61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO ENDED] Jarvis Network - set of protocols for DeFi on: April 16, 2020, 06:44:24 AM
💰 In January we released our articles about staking JRT, well now it is time to step up the game. ⬆️⬆️

✅ We present you the second layer of Jarvis staking rewards - 🔥 pool sponsoring 🔥

➡️ Stake your stablecoins on Aave and receive bonuses from Jarvis!💰💸

https://medium.com/jarvis-network/pool-sponsoring-76cca00c2713

Very good to know, about the second staking rewards, but this means you want to collect the stable coins which you will pay the reward in JRT, indirectly you are asking funds. In another way, why don't you ask for JRT investment based rewards, which people might invest in JRT and return them to the JRT pool because of Bancor network is not asking any more staking for a JRT. It is kept saying 'Out of Balance'.

62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Another Exchange got hacked on: April 15, 2020, 07:26:33 AM
Another crypto exchange got hacked and this time the victim is Bisq, a trading platform that has temporarily ceased all its trading services that unfortunately cost users at least $250,000 in digital funds, is there no year gone by withouth a crypto exchange getting hacked? This one weaks me, will this ever stop?

This should be a lesson to all the community newbies as not to keep your funds in any exchange. Exchanges without good reputation by the community members should be seen as a threat to those who don't want their funds to get lost. From the beginning of the cryptocurrency world was these types of hacks and the hacks continues, we should be careful about our funds. Any exchange that keep your private keys tends to take control over your savings.
Even though the exchange has a good reputation, it can still be hacked, as was the case with binance at the time, but fortunately I have disbursed all my assets to my personal wallet when the problem occurred, so for now it's better to secure every asset in the wallet that has been in provide, and save assets in that market are not recommended because it is very risky

It is always good to safeguard our asset in our personal wallets, of course, a trader will always hold some funds in the exchange for their trading activity. Even though Binance got hacked, but they fairly distributed the lost funds from their #SAFU funds, there are many other exchanges who didn't share funds to their when they got hacked. That's why it is always good to stay with the securities exchange like penance.
63  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I fail in trading on: April 14, 2020, 06:36:38 AM
I am among those who have failed trading. have learned a number of techniques and tried to find people who will explain the risks of trading. Until now, it has been very difficult to get profit in trading.

It is not an easy task to get profits in a single day, we should always try to learn different techniques and it will surely help you make a decent profit. Of course, in some cases, you might fail to implement based on the market situation but don't loose hope towards trading. With a lot of dedication and patience will surely help you to make profits.
64  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What is the best crypto exchange? on: April 14, 2020, 06:33:03 AM
to be honest the coinbase market is the best market but the market is specifically for US citizens,
Binance ever hacked but the trader's assets have been restored, so basically the best alternative is binance, I will still choose it even if the Binance market ever hacked

I don't think which will hack the Binance market The Binance market is hacked but its recovery is feasible Like other markets not everything will end directly the simplest crypto exchange I even have is Binance. thus far I even have heard of any hack being reported.

Yes, The Binance exchange very simple to understand and through the Binance our investment will be safe because they will provide lots of security measures to user accounts, even though there is hack they will return the investors' funds because Binance will always save the reserve funds in order to help their customers when there is any hack to the Binance exchange.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] ICON - Interchain Blockchain Network / Hyperconnect the World! on: April 13, 2020, 07:04:18 AM
I bought at about $4.50 when this, along with other altcoins, were being heavily promoted.  In this case, some (can't remember which one) hedge fund said this was their largest crypto position (probably selling into the pump).

Not trying to troll, but two honest questions to the moderators and/or other members:

Does anyone think this coin will ever have any value again?

Did the developer(s) "take the money and run"?

Based on the activity and developments they are providing will help the coin to increase its price. Even I am also holding ICON funds in my wallet and in return, they are paying 16% rewards on a yearly basis, in this way, you can increase your portfolio because you can stake your coins for the reward.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HARMONY PROTOCOL on: April 13, 2020, 07:00:16 AM
is there a calculator somewhere where you can see how much ONE coins you get at the staker/validator?

