Hi everyone
Although i am new here but i am not new in cryptocurrency market.
I have two questions about bounty program.
Is there any Restrictions to join bounty if i am Newbie?
Is the bounty program for only bitcointalk users, i see i should add and use my user name of bitcointalk.

The restrictions is mainly for signature campaign, most do not accept Newbie for signature campaign,  therefore you can only be considered for social media campaign, which does not pay much unlike in the past, bounty program is not for bitcointalk user alone, there are other platform also that promote bounty, such as bountyhive, bounty platform.
