I also predict that Poland will get a ticket to the next round, followed by Wales and Ukraine. In my opinion, these 3 countries have the potential to enter next. Judging from the statistics, these 3 countries were quite impressive in their last previous match. But they must be careful not to be careless in the slightest against their opponents because each country will play all-out with a few remaining tickets for the next entry.

I also agree with you. These three countries have the potential to get a place compared to the remaining teams currently. I think that among Bosnia, Finland and Estonia who will be their opponents, Poland has a greater chance of securing victory. Finland played quite well and Bosnia was also quite impressive. I don't know about the other 3 matches but I also agree with you that the biggest opportunity is with Poland.

I think so too and maybe Maurizio Sarri is also tired of managing clubs in Europe. There are still quite a lot of teams in the Saudi league that haven't got good coaches at European level and maybe they should start contacting Maurizio Sarri with this statement. The salaries of coaches in Europe and in Saudi Arabia are very different, Mourinho was even offered 30 million euros per season but he has rejected it for now and in the future he is still open to the opportunity to go to the Saudi league. Here money plays a full role in providing a strong foundation for the popularity of a league and Saudi Arabia will return to action starting in January.

The power of money is extraordinary. Saudi Arabia will develop into the world's top league in the next 2 seasons. I think it is a great prospect also for young players to choose to compete in Saudi Arabia rather than Europe. They can collect money faster and maybe they will be able to enjoy their retirement sooner. This looks very bad for a real footballer but I think there is no one who is not tempted by money. I just hope the money will increase the competitive level in the SPL so that the league will be interesting to watch.
483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: November 25, 2023, 08:56:56 AM
Lazio is a great team in the serie A, the only problem with the club is that they concede goals alot and for a team to concede goals in most of their matches they might easily lose matches but notwithstanding that I see Lazio winning Salernitana in this match because they are far better than Salernitana who are rocking the bottom of the table in the relegation zone. Though this is football as anything can happen because Lazio isn't that consistent enough and Salernitana will look forward for a win in other to step up a bit from the relegation area. So as we are tipping Lazio to win we should also expect any drama in this match.

Salernitana have never won a single victory here. I think it would be impossible if Lazio would be the first team they beat. The match will end with an easy win for Lazio. But if Lazio are at their worst then I think a draw would make sense. Yes I also liked the drama for this match. The Lazio team has a record of 13 goals and 13 conceded so it is quite unique to see a team with a ratio of 0.
484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: November 25, 2023, 08:47:11 AM
In the last four meetings, Rayo Vallecano was quite successful against Barcelona because they managed to win 3 times and one of them was successful when they played at Barcelona's home, but that is just a statistic that will be different in the next match because Barcelona has experienced quite a lot of improvement since last season.

That is very correct. Barcelona will get a win and will remain in 2nd place past Madrid. I hope they can appear consistent and hopefully they don't make any mistakes against Vallecano later. It would be very surprising if Barcelona lost because it would mean they would be at risk of being in 4th place in the standings if Atletico were able to settle matters with Mallorca with a win. So I think Xavi has to really work hard for today's match.
485  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: November 25, 2023, 08:35:33 AM

Yes, the World Cup competition will last longer with more matches and more time to spend, in fact I agree with your opinion.
Even though it takes longer and the first few matches are considered qualifying matches, at least it can be said to be new capitalism.
In the sense that more money comes in because more matches will bring in more spectators who will buy tickets and affect the financial development of organizers and those who have businesses in the area around the stadium that is used.

I admit that football has been infiltrated by capitalism. Everyone needs money. The organizers want profits, the national team wants to get big prizes, broadcast rights owners will also get more profits because there are more and more matches. I don't know whether this is good news or bad news for world football but in this day and age I think everything in this world will be influenced by capitalism itself.

Liverpool have been famous for coming back from a goal or two down to winning games. Will it be the same thing today if Man City open the scoreline or will they have to employ the tactics of all attack, less defense to avoid conceding a goal at all?
This games going to be tough but it's going to be a GG for sure.

Even their Champions League final match against AC Milan was the most epic comeback in the history of world football. I see that Liverpool seems to have luck with goals behind and they can almost always make up the goal deficit. I don't know what kind of luck Liverpool has but for this match I'm sorry I prefer City to win this match. Haaland's return will increase my confidence in supporting City in this match.
487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: November 25, 2023, 08:22:03 AM
I'm expecting same two to three goals when Paris Saint Germans host the visitors Newcastle United. Newcastle cannot even win against Chelsea tommorow and they expect a win against PSG? Thats a very big joke!
Newcastle have got to be the very first team that will be knocked out of Group F. The group of hell now seems predictable as the group stage gets to an end.