I don't find anything about the calculator how much we are going to get through staking, it is good to ask them in the telegram group they might share the information how much percentage we are going to get on the yearly basis. I hope still, there is no live version for staking from the Harmony team.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are calling projects as scam when they are in a bear market? on: April 11, 2020, 08:04:48 AM
Bad projects are of different levels, some projects will perform worse in any market condition, some relies on Bitcoin uptrend movement, projects that are pump and dump or copycats are worth calling scam, one reason why coinmarketcap is useful is rating on projects, go for top coins only

Even some time CMC is not accurate in order to find the potential coin because many fake companies are using bots in order to trap the investors. Of course, every company will fail to generate enough volume during the bear season and that's why many people will suggest choosing top volume coin for investing.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BOUNTY PUNISHMENT, TASKS ARE TOO DEMANDING on: April 11, 2020, 07:51:45 AM
I think we don't have any right to question, to BM because whatever the things they ask to do us, we have to follow them otherwise they will not provide stakes to us. If we don't like the work, then we shouldn't join those bounties, according to the requirement from the team they will provide the tasks in the bounty thread.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 1 JAN 2021 BTC WILL HIT 100K$ on: April 10, 2020, 07:53:27 AM
i doubt whether bitcoin will really cost more than 100k$ at some point. i once believed it, but that was a few months ago.
the price collapse of the past few months shook me badly. i still think crypto is good, but i don't rely on a high price anymore.
A very good decision. although we hope, but we need to see the reality that exists, that it is a very difficult achievement. however, we need to be prepared under any circumstances, so, if the price is really achieved, you have deposits to sell. Well, even when I didn't think about the price of $ 100k, I was pretty sure that the price of bitcoin would be higher than it was at the time.

You are right, there are some people who predict the price of Bitcoin very highly, in a short period, it is impossible to reach that much higher price if the price of Bitcoin crosses more than 15000$ I would like to sell them because previously I bought the Bitcoin at the price of 6000$. Waiting will always kill us, I don't want to repeat the same mistake which we have faced in 2017.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Coronavirus never happened on: April 10, 2020, 07:33:25 AM
What will be happening right now if Coronavirus never took place to drag down cryto market due to economic affection? Still down thread or bullrun will still be kicking
Maybe we are in the $11000 already, Bitcoin has a good momentum going to the halving month this is such a good momentum for another all time high, but because of the pandemic, we'll have to wait for the eradication of this virus before the market can recover and we'll see the good result of the halving.

You are right, the price of Bitcoin is fluctuating based on the situation we are facing with the Pandemic, there are some countries losing their lives for this virus which makes the market is fluctuating hugely. So again today, we are seeing the fluctuation of Bitcoin price, this makes most of the altcoins are decreasing their prices.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: LiveTree ADEPT [SED] Crowdsale complete! on: April 09, 2020, 01:19:39 PM
So you make this thread active with any news about Livetree, but what I see is you seems don't care about LiveTree (SED) token, it's more than 2 years but the token still have no value, while your thread is written "crowdsale complete", believe me it only makes the eyes sick of reading it.

Not only this project, there are many other projects are in the same situation which their main is to collect funds from the investors and they will act like they are developing the product the efficiently but at last, there is no productive update from the team. That's why we should be very careful with the companies.

73  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TOP 6 RULES IN CRYPTO TRADING on: March 31, 2020, 06:57:55 AM
Before entering into trading, everybody will set up some rules and regulation of their money. Once the market situation changes, it is impossible for us to follow the rules and regulation, I tried myself to control my emotions, but once the prices start decreasing, it is impossible for me to follow my beginning rules and regulations.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is KYC bad for crypto? on: March 30, 2020, 12:39:14 PM
Having Know Your Customer system as a security check on any platform is not a bad idea at all. However the company or organization should ensure that the data provided to them are securely kept from the breach of hackers. Conducting a KYC is for the security of both the company/platform and the users who interact on it.

