If you put a softcap means that that's the minimum amount needed to follow the roadmap, I'm expecting anything less, Hard cap is just a plus, I expect any projects which reach the hardcap to actually speed up the development
extra cash can be use to many thinghs like better marketing campaign, hiring better professionals, adding more features to the project...But to develop the main project with soft cap is enough. They have softcap: 5 million $? I think this is realistic figure, especially if there are large investors - but one cannot ignore - current state of the market. There is one thing i didn't get yet about this project and i would like to get an answer on. How is the patent on a non cripto platform going to help the development of this project? Seriously i cannot wrap my head around it  They patented the whole project basically even if you can't find the word "blockchain" or "crypto" in the patent. Means that no one can patent a similar platform But what can happen if similar project will appears, with the same idea, but will have some differences, is it will be considered as plagiarism? I don't know, it's hard to tell, maybe someone with some experience can answer this? The progress bar on the ico page seems to be logarithmic and hard to read on how much is sold already. Is there a way to check how much has been sold?
By the looks of it, they may have got more than 3 million $ already. 2 Million was their soft cap and they reached it early. The market is getting greener for ICO's and we may see more investments into potential projects. Who has already invested and can share their contract address? Yes i also think that the fiat gateway will be one the key of the sucess of ternion. It’s one of the most important feature for an exchange at the moment. It’s hard to developp and to build, not all exchanges can offer a fiat gateway to users.
About the fiat gateway, how many fiat currencies are they planning to cover/provide at least in Q3 2019? And is it in progress already? One thing that can be said for sure is that there is a need for Fiat gateway, many investors are willing to invest, but they are not in a hurry to do this because intermediary exchanges have some fee. |

I don't think this is much of a problem. None of the decentralized exchanges have much volume currently. It's apparent that the market prefers centralized exchanges at this point.
Then the market is an idiot, because centralized exchanges defeat the whole point of blockchain: that the ledger is public and transparent. That means those parts where the ledger is private and opaque, there is a high risk of manipulation, such as self-trading and fake buy and sell walls. Therefore I am quite skeptical there can be such a thing as a good hybrid exchange. Because if some transactions cannot be traced, all decentralized transactions connected to those untraceable transactions cannot be fully traced. Thereby a hybrid exchange marries the disadvantages of decentralization (slow, hard to scale, frontrunning) with the disadvantages of centralization (single point of failure, need to trust the institute not to commit fraud, KYC/AML). Well, fake buy and sell walls plus wash trading are a thing in decentralized exchange too. I see only a couple exchanges where you can't do that, Bancor and Flip.me (I don't know BarterDEX since i never used it) The key will be to take the strong point of bouth exchanges, centralized and descentralized, not their weak points. If they can be the first to realize this idea, then the exchange will be popular. In this difficult time for crypto, people do not have the opportunity to invest, because their funds are frozen in other projects. I think there may be a flow of new investors through Fiat. |

I'm not sure if we'll release an updated whitepaper. If there are any changes in the future- we will of course update the whitepaper. For people who want to see even more in-depth explanations we are releasing a developer blog each month, as well as make parts of our private Github repository public after each section passes a security audit. Any significant changes in the project have to be written in the WP, about minor changes it's not that necessary I guess. LANEAXIS software could potentially help many of small trucking business. This is really good project but in bear market so may take sometime to raise enough fund.