Does this mean we have to eliminate Newcastle here? And the chances of qualifying for the next round are between Milan, Dortmound and PSG? I think it's too early to predict Newcastle will lose. Newcastle has much better goal statistics than Chelsea with 27 goals and 13 goals conceded. They still have a chance to qualify for the next round and although I admit it will be very difficult because of the equal strength in each club from group F.
488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: November 25, 2023, 08:01:53 AM
You can look at the paper and you can clearly see the difference between the two, Jon Jones has a lot of advantages over Stipe Miocic and Jon Jones's age, Stipe Miocic is 41, and Jon Jones is 36 which is a clear deficit Reach advantage Miocic got Reach: 80.0" (203cm) while Jones has Reach: 84.5" (215cm), fighting record Stipe Miocic got 20-4-0 (Win-Loss-Draw) 14 KO, 1 Submission, and 5 Decision while Jon Jones has 27-1-0, 1 NC (Win-Loss-Draw) with 10 KO, 7 Submission, and 10 Decision, for sure in this kind of stats in paper Jon Jones would likely win and got the edge on the odds,

There is nothing to expect from the Jones vs Miocic fight. It would just be another win for Jones. Jones says it's GOAT vs GOAT but the problem is the miocic era is over. I see it more like Jones is trying to complete his great record in the UFC by defeating a legendary heavyweight fighter but the problem is that the fighter is far past his prime. This is like you saying a welterweight fighter asks for a GOAT vs GOAT match but against GSP who is retired and hasn't trained in a long time.
489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2023/2024 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: November 25, 2023, 07:52:10 AM
Anyways, aside jokes now, I also think that this will be a very tough match as well, and right now, it is very difficult to predict which team will win at the end of the day, but personally, I would predict that Manchester city may likely win at the end, for I see them doing all they can to maintain their current position.

This is not to under-estimate Liverpool though. Liverpool may probably be preparing to take the first position, but for them to achieve this, they may have to put in alot of effort in their gameplay.

Haaland is still injured. Even though there is news saying that it is very likely that Haaland will be able to appear, I think Haaland will underperform in that match. I think City will still win the game but they have to work hard and build a consistent game. That is not an easy thing because Liverpool are also motivated to win and become leaders of the standings.
490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: November 25, 2023, 07:46:40 AM
Correct. Even though Liverpool currently appear to be the favorites, actually the most difficult challenge or obstacle will be after the group stage is over. The joining of players who were eliminated from the Champions League also has to be another consideration. But in terms of current performance, Liverpool actually has almost the same performance as the clubs currently competing in the Champions League. The most important thing is that Liverpool must be able to maintain their current performance until the season ends. Because sometimes the more difficult challenge is maintaining the consistency of a squad. Sometimes player injuries can also be an unexpected obstacle.

I also agree. If the player is not injured and has a consistent game, then only bad luck will make Liverpool fail to win the UEFA Europa League. I think everyone here agrees that Liverpool's quality is indeed very superior in the UEFA Europa League. I know no team always wins but Liverpool seems too strong here.

By the way, why is Israel allowed to perform? I thought FIFA was against any country that invaded the other. At least that's what happened with Russia. Russia invaded Ukraine and Russia was literally not allowed to take part in the World Cup. But Israel is literally doing a genocide on Palestine. But no actions are being taken against them.

Duke

I think the world of politics has entered FIFA, Even though they say they have nothing to do with any politics in the world. I think FIFA is also an ally of the United States. This can be seen from the fact that they strictly prohibited Russia from participating but they allowed Israel to participate.

I want to see who will also go to Saudi Arabia when the transfer window opens.

It looks like once the transfer window opens the Saudi Arabian League will become more interesting. Yes, no one can resist the power of money. They dare to invest a lot of money and if it succeeds, one day the Saudi Arabian League will become one of the best leagues in the world and it could be that it will return all the investment they have made. I have even added the Saudi Arabian League to my football watch list even though I still have difficulty understanding Arabic and Arabic writing.

Next, Roma will face Udinese in Week 13 of Serie A, this is an opportunity that must be utilized well to push into the top four of the standings, because Napoli and Fiorentina will face tough matches. I don't think Udinese is a tough opponent, because so far they have only been able to achieve one win in their 12 matches.

