There is a lot of useful information on this site and I plan on utilizing their API and info a lot more in the near future, especially on places like Twitter (which my business is currently waiting on a new developer license for since they changed their API recently) |

Actually yes, you will. Difficulty won't mean as much after the fork as it does now. Obviously you will be competing against large ASIC miners, but there will be opportunities for even small rigs to get some blocks if you are solo mining This, and the masternode changes, will be discussed in much more detail once the blockchain hits the fork point and the new difficulty retargeting algorithm is in full swing |

Can you guys even explain what is PoW masternode, it is little bit hard for me to understand since I usually use PoS kind of masternode.
Great question, thanks for asking! NEON Masternodes currently receive 50% of the mined block reward. This means if a block rewards 100,000 coins, the miner (or pool) would get 50k, and the winning masternode would also get 50k These percentages will be changing in the (very near) future when we update the difficulty adjustment algorithm (Dark Gravity Well in Dash is straight up dog shit and we are porting over a whole new algorithm to fix it) to further incentivise masternode ownership, or by owning shares on our Shared Masternode Hosting service by clicking hereWaiting For New Algo. The fork is getting close to arriving on testnet.. we are getting there! Do you have yet a timeframe ? Or is it too early to say ? Our pool support Neon with 0 % fee until the fork, so do not waste your chance dears miners As soon as possible. We've expanded the number of of people that have worked on the coin or services for it. This means that we are able to tackle multiple sections at the same time. For example, last night I was finishing up the masternode payment parameters while someone else was working on the new difficulty algorithm Today, for another example, I am doing some graphics work for Nash, who is working on the paper wallet for us |
