You can receive medals for everything from uploading, seeding, downloading, filling requests, making presentations for your uploads, and much much more. There are also ribbons you can earn for uploading multiple torrents in specific categories. These are displayed under your avatar and in your profile, are are a great way to show how much you have contributed to the community. There is also a comprehensive help section, as well as easy access to the IRC if you need more immediate help, or just want to chat with the members of the community. Of course, there are also a set of rules that all members are expected to abide by. Empornium has been closed for a long time and it's very hard to join now.
