In today's market most investors don't care what kind of thing you offers, They only think x2 or x3 of their initial investment.
I dont believe that there is such thing as too much hype. And in any market investors are looking for ROI. Investors are investing to make profit , not doing charity:) Quality projects speak high ROI, thats why already developed product is a good indicator. |

it might be a quality project but the actual application is not easy...if in case the funds collected is not your target amount, would you continue this platform or not?
sometimes the concept is great but if they cant get enough funds, they are just being abandoned leaving their investors in a difficult state
Usually in situations when financial caps are not reached, projects refund the investments.. I belive that this will not be the case |

IMO, an ICO is an incredibly difficult task. You’re trying to create a revolutionary product that uses the limited capacity of the newest blockchains while fighting against new regulations, legal warnings and tons of sckeptical investors that have been robed. Do you have a team of very specialized developers that know how to code for these new blockchains and are capable of delivering a product never seen before? Hopefully, you'll find the right way of doing an ICO and gain the credibility of the investors.
Who said that it will be easy ? Also I dont believe that anyone should fight regulation. Regulation is needed and we need to work with regualtors to ensure that ICO process is a win-win situation for investors and team. Fast , transparent ,innovative new age investment instrument. |

Do you consider the launch of projects today a good decision? How many projects have reached hard? I think they can be counted on the fingers.
This could very well be the best time to launch an ICO. Lets take a look from a investors or bounty hunters stand point. When the ICO market was still going relatively strong 6-8 months ago, token value when hittig the exchnages was destroyed and have been ever since. This was mostly because market was crashing in general. Now think if an ICO is succeseful in the near future when market has no room to go down . That together with market recovery would make a very good enviroment for token price. |

It depends on your view on general. Yeah, most of the people are in despair at this point but " most" means that there also are others who are looking for good opportunities to get in good projects. Until the situation in the market changes-we will not know whether it was a fraud or not. Unless the developers will do something stupid. Listing for a big exchange is not a good idea in the current market. No one will buy altcoins now
I am not shouting for Binance, and I totally disagree with you, their current listings are not acceptable for 50 mil project , they do not have listings. IDEX and LATOKEN doe snot count. To list at least at one decent exchange is their obligation towards their investors and the market is not to blame for it. I think they are doing this deliberately in the hope that investors, due to the lack of good volumes, will not sell their tokens at a low price until the market recovers What exactly you think is done deliberately? The only thing that is done deliberately is getting as much money out and in their pockets. |

As correctly noticed, listing on the stock exchange now will not lead to anything good.
Wrong again. Listings could be only a good thing, there is no unlocked bounty tokens in circulations thus the only holders would be investors and they are those wont dump heavily as bounty tokens. |

As far as i know Monero is number one choice for people who are looking to hide their transactions but if i am not mistaken , there is conditions for it to completely anonymous as you have to download the entire blockchain to be able to do that. correct if i am wrong |

I am confused by the ICO funds collected for $ 50M, why are OIO tokens only listed in small markets like Idex and LAtoken? they should be able to listing OIO tokens in a place that is better than that. isn't this strange?  You are not the only one. There are a lot of red flags , most likely they lied about raised amount and together with other factors it seems like a scam. They are just keeping the appearances up to some small level and thats it. Not to photo where one of the CEO was with lambo shortly after ICO ended. |
