You are missing the point.

If you want people to deposit BTC or other cryptocurrencies into your wallet to trade in exchange for your coin, you need to build trust.

Admitting you have no clue on what you are doing is a step in the wrong direction of building trust. 

When you make exchange you have to know all rules and it's better for you to find them local, not on this forum because maybe someone can't say everything truth. So after that you need a great team and money, exchange website has to have very high security.
Well, it's not easy and it's not a job which can be done by questions and answers on forum. You need good marketing, security and money. Also if you want your coin to be exchanged on btc, who will use that? If not only you?

If you search for altcoin exchange script, or altcoin exchange software on google or github you might get a few results that are ready to roll. Whatever software turns up may still need a bit of work to fine tune though but you could at least experiment. Make sure it's open source.

If you plan to invest in advertising, what kind of advertising / what platform?
Signature campaigns here? Google Ads?
Who will be managing any funds you recieve for this advertisement?
Is the investor expected to be the one driving the advertising project?

At the end of the day saying you plan to invest in advertising and a new developer is elementary and any serious investor would ask the same questions I do.
By not providing any kind of actual plan up front it looks like you are simply trying to get people to give you as much money as possible.

Good luck finding someone for this - I think your project is a good one, but I think your lackadaisical approach to the business side is unattractive for investors.

I think the op wants to advertise his service or his software firm to get more orders from customers. And I am sure with proper advertising, your service will become number one as there is a hugh demand for software developers who can create coins and their wallets for ICO's. But friend, if you need to attract investors, you need to make a portfolio about your service. Anyways all the best for your new business venture.

It should be very simple to sell online and make your store. I will use Artificial Intelligence ChatBot interface. It will ask for your store namw, payment methods and then you add product on a very simple interface. You'll also get a minimal dashboard. Your storefront will have a unique url (domain.com/JohnTech). You just need to enter your btc addresses to receive Bitcoin to you when you get an order.

I know their is shopify and Woocommerce, but they need time to understand. I will guarantee you will open your store within 2mins. What do you think?

In assuming you own a service that makes altcoins and your looking for investors to help you expand your business, help with marketing and also create a new website for it.

For this you will need a list of the coins you have made, what the investor benefits from this and mostly proof you are legitimate. Good luck with your project anyways.
