Please can anyone explain to me the reason behind recent decline in bitcoin value and a sudden increase in altcoins to the turn that ethereum in particular move to the height of $325.16 of which it has never reach such a height in the last three weeks.

It's because of the segwit2x cancelled and it makes Ethereum and other altcoins raise up. Before the segwit2x cancelled news appear, people sell all their altcoins to buy bitcoins. That's why so many altcoins price dropped so hard. |

I agree and respect that but what I am saying is that when we aim at profit to gambling games that are based on pure luck, there is just much risk involved because of the house edge advantage. Of course gamblers always focus at profit no matter what. The thing is when you already win so much, some people keep gambling because they want win more. That's why many people will ended bust and when they want to quit on gambling, they can't and its hard to do it. |

In my opinion you are right that it reduces unemployment. We all know that it has a hard time to fin a job nowadays so bitcoin is one of the answer to those who are jobless people. Yes with some computer skills and constant internet connection a lot around the world could look for freelance jobs and do them remotely and get paid in bitcoin. This is indeed a vital way of reducing unemployment globally and bitcoin makes it possible. People who don't have expert computer skills still can earn bitcoins though, in this forum you can earning bitcoin just by posting and of course not trash posting. In my opinion bitcoin reduces unemployment because there are many jobs here in bitcoin too. |

I've won just a small amount of btc which is BTC.03 and what I do to it is I invested it in different altcoins. Buying is not always in my mind because I promised that I will just do that if I accumulated more than 10 btc.
Its a good win of 0.3 btc in today terms its almost 2000$ as the price has now moved above 6100$. Also your expectation of winning 10 btc is way too much you expect to win from the gambling hopefully you do not get addicted in winning those numbers else you may end on a very big loss. I think it was just 0.03 BTC and not 0.3 BTC like you put it and that's also quite huge by my standards and will definitely add such amount to my bitcoin stock without spending yet especially in this time of extreme volatility. Yes 0.03 BTC is not a small amount today's rate it is a worth of $190. Suppose if you are staying out from the USA then it is a big amount for you. I don't know for others in my country this is the one month salary for a fresher. I also won more than this BTC in gambling, but it was long back, now I don't have dared to put the high amount in gambling to win a big amount. 0.03 BTC is very big here in asia. With that amount I can even buy a phone, not a good one but still acceptable. I ever buy a new laptop from a money that I won from gambling, i'm really lucky on that day and hit my 5-leg parlay. |

I don't know why people say bitcoin is gambling. Its not gambling. You are investing your money and time. You use your internet. So its not gambling dealing with it.

saya sendiri masih bingung mau saya sumbangkan kemana sebagian keuntungan dari bitcoin, mungkin agan2 yang sudah pernah melakukan hal positif bisa di share kesini jika berkenan  Baik bener gan mau disumbangin bitcoinnya. Kalau ane setiap gajian selalu kasih orang tua ane sekitar 50-75% hasil dari bitcoin dan sisanya ane tabung, sebagian ane pake lagi buat trading dan coba-coba invest di ICO. It might be possible but i'm not sure it will happen in China because there are many big mining place in China. If you watch it on youtube, you can see a big house with full of mining rig and a huge fan to cool their mining tools. If China really bans bitcoin mining, it will be a big news for all bitcoin users in china. |

I think its much better invest than to gamble, because investing is not so risky and you can earn good profit. But they are both risky, but on investing you need to wise. I think its better to invest because its safe and surely the money will not lose and expect good profit. To gamble is a game of luck whether you lose or win. I go gamble only when i have free time and its just fun an entertainment.
Gambling required experience to win money, but the investment is one time if you spend time life long you will get profit. But if you are looking from the safety, invest is more safety than gambling because gamling is high risk high return type and invest is not like that. In my opinion both gamble and invest are good but I prefer to invest than gambling, because gambling is already makes me lose much money. |
