So for some reason since an hour ago, I've been having connections issues for my miner. This hasn't happened before since I've been mining successfully for the most part of the day. Checked my firewall and ports and everything should be fine, but its not. Would be appreciated if anyone could help as I would like this to be fixed before going to bed. Pool that miner is on is http://pool.give-me-ltc.com:8080, gpu is gtx 460. |

Probably dumb question, just making sure. Do I need to do the yacoin.conf stuff? It seems to be working okay so far, just getting a lot of orphans.

How much is 14488 hashes per sec?
Pretty terrible. Aw really? I got a pretty good CPU. How much YAcoin will I get per hour? Not quite sure, you'll just have like less luck in getting a block. But thats quite a lot lower than everyone else. Well, now I feel sad. All my PC's and laptops got Nvidia cards so GPU mining wasn't really an option, now there's a CPU one and I was all like "I have a chance I have a chance!" I'll just go sit in the corner over there. Its probably not your real hash rate, if you spam the command if fluctuates heaps. |

I don't understand a thing about this solo mining with the client. I spent 2 hours to sync the wallet. I mined in this time (or so i think). I got a a lot of this of this int the debug log: ProcessBlock: ACCEPTED

How do you guys get the see your hash rate? windows user here?
go to your YAC client, click Help>Debug window then click console type in 'gethashespersec' thank you, only issue is its showing 0, im running the below command and no CPU work is being done, any idea? yacoin-qt -gen -genproclimit=1 -addnode=82.211.30.212 changing genproclimit=2000 worked for me |

do you mine or just hate... if you mine you know mincoins are very profitable and require some tweeked settings for max profit.. take your hate and stick it barahrah cause last i checked mincoin is holding value better tan any other alt beside ltc right now. learn to google
Just hate on things that will never take off . Implying value means anything when it is not part of an exchange. But please keep believing it your crappy scam coin will be worth anything one day. |

I'm still bullish. Sold off enough to 'break even' at around 0.0035 and still sitting on 30k+ for the long haul. Either it will stagnate around 0.20-0.30 in a day or so, or it will take off. I don't see it going 'away' anytime soon with China just now becoming seriously interested in crypto currency. I can see if becoming the 'LTC of the far east' and if so, having a position is always nice if you are willing to take some risk.
Why do people keep implying the Chinese will favor a random new clone-coin over well established ones just because it has China in the name? Oh look, it has the word China in it, quick my fellow chinks, buy buy buy buy. -__- Some people.. |
