2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a Lifeboat on: April 07, 2021, 02:16:22 PM
Yes, bitcoin is a lifeboat to those who believe on it and work with it in a genuine way. To those countries that accepted bitcoin in their environment are more develop than those country who still doubt bitcoin is not a real digital currency that will reduce unemployment in their country.
If you invest your money on bitcoin under the long term investment, be rest assure that within three years there will be
massive change in your investment.

Bitcoin is the world's first investment megatrend in which retail investors have led institutional adoption and the equity market has taught institutions over the past year that they can no longer ignore the influence of retail platforms.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You Think Bitcoin Save Your Economy on: April 07, 2021, 01:03:03 PM
I do not think bitcoin will be able to save the fiat economy. First and foremost because bitcoin is not connected to the fiat economy at all. It may have been a point of comparison but that's as far as connection goes between these two things. If it were to collapse, bitcoin will be the go to of the common people, and those who adopted it earlier will have a considerable headstart compared to those who FOMOed.

The nature of Bitcoin as a financial asset has attracted the interest of many people and created potential financial losses. Although the line between money and financial assets is not clear, people's actions often reveal the role that these assets play in the economy. These days, the joy around Bitcoin is buying it as a financial investment, not using it as money to buy goods and services.

I think, Bitcoin is "not a stable store of value, and is not a legal tender"; in his judgment, Bitcoin "is a highly speculative asset. Of course, it is very risky if our assets put everything in bitcoin, but it is different if only partially because it is not impossible that bitcoin can be one of the income that can change our finances.
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: What happens after Alt Season? on: April 07, 2021, 11:34:55 AM
Hello everybody. The history of cryptocurrency is not yet long, but if we adhere to the postulate that it is periodic, then, based on what happened after the last alt-season of 2018, we will face a boring, protracted bear market. In any case, you need to be ready for this bear market, or even better, not to waste time and start accumulating stablecoins in order to buy at very favorable prices. After all, after the bear market, prices will again begin to skyrocket to the moon.
the market correction occurred because of the massive sale....i'll bet on you that current Bitcoin holders won't want to sell their Bitcoin.  Bitcoin's history has changed when Saylor, Elon, Jack, and several other innovators started buying Bitcoin.  the previous year's benchmark was no longer valid.  Bitcoin falling below $40k looks "impossible" at the moment.

When buyers rush in, altcoin prices explode into an unsustainable trajectory. If you play your cards right, it’s possible to 2x, 5x, or even 10x your BTC investment. By contrast, markets become overbought at the end of each alt cycle.

Blow-off top signs are evident, and smart money races to get out at the highest price. High selling pressure leads to a steeper drop in alts compared to BTC, and thus BTC regains dominance. Let’s look at examples.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sacramento Kings to Offer Bitcoin Salary Option to All Players on: April 07, 2021, 11:19:16 AM
I hate to break up the hype party, but this is apparently against the NBA's CBA:

Lot of buzz about Kings owner Vivek Ranadive saying he will offer his employees, including players, their salary in Bitcoin.

Not allowed per CBA.

The only from of compensation that a team can pay a player is cash via check given to player or deposited in player's bank account.

The team has apparently accepted BTC for payment since 2014 so the team is definitely very crypto friendly, so that's cool at least.

It's also great marketing for the organization, itself. The Kings will get plenty of press out of this and can position themselves as a "forward-thinking franchise. As bitcoin gains popularity, mainstream adoption by well-known organizations like the Kings effectively acts as marketing for all forms of cryptocurrency.
6  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Prediction 2021 $100000 in Dec? on: April 07, 2021, 09:53:41 AM
Yes, many experts in the world of cryptocurrency talk about such an amount at the end of the year 2021, but for some reason I don’t believe in it, because this amount is practically impossible, but although Bitcoin has always proved to everyone that everything is possible ... Time will tell, it will certainly be a breakthrough.

