Thanks for the update! Are you planning to update the token before the ICO so US citizen are allowed to participate? And just out of curiosity, what does APP stand for?  In a few words: what had to be dividends, will actually become trading-fee-credit. Call it STeX GAS |

For the upcoming ICO bounty , 1. The links submitted in https://stex.exchange/bounty/stat during presale(before 30 September) will not be valid anymore correct? So ICO bounty will only count the links that were submitted during the ICO period ？ 2. Or the links submitted during PRE SALE bounty will still be valid and u guys will count presale links + ICO links together and give out ICO bounty? How can pre ico be valid when it has already been paid. It will be all afresh for ico I suppose. Only those who have missed submitting may be looked into by STeX. Yes, all URLs submitted after 30 Sep will be valid for the coming ICO aproximately on 14 November |

Thanks for answering my question (and of course the questions of the community). I really appreciate it! Is it possible to get a written transcript of this interview? After a couple of minutes it becomes rather hard to listen to the 'robotic' tone of the interview. I think others will experience this as well, so a written transcript would help a lot and can be used to publish on other channels for marketing and promotion. We are pretty busy right now preparing for the ICO, redesigning the website, new WP version, working with strategic partners in the large countries. Before the ICO we are going to make some more AMA (ask me anything) interviews. |

There is the Ether account 0x179a2e6b7f94df12e29419db91db7bdc5b400b53, who currently holds 1,382,091.08293447 STE and was able to transfer STE, while it should not be possible until the end of the ICO.
The aforementioned account transfered 1,125,000 STE to 0x359a4057fbf087a53b987e82e73391db22151184, the current balance of this account.