Agree, it is one of the type of security which we need to verify from the company, but my only concern even fake companies are collecting our data. Whether these companies will use our identity or they sell our data for data breaching. We need to need to find other ways for security reasons in order to verify from the company.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with my crypto assets? on: March 30, 2020, 08:10:49 AM
Best of all to invest in Bitcoin while it is cheap.
I don’t see much point in investing in USDT. Is that to save money.
We can only keep ourselves safe when investing in USDT, when the market collapses, USDT is the safest place we can hide because its value does not collapse like bitcoin. and altcoin. And I totally agree with you, invest bitcoin when it's cheap. If not in the future we will regret not missing this opportunity

In the previous bull run, many people failed to convert their asset to USDT, now most of the people got the attention about the cryptocurrency. Whenever the prices are increasing they are converting into USDT and grabbing the Bitcoin when the price of Bitcoin is decreasing. In crypto, not only trading, but fund management is very important.
76  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Brought Bitcoin in 2017 and sold in 2018 on: March 27, 2020, 11:19:27 AM
People who bought the Bitcoin during at the end of the December 2017 and sold them in 2018 we don't know exactly what are you purchasing dates and sold dates. This will ensure whether you make a profit or not you didn't mention about it if you manage to hold them when the price of Bitcoin reaches 13000$ in the last year. It will help you make some recovery about the price of Bitcoin.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The door is never closed to new traders on: March 25, 2020, 06:05:47 AM
The door can never be close to new traders, the issue with most of them is that they do hear or read a story about how people are making money in the space trading but never learn that it is possible to make money and also lose it. Discipline is the main ting in trading is you are not discipline then you are going to lose out with time

Perhaps you are right. It's never too late to start. However, you must take responsibility for all the actions and mistakes you made in trading.
This will help you develop discipline and clearly make your strategy, instead of making random decisions.

Yes, you are right, we should always plan them in a different way. Still, it is not late yet because already the prices seem to be very interesting because almost all coins are very cheap, we need to follow different strategies in order to overcome our previous experiences. Sometimes our decisions will make us lose value.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ✅ CCUniverse ✅ [ANN] UVU infrastructural coin 🚀Crypto ATMs🚀 at local areas on: March 24, 2020, 12:53:59 PM
Soon UVU will be listed at own exchange CCKADEH.IO
and We are preparing new contest for buyers at Hotbit.io

I never heard anything about the exchange like cckadeh.io, Hotbit.io is a very good exchange why did you disable it? Listing in different exchange is not good for you, better show the credibility of your developments in the community and it will help you to increase the price of the coin. Instead of those who ask you about the listing.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to everyone today on: March 24, 2020, 12:46:24 PM
I dont think that we really need to withdraw cash right now. This only makes situation worse
Why not? everyone has different needs, right? Regardless of the panic or not, we are in an unstable economic situation, the global pandemic effect is quite alarming, so most people would choose to secure their finances for more priority living needs such as meeting basic needs and supporting health rather than investment. So do your best to be able to maintain a stable life and try which is more important first.
It's very difficult today facing this pandemic corona virus without your money on hand to secure the basic necessities of your family. Crypto may be a good option as an investment but what people badly needed today is fiat to survive from this economic crisis while everyone here is experiencing lockdown.

This lockdown situation makes many people are afraid about the market because it may even go down to lower values. As of now, it is a very good choice to hold your fund in fiat currency and it will help you grab the coin when the market starts decreasing again. I am doing the same which I am holding my fiat currency.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The World’s Most Crypto-friendly Countries on: March 24, 2020, 12:38:37 PM
India is looking promising, with a large tech-savvy population, the supreme court recently regulating crypto and the number of new crypto startups emerging.
As I know, India has banned cryptocurrencies for a very long time, but recently they have lifted the ban. That's great news for this entire market because in India there are so many people who love using cryptocurrency. But they are still not cryptocurrency-friendly, they will need more time to prove it

Still, India is not being a crypto-friendly country which they RBI is not fully supporting the cryptocurrency but after the supreme court verdict again companies are accepting payment but still the government not supporting the cryptocurrency. Yes, India needs more time to make their country as crypto-friendly.
