Hello Steven , i would like to switch my order to your distributor. May i have your email? I got a reply from Lily telling me my order are still valid and when i ask roughly when i can get a btc address and do a transfer.....no reply. My order number is 89561 and 89555.
Your best bet is to place the order with the Distributor the next time there stock goes up for sale. This will likely be in a week or 2. Once you are able to do that if you haven't heard from Lily in the mean time, send him an e-mail letting him know you have made other arrangements. This way if Lily does get your order ready for processing before the new stock arrives you won't have to wait on the distributors stock. Current distributor doesnt ship to my country. Any advise? |

When they say will start shipping on backlog order on the 20th to 30th Sep , does that include 31st Aug order or before 31st Aug order?  ? Like everyone else i still dont get any response for 31st order and i had a order on July .....just cancel it off and replace with 31st Aug order. Didnt know they can screw up. Should have just pay for the L3++ with the money i kept for canaan |

Roughly how long will you guys think on receiving btc address for 31 Aug order......i have to order and yet to receive any response from support. I had an order for July and just cancel it off....how stupid of me after reading the problem they are facing. Thought they just ignore my July order or I have miss something.

I order 4 unit in 2 separate orders. Till now after sending in 4 tickets and yet to receive any info on BTC payment. Any of you guys make any payment in BTC yet?

Kano san....I would like to know if I point my miner to your server in Singapore or other side will it make any difference? Reason I am asking is my miner will stop mining maybe 3 or 4 miner for about 10min and then back online. Check the internet connection....everything is good. Just dont know why .....

Hi, anyone here using btc.com wallet. Reason asking is when log into my wallet today and to my suprise everything is 0.....usd 0 ....btc 0.0000.The funny thing is all my transaction record is gone. It looks like a brand new created wallet. Wrote an email to support@btc.com till now got no reply. Anyone beside me having this issue? Use to have about USD600 in this wallet. Have another wallet at btc.com and there is a payment pending since 21st Aug. Did send the btc on low fees.Anyone please advise or its gone for good??? |

Hello, I was wondering if I will get paid for the mining I did with Kano? I tried it out for a day or two.
I have a dust balance of 40k satoshi, but each block only 7k or so.
I thought about mining with Kano but Antpool pays much better, and faster. Dealing with Bitmain is kinda unpleasant, I'd rather go with someone else but I have to maximize profits. Antpool = 120k satoshi a day, Kano = maybe 30k? Hard to tell with the PPLNS system in place.

Hello everyone. I have been mining at Kano for the last 3 days. I got rewards from day one itself. But as of yesterday 19-07-2017 I got rewarded less than half of what i have been getting. I have check all my miner and its qorking as usual. Did I miss anything?

I manage to register. I think it was internet connection in my office. I am at home and everything go through as mention. Will setup the miner and point it towards KANO.

Thank you for replying. Tried kano.is and also www.kano.is and my it just says "this site can't be reached".....I thought it was my internet connection. Tried on other mining pool add and its working fine. Did I do something wrong? |
