I have a big problem with FedEx France, they lost 3 shipments of PSU's, and they admitted that the shipments had been lost They asked me to contact FedEx China  how stupid ?? What should I do? Can I sue them? |

I have a problem with Fedex France

What should I do? such numbers in the USA are our soc sec number as a private individual or a biz number of some kind call them up, I suspect it is something like that..they just want to track it to you as an individual.. when I got such calls ...all I had to do is prove I was me in the above manner, and address, phone number and usually they had a fee involved (sigh) good luck.not sure how this applies in France ..but how it works in my part of USA thank you sir for your reply I don't know why Fedex needs it this "silly stuff"?? Next time use DHL, is better especially for France, where i from. Be prepared, you gonna have to pay VAT at delivery or you dont get your shipment. how much is the VAT tax in France? i bought 3 D3 and 3 PSU |

Guys, status of my order with D3 (15th-25th October batch) without PSU finaly changed to Shipped today. I paid via USD wire transfer.
I ordered also PSU (October batch) in separate order, but it's still Unshipped.
Is there anyone who has already shipped APW3++, October Batch?

Oh ok so I'm not the only one then. I haven't got any shipping confirmation either. And I'd assume I was one of the first to pay within 2 minutes with LTC. i'm also, still haven't got any shipping confirmation. |

If your order is more than 2500 USD you need to put the social security number, I don't know more specifically why Fedex needs it. Guys I think that something is wrong with my order..  I ordered one D3 (October batch) on 2017-08-03 I sent money fot that on 2017-08-07 Order status is after 2 weeks still: Paying, Unshipped, Valid Now I check my order and I can see something strange. There is Payment Details like this: Payment Detail Total Amount ： 1651.27 USD BANK ： 1626.27 USD BTC/USD rate ： 2813 LTC/USD rate ： 43.9 USD/CNY rate ： 6.72 Time of Payment ： 2017-08-09 04:51:04 Do you have any idea why is the BANK amount lower? Is this means that bitmain received about 30 USD less then I sent? I am sure that I choosed "PAY ALL FEES" when I processing the payment. Do you have any idea how I can solve this? I have opened ticket on bitmain support but I don't get response. hello i've got the same problem, "It means your payment has fell short by $25 due to bank fees or something and you will have to pay the balance using BTC/LTC and you will receive a email with payment wallet address." |

Yes, it doesn't matter from how many bank accounts you pay you just have to include the reference number they gave you. The first L3+ I ordered was with bank transfer and because of capital controls I had to use 2 accounts. thank you bro! |

it is better to transfer funds from your name, but if you provide payment paper than you are ok, I've done it several times without any issues, I was just uploading payment paper every time to their support just to be sure everything is fine But what does this message mean, in Bitmain Order Detail? (IMPORTANT!: if the beneficiary name is incorrect,our bank cannot assign the funds to our account) it means you should double check transaction, beneficiary name means bitmain's name, bitmain technologies limited thank you bro So it can transfer funds to Bitmain account without importance if the bank account is mine or someone else |