Udinese is not a difficult team and I think Roma will get fourth or fifth place. Although I think it won't be long because Napoli, Atalanta and Fiorentina also have one game left. But if you look at the next match card, Roma will likely be in fifth place in the standings assuming that Napoli or Atalanta win the match, and Fiorentina loses against AC Milan.
495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: November 24, 2023, 04:25:15 PM
Alaves is the favorite, but although they look better than Granada, their strength is actually not much different, and thus Granada still has a good chance to get points from this match. Alaves don't have great goal productivity though, as they've only scored 11 goals in the 13 games they've played. On the other hand, Granada looks better in the attacking sector, but they also have a very fragile defense, they are the second most conceded club after Almeria with 30 goals that have been lodged into the net.

I see this will be a match between the team with the least goal productivity against the team with the second highest number of goals conceded. This means Alaves has enough chances to win this match if they are in good enough form. And if not then the match could end in a draw because Granada does have opportunities to score goals but they are also a fragile team with quite a lot of goals conceded.

A team such as Brazil should not give the excuse of injury. If they are saying that absence of Neymar negatively impacting them, then they are relegating themselves to the level of Portugal, Belgium or Norway who are dependent on just one player. Argentina for example may not face much difficulty in winning matches even if Lionel Messi is absent. This is not something that we would expect from Brazil, who dominated association football for a long time. They have time till 2024 September to sort out the issues. If they are unable to do that even by that date, then things are not going to turn out well for them.

It is very unfortunate when Brazil makes this statement. In the past, Brazil was a collection of world football legends. Their 11 players are the best in the world. How can they now make statements as if they are very worried about Neymar's injury? I remember that Brazil didn't have a problem when Ronaldo or Roberto Carlos were injured because they had lots of legends.

Argentina is currently the best team in South America. I see that they don't really depend on Messi. Messi does have an impact but I see it more as motivation to play when they have Messi. There's nothing like relying the entire team on Messi.
497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: November 24, 2023, 04:11:49 PM

But however if it was Newcastle United against those clubs Newcastle United would have win them, because there performance this season is very impressive by also wining Arsenal on there match at least they have proven to be a strong team.

I agree with you. At the moment I don't see any chance of Chelsea winning this game. Although the bookies predict this will be an even match but one important note here is that Chelsea are very inconsistent and they often lose against average teams. Newcastle are in their best form and of course they have good statistics in the league this season.
498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: November 24, 2023, 04:02:47 PM
Dortmund who have the same goal as PSG, will never waste this opportunity, the home match will be a place for them to rejoice in their success in qualifying for the next round. There is still a lot of drama that will happen in group F, whoever will qualify will be the best club in group F, so far it is not certain who will qualify because all four teams still have the same chance.

Group F has a very slight difference in points. PSG will play Dortmound and Newcastle, and Dortmound will play PSG and Milan. All of these matches are big matches and will be very interesting to watch. Newcastle in 4th place is only 1 point less than Milan and 2 points from PSG and in my opinion their chances of qualifying for the next round are very big. All teams have the same chance although if you look at their chance percentages sequentially it is Dortmound, PSG, Milan and Newcastle.
499  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ballon d'Or discussion and odds on: November 24, 2023, 03:55:44 PM
I'm 100% sure he will be included in the next nominations, the only way to see Messi not include into nomination is he reject it or he officially retire from football.

Regarding if he win or not, that's a different discussions since it will depend on how much he can bribe FIFA.

I guess if Inter Miami become a champion in the next season, he will win Ballon d'Or. Tongue

I look forward to your predictions, LOL. But it's interesting. There is a possibility that Messi will still be nominated next season. I don't know if he really bribed FIFA or because Messi has good connections, but I hope that Messi also has a good end to his career. It's very unpleasant when a Legend player who once created the world's best rivalry has to end badly just because of the Ballon D'Or.

This is still Manchester City though. We have seen what they can do in his absence even in the semi-final and final rounds of the Champions League.  Smiley

But Haaland's injury will have a big impact on City's performance for the next few weeks. Although City is known as a team that has good squad depth, which means they have reserve players who can cover Haaland's role. But I'm skeptical about that because Haaland is currently a world level striker and there are not many strikers at his level. I am worried that this will affect City's performance in several matches in the English League and the Champions League and they will have to be eliminated early.
