41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Ponzi Schemes - People are confused. on: March 20, 2023, 06:37:55 AM
I watch a popular breakfast show every morning and they always have a section where they talk about money matters. Yesterday, they talked about Crypto currencies and the guest mentioned several Ponzi schemes where Bitcoin was used as a payment option.

These Ponzi schemes collapsed and according to him ....many people lost money in Bitcoin. They have a WhatsApp group for the program and I immediately corrected that statement, because people did not lose money in Bitcoin.... they lost money in a Ponzi scheme that used Bitcoin as a payment option.

Now, this does not sound very important, but it actually are one of the most critical things that needs to be addressed. We should counter all of these misinformed people, with education on what Bitcoin is, because they lose money on Ponzi schemes and then they blame it on Bitcoin.
I can agree with you mate in every aspect because as we all know that Bitcoin is much more decentralized and there are no any kind restrictions to it and thus same way it is used by the Illegal people for money laundering, ponzi schemes and also other such big scams and thus it's not good for the normal people.
From 2009 to till now Bitcoin has seen many big frauds and also billions of dollars of scams in every aspect where people have lost too much money and that's why control your money by your own and that's the only to save your Money too and I am always careful too.
42  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dare to take such gamble? on: March 19, 2023, 01:28:40 PM
Ypu are right brah,.as we all know that still 1 Bitcoin is worth 27000 dollars and everybody cannot afford such money.
By the way he was just joking and that was tweet and that's why just don't take it too much serious too. So I will say that just chill bro. And now they are using these tweets for the bull trap too. So just be careful.
43  Economy / Gambling discussion / I think that there are Dark secrets in every Successful Business on: March 18, 2023, 06:41:46 PM
Today I was reading some most successful businessman and other such successful people that are millionaires and also billionaires like Bill gate, Mark Zuckerberg and Other Gamblers that became millionaires because of betting.
My point is that Normal people see only their Success but they do not know that How much dark secrets are behind this.
I want to tell you a story of Successful Businessman in country who is Real Estate businessman and Rich people love to Invest in their housing Schemes. But He Gets access to most valuable land whom he gets it by hook or crook. My mean he Is partially a landlord and he has Done high damage to the poor people and they have lost their homes.
And Normal people do not know these kind of Secrets behind all of this and also on Gambling thing where a very minority of people gets succeeded.
I know that a lot of OP will not agree with me and let's see what are your opinions.
44  Economy / Gambling / Re: No bet is a waste on: March 18, 2023, 06:31:41 PM
In my opinion every body has their own aspects regarding Bets. And I think that 90% of people do not know about what is actual meaning of Betting.
In my view Betting is odd of winning my mean probability. If you know more than 50% probability of winning that is called betting.
And if you do blind bet than that is not called getting. And that's why betting should be more fareable.

47  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time is the most valuable thing on: March 18, 2023, 11:47:10 AM
I have lived most of my life working all day, the only free day I have is on Sundays, whenever I promised my cousins a visit on holidays I always fail, I have no time to go on holidays and I always end up making less money, with all the hard work.

Many people are into crypto for materialistic things, like cars, houses, etc but the best Gift I have attained from Bitcoin investment is free time, to live my life, finally.

Bitcoin investment makes me feel alive once again, after so many years of a nonstop workaholic life, now I have enough time to think, travel, rest, go on holidays, spend time with families and still make more money than I used to when I was a workaholic.

Now I can do everything I have always wanted, time is not on anyone's side and if you spend all your days on some hard jobs working and working you won't notice how fast time is running and you will age so fast in the process.

I remember I got so sick after going from one job to another, I ended up spending a lot of money on my health, I got so thing and my immune system got drained too, you might end up making millions and spending half of that to get back in shape, always remember, health is wealth.

Whatever you do, make sure you live your life like someone who is truly alive and breathing, if you are in any hard jobs that's draining your life away right in front of your eye, you need to put a stop to it.

I want all the good flashy things in life but the best gift I have now is free time, and Bitcoin makes this possible, I don't know about others and I can't talk for others but, to me, Bitcoin is Freedom.
Of course Brother I can agree with you. And Your story is kinda same to me.
I have worked hard from 2017 till now and I am doing my hard work and doing and doing. I got Frustrated over time and lost hope too. But still here I am writing To you and that's because I worked hard and I believed in Bitcoin and also crypto and that's my future and those people who believe in Bitcoin and crypto and Their upcoming Future.

49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good wallet I can use to store Bitcoin? on: March 13, 2023, 07:31:56 PM
I was introduced to LSD but I am more interested in buying Bitcoin first.

Many of my friends told me to use Blockchain wallet but one of them told me that is not a good wallet. He told me to buy a hardware wallet but I don't have money to buy it.

What wallet to use if not Blockchain wallet?
I also think that you can go with the Binance or trust wallet and these wallets are good because they have lower feed and also a very high trust in the market and as we all know that Trust is a main key factor in the Cryptocurrency industry too.
50  Economy / Economics / Re: Silicone Valley Bank bust in 48 hours - Crypto exchanges could be doomed easily! on: March 13, 2023, 05:10:42 AM
That's super absurd that silicone valley is 2nd Largest bank in America and it has been super disaster that they have shut down there business and they have Hugh reserves in the USDC form and I think we should avoid to deposit such huge amount of money.
51  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Biden proposed 30% mining tax. what would impact on Bitcoin mining? on: March 13, 2023, 05:08:30 AM
President Joe Biden's administration has imposed a 30% tax on bitcoin mining electricity use. Bitcoin mining was not very profitable even though this tax was not levied in the past. But what impact will the new electricity cost have on Bitcoin mining?

