The assumption that 92% ICO  failed is a wrong assumption, do not be discourage about investment in ICO, You migth  need to do more and detailed research before investing to avoid investing into scam or a potential failed project, the market correction is still on , therefore several project will still do well this year.

Your assumption does not have any basis, just a mere speculation, everyone is hoping for the best, yes investors are losing money, several project is coming up and investors are still investing, meaning the cryptocurrency space is still evolving and it is clear it wont take 2 years for the market to recover.

I prefer to receive the the token of the  Project as this confer on me a stake holder in the project, Imagine the project succeeding beyond expectation, you earn profit along with the investors but if what you are paid with ETH you wait until ETH moon.

If you are involve in fake  ICO  Bounty, you count it as a loss and move ahead, to avoid this ensure you follow up with a bounty with good feedback to the community, research about the project bounty if it worth following,checkout the amount of the token allocated for the bounty

My strategy is to research Before investing, I follow the roadmap and market trend to determine how I take profit, I also ensure I follow cryptocurrency news and news related to the project in other to ensure am not caugth unaware.

Great platform origin protocol is worth following as a project,hope the team will ensure the roadmap is followed diligently and also ensure a prompt feedback to the community in order to increase the community trust

Everyone is hoping for the best, no one can determine the peak with a technical basis to back it up,sure when the bullishish period commence I expect Eth to moon to $1000 to $1500 base on past experience.

Your submission is quit reasonable, but not 100% correct, there are ICO without a working product that has perform quit very well, my concern at time is if you have a working product why come into the ICO platform again, but with good team and well developed realistic whitepaper I tends to follow, even without a an existing product.

Not all ICO will lead to a success, everyone in the crypto space must have been scam or loss money either way, as a bounty hunter you must act like an investor,research before taking part in a campaign in order to minimize being involve in  scam ICO. There is little or nothing you can do about unpaid Bounty, except you want to report the bounty manager on Bitcointalk.
