Physical assets that depreciate much faster than snow melts in the sahara and dividends that are function of difficulty. Have you looked at difficulty or network hashrate charts recently? Yesterday difficulty went up 14.5%  and  its currently projected to increase >18% in 11 days. That means dividends go down by the same amount, and your physical assets depreciate by about  as much, and this is even before the big onslaught; Asicminer based rigs start shipping this or next week, good for a total of 60-100PH (!). Antminer starts shipping its 28nm S3 next week. KnC starts shipping and probably deploying its 20nm this week. Heck, even BFL may finally begin deploying some Monarchs this week, and then there is my hunch that a 28nm Bitfury is just around the corner.

I'm sorry but AM isn't shipping 60-100PH in the next week. They won't do it in the next 2-3 months either. Nobody will buy 60-100PH worth of inefficient miners.

If you think that those chips won't sell you are delusional.

Currently purchasing 1BTC from trashmonkey https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=134418
Will be paid via Paypal upfront for 0.5btc at bitstamp rate. Bitcoin address is 1GMArUyd34aqU5HnyDKFFaQgNtkvqCMRQV
Second transaction to follow will be for the remaining 0.5btc

Confirmed! Spartan82 will be sending paypal to tomflowers104@gmail.com

First payment sent $305.17

Did you ever get the BTC? From what I've seen, trashymonkey is a scammer.

I noticed that myself too and I was a bit weary myself however the guy actually refunded me twice. 1st reason was because his 2 factor authenticity for his coinbase wallet wasn't available, his mobile fone wasn't with him. And lastly only a couple of hours ago refunded me because he was in a rush to get to work. I can't label that a scammer, as he didn't actually run off with the funds but the transaction never happened if that clarifies your concerns..

$100

It be nice if you are newbie to at least prove you have the funds, I seen too many newbies jump the bids and then never the have the funds.

I completely agree with you here gweedo and in my personal opinion I strongly believe there should already be an escrow address for all auctions from the start that all bidders deposit funds to as they place higher bids. Little bit complicated but I think it would ensure that people don't back out of their bids and there are no false bids placed to keep raising the price.