Will this additional electricity tax attract new miners to Bitcoin mining?

What will be the impact on hashpower for a 30% mining tax?

Even before the imposition of this tax, some mining companies were in losses.
What are the old mining companies thinking about this tax?

In my point of view that Bitcoin and also crypto might be in great danger because having 30% taxes on the Bitcoin could cause significant ending of mining powerhouse that run full on crypto and it could be a disaster for the Cryptocurrency community too. So by the way if these miners are agreeing to paying taxes.
52  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I think that I have discovered something new on Bitcointalk on: March 11, 2023, 07:50:21 AM
Does this require creating a topic? I do not see that it is a good feature because you modify the post based on the sequence of the rest of the posts, and if you cannot see all the previous and subsequent posts, then modifying the post will not be useful.
Unless there are some mistakes in grammar or wording.
I think it have solution for this 😁
When you are creating new post just write Reserved or nay simple alphabet and post here.
After that you can post based whom you want to talk about and what other people are saying. And I shared because I think that is super cool. First I thought what is that but still I liked it though it was posted for a very long time.
53  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is Inflation Happening All Over the World At Once? on: March 10, 2023, 04:55:51 PM

As far as I am concerned, I think that that is because of COVID-19 virus that made people conditions worse and in future it may impact more..
And I can see that there are some natural Disasters than we have ever seen. And Like Earthquake In Turkey, Wars like In Afghanistan, Yemen, Iraq and also Floods like In Pakistan and that was disaster for the Third Wolrd countries and that is concerning and insane too.
54  Economy / Economics / Re: How is the cost of living in your country? on: March 10, 2023, 04:52:28 PM
I am a 32 year old male living in Australia.

Today I purchased some fresh fruit, a loaf of good bread, good quality milk and 2kg of chicken drumsticks for my German Shepherd (he eats human food only) and the cost was close to $50.

I feel this is the first time in my adult life I have genuinely noticed the rising cost of goods and services especially groceries.

Petrol is over $2.10 a litre and my water and electricity bills have also increased by about 15%.

I really feel bad for the elderly pensioners in this country. They are definitely struggling.

I would be curious to read of the experiences others around the world are having in regards to their cost of living.
By the way I am living in an Asian subcontinent and as we all know that in Asia there is Less (PPP) "Means People Purchasing Power"
And In my country grocery rates are as followed.

1. Meat= 2.2 Dollars All Time high Never before
2. Rice= 1 Dollar
3. Petrol= 0.8 Dollars
4. Honda Civic= 28000 Dollars 🤣
5. Wheat= 0.4 Dollars
5. Normal Fruit Rate= 0.6 Dollars

As we all know that inflation as high in all countries and we are also facing such huge problems. And I think that we should control inflation unless it will silent kill us All.

56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Teaching teenagers about bitcoin. on: March 10, 2023, 04:31:43 PM
But I think that we cannot force people and also young people to focus on many things like to trade Bitcoin and crypto especially when we are poor.
I have seen pictures that mostly teenagers are in not god condition and I do not know if they can support Bitcoin and crypto volatility. As we all know that Bitcoin is so much cruel sometimes that we cannot even understand what is happening right away.
57  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New casino "BonusBlitz.com" review had to dispute and annoy for withdrawal on: March 09, 2023, 04:01:08 PM
I am very very frustrated that people know how to scam with people and they have just new ways.
I want to tell you that there was a time when I do not know what is Bitcoin and crypto. At that time I decided to join crypto casino that I am not going tell.
But when at beginning level I was earning some heavy money but at sudden after that my all bets goes to Zero and I always loose. That's why I just try to avoid these kind of fishy websites too.
So just try to avoid these and focus on Bitcoin and crypto trading, investment etc.

60  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Looking for leads on cheap power on: March 07, 2023, 05:48:11 PM
I don’t know where to turn anymore so I’m giving it a shot on here. I’m from Canada and looking for something under 5c usd where I can get 1-30mw without having to bribe anyone because the upgrades are expensive on their own.

Quebec : too corrupt & working with bitfarms to keep the mining monopoly.

Manitoba : miners left a sour taste for most real estate people when all the miners ditched town in 2018 and stopped paying. Most landlords won’t let you do it & buying a place and setting up takes at least 8-12months.

Labrador : very cheap but hard to get anything done.

If anyone has any leads on a place that has at least 1mw to start with let me know please. I will cut you in on the deal.

To clear it up, I’m not looking for hosting as every single hosting place is highly unreliable. I’m looking to have my own place and expand to reliable colo/hosting in the future. Been in the mining space since 2016.
There are a lot of methods and some of these are listed below and I will say that you should also hold onto these.
1. Buy your own mining machines like antminer S19 Pro.
2. Make Masternodes
3. Share investment with friends
