Ragard posted 6 posts above yours saying they added it to ItalYiiMP 2.0 for mining. Probably has something to do with that. I'm not sure why people would want to mine coins they can't sell though. I bet if truckman didn't release the new broken code that everything would still be fine and it wouldn't be down on nova.

Dev is gone, only exchange it's on has had wallet in maintenance mode for a month, and is also shutting down soon. No one can withdraw from the exchange. However it's weird when you check DAS on nova it shows trades for today. I don't know who'd be buying it if they can't do anything with it.

Google is good news. I moved some of my investments around so that I could get an extra 130 LSK.

Is anyone else using the Lisk Nano Wallet? I wanted to get some of my coin off the exchange. I downloaded the windows version (from here: https://lisk.io/download). When opening it I get an exception:

I can click "close program" and the app remains open. I'm able to move the mouse around and create a pass phrase. Just every time I reopen the Nano wallet I get the same error.

I'm new to crypto and I've had a small amount of LSK for a few months, but I've never actually voted. I realize different pools offer different rewards. But could anyone give me a rough idea on what the return would be like for someone with say 100 LSK coins? I found earnlisk.com but the calculator is a little confusing to me. I realize I'd burn 1 LSK for 33 votes and that when any LSK is sent to me I'd lose 0.1LSK.

With 100 coins it says I'd earn 0.9 LSK.

Is that 0.9LSK profit? (meaning I'd earn about 5 LSK a month minus 4 LSK for me voting minus 0.1 LSK in fees to transfer them to me)

Or is that saying I'd earn 0.9LSK total. (meaning I'd spend 4LSK voting to earn ~ 0.9LSK. Basically I'd lose ~ 3LSK if I tried)


Basically I'm trying to figure out if it's worth me voting, or if I should try to acquire more LSK before doing so. There must be some approximate number of LSK to own to making voting worthwhile.

Yeah dev is not real invested anymore. Might as well change the project name to "Secure and Decentralized" so that it will have a more suiting acronym.

Timeline of Das:

First few months: Truckman releases it, frequent updates, frequent changes, wallets more or less work, masternodes work fine, looks promising

Next few months: Checks in once every few weeks/months. His posts look more like bumps, doesn't respond to any questions or PMs. He asks for our feedback which he never uses.

Last few months month: Truckman does release new update but the version number is older than the previous version. Substantial changes were made to the code, however people are having problem with wallets and masternodes. The consensus is to keep using the previous code.

Recently: Wallet is in Maintenance mode on NovaExchange and has been that way for weeks. I figure they need input from Truckman before they can take it out, and he's not responding to them either. Now NovaExchange is going down and asking everyone to withdraw coins but obviously people can't when DAS is in maintenance mode


I'd say there is little hope to this coin unless Truckman hands it off to someone else or lets other developers be involved. It would be in his best interest assuming he still owns coins. If it tanks I'll be out about $140. At least my coins aren't stuck in Nova. The thing I liked about this coin was the low supply and low masternode buy in price. It allowed me to be able to afford a masternode and learn how to set one up. I'll agree that the Community has been great. They built a website, social media pages, got it listed on masternode website, documented masternode setup instructions etc...

Doesn't the old version of the wallet still work fine? My masternode is down right now as we are without power from a recent storm and they estimate 3-4 days. I will not turn it back on though at these prices. As of right now it doesn't look good for this coin. Only hope would be to get it on anther exchange and for Dev to allow other developers to help. But he seems to only come around once every other month, post random updates, and not really answer anyone's questions.

Also for people with coins stuck on Nova, I'm in the same boat as you for another coin (TME). They've had the wallet in maintenance mode for 3-4 months now. Hopefully they will take the coins out of maintenance mode for withdraw purposes only.

I saw the Nova email. I removed all of my other coins from Nova except for TME as I haven't been able to touch those coins since 2 days after buying them because it's been in maintenance mode ever since:/ Dev with Nova going down can we at least implement some kind of API process (while we still can) where you can log who owns what in case you come to some conversion resolution in the future?

Yeah. At least this answer provides a little bit of hope though. I'm assuming that when Dev connected to NovaExchange via the API they checked the balances, sent the new coin to the myetherwallets, and then burned that users TME on Nova? Otherwise if they do try to help us in the future with Nova's help, the people they already helped could potentially double up. If they didn't burn the coin they'd have to try and exclude those people (maybe by coin amount in the spreadsheet). Or if Nova somehow took the coin out of maintenance mode and didn't leave it in a "withdraw" only state, other people could potentially buy TME for cheap based in hopes to cash in on a conversion. Anyways I'll remain hopeful and try to check in once a week now vs once a month.

Yeah we have been discussing/arguing about this for the last 5 days. There was a conversion process months ago that a lot of people missed (including me). As of right now you've lost any money you invested in TME.



Seems like more people are coming forward with stuck coins in Nova. All of the swearing/name calling/threats really don't help anything. It's a combination of everyone's fault.

