Any good mining pool guys ?
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Owners of zotac gtx 1070 mini , what is your hashrate? on: December 13, 2017, 03:48:01 AM
Using DSTM and getting 490 to 500 sols/s at 100% TDP, +195 core, +650 memory but I usually run my rig at 75% for more efficiency, I get around 455 sols/s on average at 75% TDP
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: December 12, 2017, 11:38:51 PM
I started recently mining VTC and MONA on Mining pool Hub and noticed that while my hash rate is around 210MH/s, on mining pool hub it is keeping on fluctuating between 60 and 90 MH/s only

Is this big fluctuation normal ?

If you using ccminer, yes it's normal as ccminer does not do well with lyra2re2.  Suggest replace with an optimised fork e.g. http://cryptomining-blog.com/9166-latest-ccminer-2-2-fork-by-nanashi-meiyo-meijin-for-monacoin-mining/

I'm already using the optimized nanashi fork

Can we have an official update from VIVO team about this chain split?

hey gus, so I did mine BWK on blockSuckerNation last night for about 5 hours before my miner crashes, now when I search for my address it doesn't display anything

Is there any other way to check my earnings ? Anybody has experience mining on this pool ?

Took them 15hrs to find a block so you probably got nothing.  Use a pool that finds blocks quickly, not a shit pool.

thanks, any recommendations ?

Thanks for the feedback guys, I'll give nvidiainspector a try
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Building my First Mining Rig on: December 08, 2017, 05:01:24 PM
Thanks for the feedback guys, I have no issues with temperature as my rig is running around 65 degrees with 45% fan

And btw the GPU's are ZOTAC mini's
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Building my First Mining Rig on: December 07, 2017, 08:07:22 PM
Sweet setup. How is Your rig doing so far?

Not bad, spent a ton of time changing the settings and taking note of the hash rate I'm getting for different miners

It appeared that my 1070s are mostly profitable around 60% TDP and that surprisingly memory OC doesn't do anything to improve my hash rate however I'm getting very good results from +200 core clock
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What size SSD do I need for Ethereum or Menero? on: December 07, 2017, 04:26:44 AM
I got a 128GB SSD for my new rig

Four times a day? Thought about changing your electricity plan  Grin

Electricity prices are regulated by the province, so no way to get around it

There we go guys Smiley

74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Owners of GTX 1070, what is your hashrate? on: December 06, 2017, 09:23:10 PM
I won't open another topic.Maybe you guys can me an advice.I helped a friend to build two Gigabyte 1070 G1 rigs.
Unfortunately, one card stays behind.26 MH/s.The other eleven card works fine at 31.8 Mh/s.
The riser seems to be ok.We changed it to another one and no effect.
Power limit 70 ( we try 100..no effect)
Power core 0
Memory core 700
Does anyone encounter this kind of problem?

Are you connecting the display monitor to one of the 1070 cards ?
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Automating loading Afterburner profiles on: December 06, 2017, 09:21:22 PM
Can you not just use teamviewer?

I'm currently doing it using Teamviewer but since I have to do it 4 times a day I'm looking for a way to automate it
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Automating loading Afterburner profiles on: December 06, 2017, 08:34:02 PM
Hi everyone,

Is there a way to load an Afterburner profile using command line?
I'm trying to automate switching my profile on a daily basis as I would like to lower my TDP during on-peak power and put it back to higher TDP during off-peak

Thanks
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Owners of GTX 1070, what is your hashrate? on: December 05, 2017, 01:11:03 AM
I have a mix of 1070.
One Gigabyte G1 32Mh/s and 470+ sol/s (great card, but expensive)
Three Zotac Mini (mining edition-with a single fan) 31.5 Mh/s and 450 sol/s (best buy I think)
Two Inno3d Twin 30 mh/s  and 430-440 sol/s (worst card ever, hot, unstable)
I'll keep the memory clock on the zotac mini on 650, on the G1 725 and on Inno3d 480-460.The power limit 62 on G1 and 72 on the rest(mining Eth).

I mine ETH now and I don't remember the core clock when mining Zcash..100..200 maybe on the G1.
Hope it helps

Can you share your settings on the Zotac Mini ?
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Owners of GTX 1070, what is your hashrate? on: December 03, 2017, 04:37:57 AM
So I finally built my first mining rig and I'm currently testing with one single 1070 Zotac Mini

I have spent several hours trying all sorts of OC combinations and it looks like boosting the memory doesn't do anything to my hashrate however I'm gaining hashrate from boosting the GPU core

I'm using the latest version of EWBF and I'm getting about 425 sols/s at 100% TDP (150w) however I'm planning to use the following settings as it is the best optimization for efficiency:

Hash: 360 Sol/s
TDP: 60% (90 Watts)
No Memory OC
Core OC: 1914mhz (+205)
Temperature: 65 degrees
Fan speed: 25% (Auto)
Efficiency: 4 sol/w

Is it normal that memory OC doesn't do anything to the speed ?
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU & CPU BENCHMARKS FOR ZCASH MINING! (New domain: http://zcashbenchmarks.info) on: December 02, 2017, 11:11:32 PM
GPU's MODEL NAME: ZOTAC GTX 1070 Mini
VRAM: 8GB
CORE/MEMORY CLOCK: 1914mhz / 3796mhz
HASHRATE: 360 Sols/s
MINER SOFTWARE: EWBF 0.3.4b
OS: Windows 10 x64
TDP(OPTIONAL) : 60% (90 Watts)
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: EWBF's CUDA Zcash miner on: December 02, 2017, 11:07:20 PM
Thanks for the recommendations guys, I spent most of today playing with the settings and taking notes and I finally managed to bring my efficiency to 4 sol/w however my hash is down to 360 h/s

I tested 10 different TDP settings from 100% all the way down to 50% and noticed that the GPU is the most profitable at 60% TDP, that's with stock settings for the rest, then I started playing with core and memory and strangely I came up to the fact that memory boost is slightly lowering my hash rate and core boost is boosting my hashrate

Below are my optimal settings as far as efficiency is concerned

Hash: 360 Sol/s
TDP: 60% (90 Watts)
No Memory OC
Core OC: 1914mhz (+205)
Temperature: 65 degrees
Fan speed: 25% (Auto)
Efficiency: 4 sol/w
