I believe that an altcoins is considered promising if it has nice price fluctuations in the past few months, it has been crowdfunded very well, or it has a very promising project that is sure to succeed in a month or two if it guts noticed. One of these is of course the big three: Ripple, LTC and last but not the least, ETH, another is current. The said ICO has been giving nice price fluctuations and the project and team itself proves to be great.

Is no way for ETH to be a scam, I don't think so is a good project and very popular with many investors and both sides have a nice profit. Isn`t time to be worried abaout ETH being a scam
