81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin just an asset ? on: April 20, 2018, 02:47:15 PM
Even in my experience with bitcoin, it has really becoming an asset because most of the people having bitcoin are treating it like an asset, thats the reason why instead of using it to purchase something, people are holding it and waiting for the price to go high to sell. Another thing is that paying with bitcoin has large fee and delay, so cant really use it as currency.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market is GREEN - Do you trust it on: April 20, 2018, 03:52:54 AM
Do you think the market will stay green or turn red?

It not an easy call

I say green

Well its been a long time that the market has been red and I think most of the holders are already trusting the market. The panic buying is over and the we wait for the prices to go to the moon and celebrate afterwards.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why Some People Do Not get Paid After Bounty on: April 20, 2018, 03:51:09 AM
Some could not be paid due to negative trust rating happening during the entire time of the ICO. There are also cases that the ICO itself is closed dur to failure to reach its cap, and some are just plain scam from the start.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price recovering slowly on: April 20, 2018, 03:45:03 AM
Yes eth is starting to recover and the hopes are high that this will continue till the year end. In that case a thousand dollar will be reached and there will be so many who invested and had faith in ethereum will be happy. I was lucky to have bought with the $390 price. Now Im waiting and watching my money grow every minute.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO rating sites on: April 18, 2018, 08:41:31 AM
Good day, about ico rating/listing sites, are they legit?
They are legit websites that are advertising those ICOs.
do they evaluate truthfully?
Not all of them, some are just listing ICOs because they are paid.
do they really have have experts?
Experts on analysis about those ICOs? Have you read an ICO rating with bad review?
they rate an ICO depending on their payment to them?  Sad
This is the reality.

Yeah its so sad that you cant really rely on those ICO rating sites anymore because usually they are paid by the ICO itself. There was one time I followed and ICO through and ICO rating site and I was confused they said that the ICO was in the top 5, but the ann thread is so silent. Once I was also scammed and not paid.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is for day trading on: April 18, 2018, 08:38:03 AM
I see that people support that altcoin suits better for day trading, and not for holding. I just don't get why.

Yeah you could say that the best in day trading is through altcoins, because they are more volatile and have very high tendency to rise or drop depending on the coins.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Possibilities of regulating cryptos... on: April 18, 2018, 08:28:34 AM
I think this is the next thing the governments will do since they growing of cryptoworld is inevitable. So we can all expect that regulations for crypto will surely follow in the future, nothing less.
88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is everyone just HODLing? on: April 18, 2018, 08:26:40 AM
Everyone is holding their coins in even though there are time that the prices are so hopeless because they are hoping that somewhat, the prices will be rising in the future making them a great fortune. I think this is the main reason why holders do this/.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wasted whole of my day and not able to find the best bounty campaign for me. on: April 17, 2018, 02:16:09 PM
I feel you bro, this has happened to me also and the saddest thing is that I think I was consecutively participating in ICOs that are either scam or failure. There was once that is not scam, but the payout is as you said, its just cents after weeks of hard work, but thats how it really works. Just continue to join maybe sometime we'll get lucky.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you buying altcoins on: April 16, 2018, 04:20:40 PM
Yeah I've been buying altcoins like ethereum, as number one, then I got ripple and ada. I never invested in ICO though because the risk is very high and I don't want my money to be lost when the ICO suddenly disappear.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Months to Buy Crypto on: April 16, 2018, 04:10:52 PM
Based on the history of the crypto market, what months have the most red (best time to buy into the market)?

Last year, I think it was best during August, when the coins are down. This year is February to first week of April, when there is a long streak of red in the market. For the moment, the cryptos are starting to climb uphill, so best wait for another chance .
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some of my friends still think Bitcoin is scam and Ponzi on: April 16, 2018, 04:07:20 PM
Dear all,

I just heard some of my friends chatting in a gathering and they think Bitcoin is scam and Ponzi. I just give them a smile and wish they will educate themselves a bit.

So, I would like you to give me some suggestions, how I can give them some hints with soft words which can change their mind or at least give them some more space to think twice?

I would let them think whatever they want to think, and later when Im rich and my coins are worth a fortune already, Id laugh at them. They could never understand unless they join this forum though.
93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anticipation from the future ? on: April 15, 2018, 07:36:00 AM
Nothing is still too certain with this. Because I think counties are not really yet sure on what to do with the current surge of popularity of bitcoin, anything can still change depending on situations.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin loses its popularity ? on: April 15, 2018, 01:14:16 AM
Right now there are more coins available in the market which gives you more profit than bitcoin.
Bitcoin price is also not stable.
All these factors affect its popularity ??
What you think, still bitcoin is more popular ?

Compared to previous years, bitcoin has been more popular than ever since btc started going out in the news and more people are aware about. Atcoins in the other hand, nobody outside cryptoworld knows they exist, so the first thing a new investor buys when joining in crypto is of course bitcoin, altcoins later on.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeepOnion Airdrop Finale on: April 15, 2018, 01:04:32 AM
Then we'll finally see what happens to the project when the all th airdrops are done. There are also allegations that deeponion is a scam, because recent airdrops needs you to have enough deeponion coins to participate. Hopefully the project goes well.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Airdrops Profitable? on: April 15, 2018, 01:01:56 AM
Hi everyone. I've tried participating in a couple of airdrops but haven't gotten any coins yet. For those of you who have, how do you go about making anything out of airdrops? Is it worthwhile or just the usual pump and dump?

As long as you are able to sell your free coin from airdrops, yes it is profitable since you don not need any capital for it, only profit you'll get. But the problem is can you sell it? Since there are so many airdrops that just dumps their shitcoin in your wallet and abandon the project.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of Airdrop April 2018 on: April 13, 2018, 05:00:52 AM
Nice list you got there. But I think it should have been better if you have posted this in the help and beginners section too since mostly newbies need the airdrops more than the higher rank members because they already knew that most of the airdrops now are scam. If there are legit and paying, they give too little amount though.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam Airdrop on: April 12, 2018, 09:29:29 AM
Anyone or any website asking you for private keys and wallet addresses should be avoided at all costs. That is one clear sign that you are being phished or scammed. Be careful also to trading sites that requires you to enter your keys (like etherdeta and forkdelta), there are some sites pretending to be them too.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid ICO scam on: April 12, 2018, 09:26:20 AM
The best way to avoid an ICO scam is to avoid any participation in ICOs at all. If you are afraid to be scammed in ICO, because I think there a more scam ICO than the legit ones, then avoid it and just trade, or buy coins already in the market for a less riskier investment.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest or bounty? on: April 12, 2018, 09:23:51 AM
Hello!

How do you prefer to get crypto? Do you invest or you prefer to join bounty?

What is more, you can get tokens for testing a project's beta. For example, KickCity. You can get reward for testing this platform https://kickcity.io/event/5a9d11030cf2cac8e081f3e8

I prefer bounty than investing if we are talking bout ICO. Since there are so many scams in ICO or failure to those even legit, you cannot assure your money if you invest. But if you join in bounties, even if the ICO is a scam or a failure, you don't lose your money anyway, so you just find another one.
