Ok let me lay it straight. Social Reasons 1. Lack of widespread awareness on the potentials of crypto-currency. 2. Few exchanges where you can actually purchase bitcoin. There are only a handful. 3. Past experience - Africans have been scammed by scam coins such as TBC etc and they have had their experience with MMM, so they have learnt to stay away from anything that looks too good to be true. 4. Level of literacy. 5. The exchange rate of local currency to a bitcoin, makes it a very expensive venture for most Africans
Infrastructural Reasons 1. Lack of Good Internet connection 2. Stable Electricity
Governmental Regulations 1. Some countries frown at Cryptocurrency 2. Banks have been warned not to trade in them 3. Exchanges have had their bank account frozen and later released
Ok add yours...

Africa is always slow. It never keeps up with the rest of the world and their answer usually is "because white men raided us, disturbed the peace, were exploring, digging out diamonds and stuff" In reality 2000 years ago when Romans were conquering Europe and building roads people in Africa were chasing monkeys and living in clay huts. 1000 years later it was still the same.
You're wrong! Africa is the cradle of civilization, look at the many inventions from Egypt alone. The colonization had a negative effect on Africa, you can't rob a continent of his working class and use them to build your continent and expect them to catch up with the rest of the world overnight. Apart from this, the western world have consistently sabotaged Africa's growth. First by installing bad leaders, secondly by colluding with corrupt government officials to decimate their economy. Have you been to Africa? until you do you may not have answers to these questions.

The news is fake, it is still a long way before big guns like Amazon can adopt bitcoin, the volatility of bitcoin is not healthy for retail businesses as it still needs fiat currency for his operations.

I think it would be great if Dubai does so, but they also need to ensure that the currency is backed with physical assets i.e Gold. or their fiat currency

Hmm... Good question. It is best to coldly store your bitcoins. If this is done, you can mention it in a will and it will be given to anyone or anything you designate.

I believe its a community of users, if people don't actually use your cryptocurrency then it has failed woefully.

Great Everything is bullish right now, I guess one of the driving factors may be the upcoming fork

first identify the problem you are trying to solve by coming up with a cryptocurrency, then innovatively build a community of users around it.

It's surprising that at such a young age you are exploring such a serious, but very important topic for human development.
Hello, I am not exploring something serious or such. I am the only and will be always the only key of universe because i have got that ability after an incident What was the incident?

About some weeks back we saw the Bitcoin Cash emerge giving free money to everyone ( I was also a beneficiary). Now Bitcoin gold is seeking to take advantage of the next hard fork and it is widely speculated that free money will also be given to everyone (bitcoin holder). Is this practice good for the cryptocurrency community? Is it not actually hampering the adoption of bitcoin as a "serious" currency?

i appreciate the responsiveness of the "pure" team and how they have been forging ahead inspite of the initial challenges they had to confront. I think this project will do well.

everything has a potential of blowing up, we've seen that with stocks, currencies lose value etc. so no big deal!

You can leave your full-time job to focus on bitcoin, if you will earn fiat currency and not bitcoins. When you consider that there are some things that are fairly predictable, like your bills etc. You will definitely need a stable value each month to sort out all that, but with bitcoin's volatility, expect to be raking up debts. There are some altcoins, which don't have a large value swing, they are fairly stable than bitcoins.

Tanya, everyone hits the bottom of the barrel at one time or the other, but one thing is sure, no matter what you may feel or may be going through now, it is temporary. It may be difficult for you to see that right now because you are just fed up of living. But see your feeling as temporary, it will pass and better days will come. I pray for you that God will give you a fresh hope and will to live, i pray that everything that has made life not worth living for you will fade away and that you will find joy in living again. in Jesus name

There is one quality every good father has, they are authentic. They set good example. Their lives does not contradict what they tell their children to do. Love, understanding, encouragement etc

close your eyes, imagine your goals or dream coming to pass, something pleasant. Pay attention to every detail, feel the warmth of the air, hear the sounds, and the emotion of happiness and joy you feel at accomplishing your goals. As you continue the script with your mind, sleep comes. It works!