At the same time, the world is now witnessing Bitcoin being associated with more institutional investors such as Tesla, Microstrategy, etc. Most institutions are now considering converting their cash reserves to Bitcoin as protection against the financial crisis.

I think this is one of the reasons bitcoin will hit $ 100 000 by the end of the year.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government ban on crypto on: April 07, 2021, 06:29:20 AM
governments all over the world ban bitcoin and this is not new and bitcoin is increasingly in demand. Big investors have jumped into the world of crypto and they are collecting bitcoin as an asset in the future.

Mostly unstable governments who fear for their fiat currency.

Banning bitcoin tells the world they're vulnerable and weak. It's one of the worst things you can do to your country's economy and status on the global arena.

I'm not scared of bans because in the EU it's already legalized and many countries are trying to invite crypto businesses by lowering taxes.

Questions remain on the effectiveness of the regulations because taming the decentralized, regulation-free blockchain-based virtual currency market will remain a big challenge for any real-world regulator.

9  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: 5 Koin Top Pilihananmu Tahun 2021? on: April 06, 2021, 02:15:10 PM
Jika ditanya 5 Coin Top Pilihan Ya Sudah Tentu:
1. BTC
2. ETH
3. ADA
4. BNB

10  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price has reached new high price near 59K on: April 06, 2021, 01:56:40 PM
Bitcoin Steady Near $59K; Gains in Altcoins Push Crypto Market Cap to $2T

"As altcoins rise, bitcoin’s market dominance is down to around 57% from near 73% at the beginning of the year."

While Bitcoin price hits the high price of 59K but with a drop of dominance gradually, investors are putting money not only to Bitcoin but also to the altcoins markets.

Bitcoin has more than doubled in value over the last month, and risen over 30% in 2021 so far. It is now more than 400% higher than it was a year ago, according to Bitstamp, causing critics to question the rally's sustainability.

The rally has been driven by the huge amounts of money being pumped into economies by governments and central banks amid the coronavirus crisis.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Risks of instituations holding bitcoin on: April 06, 2021, 05:39:09 AM
In my opinion, these institutions are basically large money making endeavors and is not really about supporting Bitcoin or Cryptocurrencies in general. I mean they do not even care about the Blockchain technology. I do not expect them to hold their bitcoins for a long time and will eventually sell them once opportunity comes. Manipulations are also likely to happen now, now that big finance is also getting its share of the Bitcoin pie. So let's all be very careful when dealing with these institutions.

As long as banking and investment institutions treat cryptocurrency like high risk/high reward investments. Challenges can occur when financial institutions become greedy, speculating or overweighting investment portfolios too heavily in cryptocurrency.

It is important to keep in mind that this is a new world, and cryptocurrency is here to stay. As we’ve learned with any new technology, the challenge is not “if” but “how” to best integrate it into existing systems.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we get another golden oppurtunity to buy? on: April 06, 2021, 05:25:14 AM
At the moment chances are very slim for a golden investment opportunity in Bitcoin like in 2020 market crash and from this point on I think there is no turning back for Bitcoin and the price will continue to rise further after a bit delay or market correction as more and more companies and institutes are looking to invest in Bitcoin or looking to buy their own cryptocurrency which will ultimately increase the adoption and price of Bitcoin.

In any case, the total amount invested in bitcoin and other speculative, high-risk investments combined should not comprise any more than 3% to 5% of your total portfolio. The other 90-plus percent should be a diversified mix of mutual funds, index funds, stocks, bonds, insurance and other more traditional investments with predictable returns.

The goal, as always, is to spread your risk. That way, if bitcoin continues to boom, you’re in a position to be rewarded with an appreciating asset, and maybe even cash out with a major capital gain at some point. On the other hand, if it goes bust, the net damage will be minimal.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Type of people who buy bitcoin. on: April 06, 2021, 05:16:45 AM
I just bought bitcoin if I have money previous I encounter the lowest price or the dip we called and good thing I have funds so why not take or grab the opportunity to buy some bitcoin and try to hold this until I become one of the millionaires kidding aside there's nothing wrong with this as long you keep earning and getting profit it's enough I'm not too much greedy because I just want to have what I deserve holding for long months.

