's the lawyer/debt agency then that's a bit better.
If I can be satisfied about my reservations then I'm in. I 'have' just under 9 BTC in CL.

That's your 'huge' update?
When do we get the refunds?

I've had enough of this silence from TF and with the increasing price of BTC legal action is becoming more of an option.
I'm in Australia but on the west coast; has anyone in the eastern states looked at or already started legal action? What sort of cost are we looking at? What are our chances? If you have no working knowledge about this as it relates to Australian law, please refrain from posting about what you 'reckon' will happen. Ta.

We wish to recover our Coinlenders balance.

You will be assimilated.

Oh. My. God. Really? No wonder I keep getting scammed.

I'm also in Australia, please keep me informed or post in the thread if anything happens.
My deposit wasn't huge but it's enough to hurt now I don't have it.
I've even emailed TF with a sob story about my current situation and he doesn't even have the decency to reply. If he would update the forums more often he wouldn't be inundated with so many emails so he would have more time to respond to the one's he gets.

The lawsuit (assuming there is only one) has apparently been settled. I received an email from the mailing list but I'm not so sure I should post it online. Not really any details anyway, but they hope the deal will allow TF to return more coins.
TF is still a bit too quiet here for my liking. It only takes 5 minutes to post a brief update.

This appears to be either
a) a really, really shitty stock, or b) a scam. But such a bad scam that they didn't bother to advertise it.
No-one appears to be interested in these shares. May I suggest moving to Havelock as I think someone else has suggested?
I was a little drunk when I posted this, I hope I didn't offend anyone. Does anyone know the reason for the slow share take-up? It has me a little worried.

Surely it isn't much work to go back to the old system where we can withdraw straight to a wallet. CL used to be able to withdraw directly to wallets, it can't be that hard to re-implement.
I 'have' my BTC back, but I don't have my BTC back if you know what I mean. Essentially I have nothing.

GOT 100% of my BTC back. Thankyou Tradefortress!
However, it's still stuck in CL and I can't get it out yet so it's not really mine. I can't be bothered reading the last few days of posts but I'm sure there's something about it.
I didn't lose my coins directly from io, I transferred them out of CL and they disappeared on the way to my io account.

Coinlenders: batman:5:0:U
Mine got lost as I tried to withdraw them on 5-11-13 (Aussies use dd-mm-yy because it isn't stupid:) ) I never wanted inputs.io, it was forced on me as a CL user.

Thanks for the reply TF but as an Avalon batch 3 customer I'm wary about what an upcoming email update will give me in the form of tangible benefits.
It's nice to see you're communicating though, hope this all works out in the end.

Yeah just got this email back from coinlenders support address after I hassled them a little: Hi,
CL claims haven't been finalized yet. You'll receive an update in about a week. Not sure if it's good news or bad. What really pisses me off is I never wanted an inputs.io account, I just wanted to use my wallet directly. But nooooooo, CL made me get one so every time I want to withdraw/deposit I have to go through io which just adds another fucking layer of confirmations. I never stored anything on io, it was just a stupid way of getting my coins in and out of CL. The sad part is I was withdrawing my coins to sell them
