I think its normal to have this problems as of updating their app so it needs to be sync and working on both web and app. Better to ask it on telegram for much faster answer to this. I'm sure it wouldn't take much longer a week to be fixed. They are to active towards their projects and releases. Sometimes it took a very long time to load but never experience log in problem, i think you need to clean your cache once in while and delete some histories. Thanks for the answer! now everything works great! This application I really like, and I periodically visit it, I hope Datum will continue to develop and will be able to find new partners. I'm sure they will. I believe in a few years, tons of people will be making an extra 200$ a month simply by selling their data. Same problem here, I don't know why they have to ask for a KYC when you just want to see the details of the project when it is only required by regulators to avoid other strictly regulated countries to join the ICO. Do they ask KYC for just logging into the dashboard? Are we talking about sending complete personal identification documents and proof of address here, or just a declaration of living in a specific country? I think its some kind of bug or a misunderstanding. Since its still in beta version, it might need some improvements. Try reaching out to the team for this query. As of this moment, I've just check telegram, website and twitter channels but found no official token sale data. Maybe they could set it up for the sake of public info. Imho. so at the moment there is no official update of the token sale data on any of the channels/social, maybe we should see the project's wallet to see how much they have raised, however now with the low eth value it would be a good time to invest... I invested in two big ICOs where both of them dropped like a rock but have both had a recent price increase. Sether will as well, those telegram channels were filled with naysayers until they weren't. Just hold on and diversify in the meantime if you dont want to buy more.
You should have look at how many people are frustated with the channel. I totally can feel them as I am frustated as well but Im not really going to degenerate myself by making me looks like a fool that lose his money investing in an ICO. It was a risk that I took and Im prepared with it, either I hold it until it increase or I just lose everything I own To be sincere, I can imagine the pain as I also have a pal who already has his sether sitting at one-fifth of his initial investment in fiat terms, imagine that and this is certainly not good. Not until team wake up and resurrect this coin listing in more places. In similar situation there are many ICO projects, this due with crisis in all crypto market that began in January.
