1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]⭐[STO] Stellerro - the future of Digital Securities Investments 📊 on: June 17, 2019, 10:37:42 AM
When dealing with burning tokens, we actually mean dealing with supply and demand.
As a Security token, Stellerro team decided to burn the remaining unsold token (if there will be any),
in order to benefit the investors by cutting the supply. It also controls the token holding percentage equation.

Basically, cutting token supply = token price incline.
2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: INTRODUCING PULSAR CHARTING PLATFORM: HELPING TRADERS TAKE OFF THE BLINDFOLD on: May 07, 2019, 12:45:20 PM
Before PulsarCharts™ existed, chart displays lacked the additional data for cryptocurrencies now taken for granted.
The purpose of the PulsarCharts™ is to exploit the most basic pieces of trading data and create a better way to spot the trends by organizing them in a logical manner.
PulsarCharts™ is all about providing you with better crypto-market transparency, just look at it for a moment as the pulses grow and build the market flow.
Grid-like structure flow based on reversals and imbalances, lending the basic construction itself well to classifying data.
PulsarCharts™ creates in a very natural manner, a new structured view of the data received from crypto Exchanges.

Please try it:

Would love to hear your first insights.

I, as a representative of Ukraine, are interjecting such a nuance - will the project support Ukrainian educational institutions and Ukrainian graduates?

Of course!
Any referral for future partnerships (Universities & HR firms) would be highly appreciated!

Hi everyone. I wanted to draw attention to the fact that Bitjob only recently forked our GitHub repo at Ethlance, which is a decentralized job board built on Ethereum which has been live on the main net since January. The evidence can be found here.

They have forked our project and are now trying to run a crowdsale for their version of it, by forcing a token model into a platform which doesn't need one. We already offer the same service for free.

My partner and I are currently working on a project much larger in scope, a network of decentralized marketplaces, which Ethlance is a part of. If you are interested in checking out the real team and project behind the tech that Bitjob is trying to peddle, come check us out at district0x.

Hello,

We are not trying to take credits for your work at all. Forking of open source projects is allowed and your license allows it.  You might remember several months ago we have approached you and offered you participation in our project, which you have not accepted by simply not replying. At that time we have been looking at your work and then it is when fork has been created as we have been considering various options and one possibly contributing to your project. We have removed this fork now from our repository.

Our project is different in scope and 80% of our data will be stored on off-blockchain databases to save costs of storage. Only essential info will be stored on the blockchain and long texts of data might be only stored in form of hashes on the blockchain for verification.
Our project also will handle FIAT transactions, offer affiliate program, and use internal coin to handle blockchian payments.
Although you have done great work with your ethlance project, your design is not compatible with our requirements.
It is also too bad that you have decided not to work with us. With your experience and ours we could create even better product.

Also we have team of experienced Solidity designers and front end developers and for several months are working on high level design, discuss security and various models with our team of experts.
You can be assured that we won't be using your product now and/or in the future.

By the way if you are afraid that someone will use your work, you should not make it public or provide license which prohibits others from using it. Currently your GNU license allows free copying of your work, modifications and other options.
Can you explain the problem briefly?
You're talking here and wasting a lot of energy for an obscure post
No need to talk much, just the quality of your word that determines

Sure.
Students:
- short on cash during their academic period.
- lack occupational experience once they graduate.

Employers:
- find it difficult to hire quality temporary workers that fit their budget.
- most of them (80%) fail in recruiting students.

Blockchain:
- Reputation of Bitcoin and lack of trust
- Too difficult to use
- Regulatory environment
- Lack of understanding and knowledge
- No sense of urgency or need

Solution
SMB / SME will offer small part-time Jobs, relevant to each university degree.
Students will gain experience during college,
earning money along the way instead of the waitressing.
Students worldwide will get crypto hands-on.

bitJob will develop an Income Model that DOES NOT EXIST TODAY
for HR companies and job search engines firms.

I'm here for your questions!

Take care!

Student unions around the world constantly engage in programs for professional internships with leading employers. In order to get as many students as possible to our marketplace, we created the ultimate incentive with our affiliate program. It’s a win-win setup that will play a critical part in bitJob’s success. Our focus on small online student jobs will attract players in the field of employee recruitment who are in pursuit of the next generation.

We built a fantastic affiliate program that will strengthen the relationship between bitJob and the students: students’ unions will receive a commission from each transaction their students engage in. We have launched pilot agreements with leading student associations in Israel, in addition to a number of employers who were more than happy to participate. We are also negotiating with several leading job search engines to ensure a continuous flow of quality jobs.

Once the bitJob system is up and running and it has received a certain level of adoption in North America, efforts should be made to start application of the same affiliate concepts to university communities in India and China. This could be done one year from the initial start.

Generally users, upon establishing connection through the bitJob platform, will be able to connect in physical world or through some communication application like Skype, Hangouts, or Whatsapp. To ensure that services are provided in accordance with bitJob standards and users receiving those services are satisfied and safe, the system will rely on a reputation mechanism.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] bitJob: Decentralized Student Marketplace for Online Jobs | Crowdsale Soon on: July 04, 2017, 10:30:41 PM
bitJob.io participants will have reputation assigned to them, to enable them to access remuneration appropriate to their skill level.
The better the individual’s reputation, based on previous bitJobs, the higher the price they will be able to command for an hour’s work.
bitJob will use their reputation and dispute mechanism to analyze each user ratings. Those ratings listed from users will be used to detect fraud attempts or unprofessional participants in the platform.
This will eventually reduce the fraud attempts dramatically as the Reputation assigned to the users represent their service quality.