Maybe some people don’t like the show of greed and all of the dodgy characters who tried to use crypto currencies to raise money, mostly for ill-considered projects, in 2018. No one does. But, you need to look beyond them to what bitcoin and blockchain can do for society.
14  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: Akankah doge menyentuh 1$ suatu hari nanti ? on: April 05, 2021, 01:22:21 PM
IMO

15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Your Bitcoin Wallet Be Hacked? How Can You Secure It? on: April 05, 2021, 01:13:02 PM
There are many people in 2021 that have decided Bitcoin is the future - and they aren't wrong either!

One question a lot of people are asking is whether your Bitcoin wallet can be hacked or not - well, can it? And is there a way to secure these funds?

Cold wallets are a more secure, long-term residence for your Bitcoin. They’re also called ‘hardware wallets’ because they often come in the form of a USB-drive-shaped device that can plug into your computer or link to your computer or phone via Bluetooth technology. Hot wallets, however, generally live online, which makes them more vulnerable to hackers.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you use bitcoin? on: April 05, 2021, 12:52:58 PM
I invest and trade it. This is how I use Bitcoin.

Yes, Maximum people use bitcoin for trading and for sending payment. As far as I know,, owner created bitcoin for it. I also use bitcoin for trading and sending or receiving payment.

Even as bitcoin has become more about long-term investing, it has still become far easier than it used to be for bitcoin owners to purchase goods online, with some sites developed specifically to accommodate bitcoin. There's one site that's entirely devoted to getting you pizza with bitcoin!
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should we all not have our own bitcoin? on: April 05, 2021, 12:40:11 PM
I don't know if you understand how the system works do you think if we can do that we won't do it? do you think if everyone of us have coin do you think eveyone of it would have a value at all?

This is just one take on a hypothetical world where every single person has their own cryptocurrency, where each of us is responsible for the economics of our own time, our own credit, our own work, and our own reputation.

Even if this is completely off from any realistic scenario, I think it’s extraordinarily helpful to step outside of the repetitive conversations in this space and imagine new things.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is still hot but Bitcoin Dominance is dropping. What does it tell? on: April 05, 2021, 12:25:59 PM
Bitcoin is still our everyday issue around the world, not only it is an investment but it is also going into our daily life.

Bitcoin price is constantly reaching high but Bitcoin Dominance is dropping.

Does this indicate that more and more people are interested in altcoins rather than only investing in Bitcoin?

The day not yet over but, the Bitcoin dominance is printing a very strong bearish candle today. Bitcoin Dominance is about to go lower. What does this mean? When Bitcoin dominance goes low, Altcoins go high!. What it means is that Bitcoin is likely to start retracing while the altcoins market starts to grow.

This is great news, as Bitcoin has been hugging all the energy, all the attention, all the funds. As Bitcoin takes its first break in months, It becomes the Altcoins turn.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time to sell my BTC? on: April 05, 2021, 12:16:31 PM
This depends on the purpose for buying this bitcoin in the first place with the amount you claimed that you purchased, if the reason is to sell immediately to buy other altcoins so be it but I think you should be wise in any decision you want to make as regards this the final decision is what do you want because this is your money.

There is a lot of speculation considering the best time to sell. One thing is for sure; if you sold at the top, you did well. Now, looking forward, the cryptocurrency sphere seems to be recovering from its 2018 lows, having seen a recovery of more than 300% for Bitcoin’s all-time-low price.

This recovery may hint at an upcoming, new bull market that may increase the coin’s price to new highs, which could mean that selling at this moment may not be a good idea, but that’s up for you to decide.

However, i think also be facing a new drop in price, since the recent recovery was quite sudden and volatile in nature. In that case, selling right now would help you buy back later on.