- For making the conversion a chopping block approach vs allocating a reserve of all coins on Nova.
- *Presumably for not responding or being able to come to an agreement with nova


Sure there are reasons and excuses for why anything above was done. But arguing about that isn't going to get us anywhere. Looking at the google doc from their 3 week window conversion process, only 31 people participated.There is about $85,000 worth of coins that didn't get converted and are still stuck in TME form on NOva.

I'd like to see Dev step up and post something about it in this thread. They partially responded in the reddit AMA, but didn't really answer the quetion on if there is anything that can be done. Blaming Nova isn't an answer a lot of people are going to hear. As more and more people find out their TME stuck in nova is worthless they are going to come onto this forum and complain. That's not going to look good for any perspective buyers and will only hurt the coin. It should be in dev's best interest to step up or at least make an announcement about it.

Not trying to start an argument, just trying to make things right. Yes part of the blame can be put on me for not checking this forum in about 28 day sand missing a 21 day window. Part of the blame could also be put on Dev and Nova. I'm just here trying to make things right. There are still other people who don't even have accounts here that are also getting screwed over. You are right, they will probably make their way here over the next few months to voice their concerns as well. I don't understand why anyone would want other people to lose their investments. If you were in our shoes you would feel differently.

I was trying to follow TME. I had posted in the original thread in July/August and was told to be patient and that Nova would eventually unlock it. I remember seeing the first thread close in early September. I missed the Sept 11th post (which I would had questions about if I had seen it). I checked back and posted on Oct 5th and concluded that we were still waiting based on other comments in thread thread when in fact it was past the deadline. No one blew up about it then. I only became aware of it after I posted what I saw on Nova (which I noticed immediately). It's just a crappy situation and I'm trying to better understand my options.

It seems like Elix dev is suggesting Nova will have to take care of their customers. I'm not sure how that could happen exactly. Meaning Nova would give us equivalent value in something else? Hopefully equivalent value in Elix as I've watched my TME portfolio drop down to just a few dollars now. Still I doubt Nova would want to do that.

I'm fairly new to crypto and contracts so I'm still trying to make sense of it. So TME was what we originally had. Then Exor. It wasn't a fork, it was a new coin. Dev gave people a 1:1 swap. Then the same thing happened with Elix. Now Elix is locked up in a contract where they can't help us anymore? On the AMA page they talked about a potential 4th coin that will be half the quantity (so twice the value) of elix. Couldn't they still help TME people go to that new coin in a 2:1 swap? Or instead of making it a chopping block each time, carry the unconverted coins forward in a special dev account so they can continue forward with their development but give people a longer than 3 week window to realize they are about to lose their coins.

Theoretically what would happen if Nova opened back of the wallet? Would I still be able to send it to MyEtherWallet and do anything with it? Also something doesn't seem right with the last Elixer Dev comment about contacting Nova exchange several days ago asking them to take care of their customers. Nova's news feed suggests as of 3 days ago they haven't heard anything from Elixer Dev. I've been involved with other coins where Nova stepped in and helped, so I kind of have to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Also I can understand Mr Y's frustration, but I'm not going to post too much into that. I do find it funny that people gave him a hard time for not being involved enough in the forum discussion to see an open ended Sept 11th post, but now they are complaining that he's being involved too much

I'm going to stick around enough to do everything that I can to get my coins converted. I don't plan on investing anymore into it though. This coin gets converted around so much I'd be worried that I step away for a few weeks and lose everything again.

I wasn't part of an airdrop either. I bought in a few days before the wallet went into maintenance mode with no announcement. I don't see why dev would not want to work with NovaExchange. It would be easier to make peace vs burn a bridge. Plus I bet they could work out some kind of agreement to get ELIX listed there and easily convert and dispose of TME.

Is there any reason dev wouldn't be able to help? I mean the novaexchange TME coins are still there. No one has been able to buy or sell for a long time since it's been in maintenance mode. I assume the deadline was because the coins were supposed to be gone from TME at the end of September. Since they are still present though I don't see why it couldn't be prolonged.

Well hopefully dev will be able to help. They had said TME was going away from novaexchange on sept 30th, and it's clearly still there.

I just went back 40+ pages to find the same thing. Was going to post it. I pm'd the dev. Still that recovery process seems unsafe. If I were to generate an API key wouldn't the dev technically have the ability to sell or transfer any of my coins on Nova? I'd need to move everything somewhere else before doing it. You would think there would be some kind of big announcement and it wouldn't be just a single post. I have 30+ different coins. Hard to read every little thing on each one every day. Especially when this one has had a few conversions and 3 threads. They could have just told Nova to mention it on their news feed that a conversion process existed.

That doesn't seem right. I was following the first thread and the dev said to be patient with novaexchange and to get your tokens into myetherwallet as soon as the wallet came back out of maintenance mode. I've been checking with nova twice a week and the wallet has never came out of maintenance mode so I've never been able to get my coins out. What exactly were we supposed to do?

Hopefully something happens. My masternode is still working fine, just now I can't cash out earned coins every few weeks anymore.
