Agree. The US Government should have banned Bitcoin the minute they knew about it, but they did not because they knew that Bitcoin is a powerful technology that can be useful in the future. Donald Trump's statement might affect the price, but it won't make Bitcoin go away. Just think about Venezuela wherein Bitcoin is their solution to beat the unstoppable increase of their country's inflation rate. |

That is the very purpose of Bitcoin, to become the first digital currency accepted by the whole world. Wherein in every day of our lives, instead of using cash for buying stuff, we use Bitcoin. I cannot wait to see that to happen. Here in our country, many people prefer now to use a credit card or debit card instead of paying in cash because it's more convenient and safe to bring.

I am excited to see what else Blockchain will help our system. I know this is a long run before we see the benefit but I think it will aid our corrupt system to become more transparent and avoid those powerful people to control our private data.
Banks now are in the study about Blockchain, I guess they are ready to jump anytime if ever Blockchain becomes mainstream. We are just waiting for the government to release regulations being favored with Blockchain and with cryptocurrencies.

Yes, there are still some areas that do not have access to computers because there's no supply of electricity there. But we should also know that it won't take long. Eventually, Rural areas will become more accessible and will have a consistent supply of electricity. The technology is being developed by now, it will take time until we see the full results. So Fiat money will still be here for a long period of time.

I will introduce Bitcoin to newbies because I believe what it is and what would it be in the future but I won't force them to invest since it is not advisable to invest your money in anything that you do not have any idea about.

How is it possible to track lost or stolen Bitcoins? While public addresses are not directly linked to a person's identity, the Blockchain itself is widely transparent. Knowing how many Bitcoin are lost is key towards establishing a correct circulating supply of the cryptocurrency. As such, there might be a slight miscalculation on the total number of Bitcoin in circulation. If it's a lot more less than what's circulating, then I believe that Bitcoin's price should be higher due to its highly-limited supply. Nonetheless, do you think it's widely possible to track lost Bitcoins? Your thoughts about this would be highly appreciated for educational/learning purposes.  I am not expert on the technical aspects of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency for that matter but based on what I read and heard, yes all transactions in the Bitcoin ecosystem can be tracked as the records can easily be found and mined if you have the time. This is the reason why Bitcoin can be considered as transparent but also the reason why this is not so private and anonymous. That is right. Bitcoin can be tracked in the blockchain but it cannot identify the real identity of the sender/receiver. Unlike in bank transactions, account numbers of either the sender/receiver are being identified. So if your Bitcoins are lost, you can track which wallet it was sent out, but you cannot know who owns that wallet. |

Bitcoin, Gold, and USD are different in every way, but the only thing they are similar is that they gain/lose their value from time to time. However, for now, as cryptomarkets are still in an unstable situation because of regulations, Gold and USD are still dominating our financial market. However, we as crypto believers, we know that one day Bitcoin will be used and will consider as currency by all of the countries.

I agree. When Bitcoin's price increases without stopping, they all say that Bitcoin is a good investment without knowing what Bitcoin is. And now Bitcoin decreases and they all are expecting that it will go back to $20,000 but it has not happened yet. So they all say that Bitcoin is a fraud and a scam. Some people expect that Bitcoin will always increase in price but they forgot that Bitcoin's price is based on speculation. |

If you want to know whether they have potential or not, then you have to use fundamental analysis on that. Every good coin that is now expensive today started at a very cheap price. Like Bitcoin and Ethereum for example. They started at a very cheap price but look at them now, they gain a lot. Many alts now that has lots of potentials and cost only less than a dollar. If you believe in their platform, do not hesitate to buy them while they are cheap.
