В настоящее время полный провал таких систем проявил себя: большинство инновационных технологических решений во всех отраслях деятельности формируется вне государственного контроля (электромобили, дроны, альтернативные сетевые протоколы, технология блокчейна, криптовалюта, каршеринг, краудфандинг, социальные сети, это лишь некоторые из них). Изменение возможно только в том случае, если для всех введена новая форма электронного соглашения - так называемое публичное соглашение. Идея такого соглашения витала вокруг какое-то время, однако это было технически невозможно осуществить раньше. Мы создаем виртуальное государство за пределами существующих правовых форм управления, но с перспективой возможного взаимодействия с ними. Поэтому со временем нам придется изменить статус виртуальной юрисдикции, чтобы она стала территориальной в рамках действующего международного права.

Hello my friends. Did you miss me? Before it's too late, i tell you one story. Today happened one important occasion Mr. Freeman released new film about Freeland. But this event was not clearly addressed here. You will ask why and i answer you. Because poor Ukrainians didn't have enough money for quality translation for english audience. It's so sad. They did English site without Russian translation and they did film without good english translation. They always do just half the work. It's so ridiculous. In russian version used something like poetry, but in english variance we had just subtitles from youtube. If you want to see this is a misunderstanding go there https://youtu.be/12guHJffAY0.
