has anyone else compiled?
intrested in your results,
i am getting 3000 less hashes than a different version of minerd that was posted here.

the pictures i posted above came from a git hub download zip that was released on the official twitter page, i downloaded it and 15 seconds later the link was 404ing and post removed from twitter. i posted the pics here so people could see what they removed.

your right, and the post is removed from twitter, i think they leaked alot more than just the cpuminer, i dont know what I am looking at but theres and aweful lot of files in this zip and different programs |

cpu miner released https://github.com/Max-Coin/cpuminerbut its not compiled, would have been nice of there was a compiled one done for us windows 7 users that do not know how to compile. i hope the wallet comes with in-built miner that we can use with the setgenerate command |

if it is the case that that will work, i would ask the devs to hold the launch until there is both gpu miners for amd and nvidia, it would be the most unfair launch ever if nvidia users can mine with there gpus while the rest of us only have cpu.

mining will be initially done in the wallet with the setgenerate true command.

just a point of note,
they said in their statement 13 hours ago that wallets would be available from morning time to allow everyone download.
its now 13.05 and no sign of the password protected wallets...hmmm another fubber i think

i have read that someone got the cuda miner to work for the new algro, but this is not set in stone, just becacuse a benchmark works does not mean it will work with the maxcoin wallet.

they should have just said the launch is off for tonight and will be re-scheduled soon.
i cant believe how there just leaving people hanging on here, some of us like myself can't leave because what if it was launched when we were gone out, so for those of use that have to go out, we cant because they launch details are pending.

they had no intention of releasing tonight, this was all part of the hype to get people talking about it,
this coin will not launch tonight, you mark my words

there still leaving us all in the lurch, they said they will set a new time, why not have posted that in there twitter update when they did a few mins ago, how long does it take to set a time in stone, mean while leaving us all sitting here for 1.5 hours.
can you please update and say if the release will be tonight or tomorrow! alot of us are getting pissed off here including myself!

i think the release should be pulled, until tomorrow, and more suitable website used for launch details, for example the official maxcoin twitter acc
