61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can anyone explain why it is bad to to buy Bitcoin with Credit Card? on: September 21, 2017, 12:34:35 AM
Buying with a credit card is a very hard option, doesn't work for me

What kind of card have you got? Can you use PayPal?

I have a visa card and I am able to transact at almost any exchange albeit at extremely high price.

That's why I said it doesn't work for me, you'll be buying a pint of milk for the price of a cow.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: CODER & CONTENT WRITER FOR HIGH PAYING PROJECT WANTED on: September 20, 2017, 11:55:35 PM

The payment would be through the coins since I would market this project asap would it really bring very good profits. So please just send me a PM in case you should be interested.
if I understand you correctly, you will be paying the coder through the coins mined from the coder's effort, why does the coder need you? , why doesn't he develop the POS coins himself and market. Good Luck. GSI
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Planned Chrome Extension on: September 20, 2017, 11:33:44 AM
I think the first thing is agreeing on the criteria by which a site or ICO can be labelled a scam, also talk to your legal adviser, to see how all of this will work out. Nonetheless, it is a welcome idea.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stupid thoughts about Bitcoin China. May be not so stupid??? on: September 20, 2017, 11:29:00 AM
Bitcoin is just passing through a phase, expect that in the not too distant future. Whatever China does or say would have zero influence on bitcoin's value, because even if they ban bitcoin in China, bitcoin has gained a wide adoption, also expect China to come up with her own cryptocurrency.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Market cap on: September 20, 2017, 11:21:02 AM
A coins market cap is a very poor metric to gauge a coins desirability and profit potential. But as a vast majority of idiots use it as such is has become a self fulfilling prophecy.

As an example of a fake market cap I can create a token and sell that token to myself for 1 billion btc and that token will have a market cap of 1 billion btc.

Many pre-mined coins do this Ripple is one of the bigger ones and most of the top caps are pre-mined with manipulated caps.

Problem is: we will have to actually verify that you have 1 billion btc on the blockchain and know that it is all fake, so market cap is not a poor metric to gauge a coins desirability and those who use it are not idiots.

Have a look at coinmarketcap.com
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions about whitepapers on: September 20, 2017, 11:15:38 AM
A whitepaper can be well written and infused with brilliant concept and ideas, yet the project is doomed to fail and you can see some project with sketchy or no whitepapers at all yet the project is a bang. Scammers know that a good whitepaper is required, so they pay professionals to write one for them, without a reflection of those stuff in their actual implementation. So how do you find a middle road? Having the best of minds on a project team, a brilliant idea and well written whitepaper gives investors a rest of mind, but with all this if your project will not be used in the real world and gain traction and adoption it is just a fruitless effort. So there are a lot of dynamics involved in all of this. You will learn what works by experience and observation.

68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin Transaction Fee is Expensive !!! on: September 17, 2017, 06:03:05 PM
I think as it stands today, only those who are making heavy transaction benefit from it, those making micro payments tend to suffer. The problem of the unstable value of bitcoins affects all.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: September 17, 2017, 05:56:47 PM
Cash does not rely always on technology for an exchange to take place, bitcoins does. Volatility is the greatest enemy of bitcoins
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to get bitcoin every days? on: September 17, 2017, 05:46:52 PM
Simple way! work for fiat currency and use it to buy bitcoins.
71  Economy / Economics / Re: Money above all things, Yes or no ? on: September 16, 2017, 10:05:12 PM
Imagine being stranded in the middle of a desert with 1 million bitcoins, with no vehicle or camel coming, the next town is 500 km away and you have to walk. You begin to realize that the money is worthless, why? it is what you do with money that gives it its value. So money is just a tool and since it is a tool it cannot do all things. SO there are things that money can buy and there are things that money cannot buy. You should pay a great attention to what money cannot buy, because when you lose them, you have lost a great deal. You can gain money back, when you lose it but some things cannot be gained back, like your life, your time, sometimes your health or even relationship, you are not getting younger everyday and someday you will leave this world, where are you headed to? hell or heaven ?

my secrete of happiness is bit coins Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley
How would you feel then if the value of bitcoins become extremely low? will you still be happy? just asking
74  Other / Off-topic / Re: Secret of Happiness on: September 15, 2017, 10:25:07 PM
Happiness is a temporary experience, the secret of happiness is contentment, whatever you have there are people who will have more, whatever you achieve, there will be people who achieve more than you do. Being content with what you have and realizing that life is a phase, things may be bad today, tomorrow they will be good.

76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Tsunami on: September 15, 2017, 03:24:49 PM
Nonesense topics yay !!

Did you think before making this topic ?

Will Bitcoin rebound or die ?

Your chooses are yes or no. Clearly tour English skills are very lacking.

How the hell can you say yes I think Bitcoin will rebound or die.
No Bitcoin will rebound or die.

Niether makes sense please try again.
The topic is not a nonsense topic but the options may be faulty.
Hmm... You need some lectures. What i have done is pure semantics. Here ...
Rebound: definition a :to spring back on or as if on collision or impact with another body
b :to recover from setback or frustration
Source: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/rebound

You may say that the options needs to be re-arranged i.e. 1. Yes bitcoin will rebound 2. No it will die 3. I don't know etc
but i am more interested in the discussion of the people in this forum on the subject, which has been quite insightful. anyway i have since edited the option. thanks

The events of the past few days have greatly affected the exchange value of bitcoin. Do you believe this is the demise of bitcoin or like phoenix it will rise from the ashes.
