I`m choosing between these 2 projects 

We should not forget that ETH Blockchain is the most popular and usable one for new ICOs and existing projects now. But 20k$ level is too high for ETH. In my mind, it is impossible that ETH price will be highier than 0.25 of BTC price.

Stratis price was 0.06 USD in the beginning (Sep 2016 for example). Now, price is x120 in USD value (price was almost 20 USD in Jan 18!). A Lot of early investors fix their profit.

What do you mean about "Job"?
Job as Blockchain Developer or something similar? Then you need have good programming skills.
If you mean "Job" as just earning money way - then you should have big trading experience/investor`s sense.

I`m totally almost sure that such idea is impossible due huge bitcoin volatility. How can they guarantee any profit to you if BTC can be dumped x3 next month?

They need to increase capitalization to increase XRP price. But this is impossible without access to huge exchanges.

Firstly I would buy a little and comfortable house in any country of European Union: Spain for example 
100k$ I would deposit on banking account.
250k$ I would invest in crypto during a great dump.
All the remaining money I would spend on travels over the world.

If to see on situation through the time - I`m almost sure that all developed countries will prohibit all cryptocurrencies and will create their national one.

If I want to convert BTC to Fiat, I prefer 2 ways:
1.Using services like localbitcoins or telegram exchange bots (if I need to receive money on my debit card)
2.I have some partners which business is exchanging BTC->Cash and vice versa.

Before they could surpass something they should improve quality of final product. Why transaction is gone but I cant check it in NEO blockchain? And I`m not the only one with such problems.

This is was just a common pump. The market of alts is coming back, it is green. But the project is really interesting. HOLDing some thousands of tokens since ICO.
